General Appearance: Able to be described with the phrase “cute”, Arie’s build is of a sleight and non menacing fashion, giving him a delicate and weak appearance. His silky white hair covers much of his face, with longer bangs in the front despite his hair not going past his shoulders. In terms of skin, he is pale as if he doesn’t get much sun. His features are very soft and gentle, and his eyes seem to sparkle with youthful naivety the majority of the time (though only the one is visible). When in his childlike state, he seems even more fragile and vulnerable in appearance, both of a weaker build and of younger appearance. His facial features are even softer, and he holds the image of childlike innocence. When becoming serious, his eyes sharpen giving an intense look, and he clips his bangs up out of his eyes. The culmination of these attributes results in him possessing a look which varies from “full on trap” to “androgynous”. His physical demeanor is highly expressive, and he seems to jump around rapidly and seek physical contact.
| Clothing: His normal attire consists of a sleeveless hoodie, where the top half is a light color (varies outfit by outfit) and the bottom half is white. Beneath this he wears gray colored shorts, and simple white socks and sneakers. These clothes loosely fit his frame normally, and become baggy and like pants when he enters his childlike state. As a result, he generally will change into a child sized variance if necessary, but will maintain the same style. Since his quirk creates his own garments, he has no need for a real hero or villain outfit in his mind, further emphasized by the fact that he changes size. However, on occasion he is known to sport a maid outfit for work.
| Personality: Arie is extremely outgoing, trying to meet new people. Whenever seeing someone serious, he will usually tease them in a jovial manner. Flirty and bubbly in the extreme, getting Arie to be serious is a nearly impossible task. To further clarify, he will flirt with/tease just about anyone, seeking to gain at least some degree of physical and emotional intimacy. This desire increases in correspondence to his interest in a person, based upon both their physical and emotional traits. In regard to planning, Arie doesn’t much care for it and can’t come up with overly elaborate plans. Despite this, he is good at keeping secrets, and tries to sell himself as a trustworthy individual. Any issues he may be having are simply brushed off, as he likes to deflect any queries about himself. However, if driven to rage or seriousness, Arie is a fury like no other, gaining a single minded concentration on a single task, even if he will completely fail to hold a grudge after the fact. Arie generally prefers to avoid the stresses of any kind of leadership, or even simple responsibility, but he shall stay true to any goal he sets out to achieve. When in his childlike state, he adds a great deal of feigned innocence with those who are unaware of his quirk. Highly empathetic and a true actor, Arie strives to cause all to like him. And if he needs to kill someone for a job, this likeability only makes it easier to cause one to don his garment, inadvertently dooming themselves. It’s always best to make your prey trust you.

“Loyalty? No one has ever given me reason to show it. Maybe you’ll be the first.”
“Well now, aren’t you a cutie. What’s your name, sweet thing? <3”
“You wouldn’t want to hurt a little kid like me?”

History:
History: Arie was born to quite the prestigious family. With servants at his beck and call from the moment he could talk, it seemed that everything was to be handed to Arie on a silver spoon. Alas, such was not the case. Though markers indicated that Arie should have a quirk, it never seemed to manifest himself, resulting in a high degree of parental disappointment. For unfortunately, the Erming family had a reputation to uphold, and believed in having a strong line of quirk users, not wanting some sort of pathetic cripple as the family heir. Thus, he was kept out of the public eye, and often became the victim of his father’s unrestrained distain. Then finally, his family got what they wanted! Arie’s younger brother, began to show signs of having a powerful quirk, even at a young age. Thankful to finally have a golden child to carry on as head of the family, Arie was no longer needed to fulfill the role of an heir of last resort. At an age where he couldn’t even quite understand what was going on, Arie was shipped off to a boarding school in Japan, where his family would not have to tolerate his presence.
As a seemingly quirkles foreigner, things were tough in school for Arie, and when he found an out, he took it. Running away at the age of eleven, he hoped to find a place for himself. And he did. Just not in the way he wanted. The kid of a rich family running around alone was bound to attract some negative attention, and Arie soon found himself held captive by thugs. Hoping to use his family’s name to gain freedom, the thugs called upon Arie’s family to pay a small ransom. None ever came, and Arie would only later find that he had been removed from his family altogether. Then came the beatings, the frustration of thugs denied any money. But now Arie had no value, after all, he was a weak child with no family to call his own, what use could any of the thugs have for one such as he? It was only through a desperate plea that Arie was able to avoid being disposed of like common trash, but at perhaps a worse cost. Branded with the gang’s symbol on his back like livestock, the leader demanded that Arie work for the gang until he was able to get them enough money to pay the cost of his ransom. Even amenities like food and clothes would be added to the tab, forcing Arie to scrape by on a minimum of supplies in hopes of paying his debt. For three years, Arie lived only in the underworld, committing the filthiest of crimes in hopes of gaining his freedom.
Then finally, after three years, Arie had the funds he needed. Gained through great cost to his own morals, Arie expected to finally get his freedom. However, when shown the paper detailing the monies Arie had gained, the gang boss only laughed, burning the precious record! Faced with betrayal but unable to leave the gang for fear of being hunted down, Arie had no choice but to submit. It was around this time that two things happened. The first of these, was Arie’s discovery of his own quirk. In his cubby hole home, the cold winter was crippling him, and more than ever, he longed for a coat. And imagine Arie’s surprise when one appeared upon him, and he found he had in turn shrunken to an age three years past. With further experimentation, Arie would come to gain a greater understanding of his quirk. The second important event of that time was the arrival of a new gang in the area. This gang, found rivalry with Arie’s current gang, and sought to absorb it into their own, but to do so would require the removal of Arie’s boss. When an offer was made to Arie for him to betray his own gang in exchange for freedom from both, he was more than eager to oblige. All it took was one crimson coat left for the gang leader as a “gift” and an instance of strangulation by cloth, and Arie was free from his burden, grateful that the new batch of thugs in town had elected to keep their end of the bargain.
Ah, after all that time, to have sovereignty over one’s own life! But what to do with it? Lacking any non criminal connections or even school transcripts, Arie still found himself chained to the underworld by necessity. In order to make money for himself, Arie began working around, using his child form to spy, killing with clothes disguised as gifts and causing the cloth used for the crime to disappear, even aiding other criminals by bolstering their criminal potential while he acted the part of a confused kid in chaos. Though failing to maintain notoriety, he was at the least able to gain a comfortable standard of living. And now, who knows what targets he seeks?

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: Despite his delicate appearance, Arie practices only the most brutal of street fighting, lacking any formal training. Cheap shots, biting, hair pulling, nothing is off limits. Which is good, when you spend 50% of your time in a tiny body. Improvising weapons from anything from shards of glass to literal garbage is fine with Arie. However, he prefers to avoid directly fighting. Calling for help as a small child fighting someone generally yields good results. Alternatively, enrapturing someone in his garment can get the job done well too.
If it can be helped, Arie only fights when it is an absolute necessity. Ideally, he prefers to earn the trust of whomever he is targeting and then exploit vulnerabilities, only attacking if he believes his chance of success to be 100%. Thus, unless forced out of his comfort zone, his fighting is very free of risk taking.

| Quirk |
|---|
| Name | Tier | Description | Essence Garment
| Tier 2
| description Ability: This quirk’s owner has the capability to condense a portion of their physical and spiritual form into a piece of clothing. This garment can then be worn either by the quirk’s user or be given to others to wear. The garment acts as an extension of the user’s body, and is composed of a material equal to the user’s control rank. The garment will adapt to whomever wears it, adjusting to fit their form and so that it is not damaged by their quirk. Because it is made from the user’s body and essence, the threads of the clothing are always colored a crimson red.
When worn, the garment is able to provide support to a willing ally. It is able to stretch, defend/move the wearer, and attack using its threads. Since it is created from the spirit of the quirk user, the person wearing this garment also gains a +2 passive buff to any single stat, chosen by the quirk user when the garment is created. If the garment latches onto an enemy, it is able to do the reverse and debuff any one stat for the same amount. Anyone with a full letter grade of Power above the user's Control Rank can immediately break out of its grasp.
Limitations: - When the quirk’s user activates this technique, a portion of their mass and energy leaves them. This reduces the user to a weight and size wherein they resemble a child around eleven years of age. Due to this loss in strength, the user suffers a -1 Power stat grade debuff. Only one garment can exist at a time, and when the quirk’s user is not wearing it, they are unable to revert to their natural form. The garment will be destroyed if a technique is able to break materials equal to the Control Rank of the user. If the garment is completely destroyed, a creation technique is required to make a new one. While the garment is destroyed, the user cannot return to their normal form and suffers a -2 stat grade Stamina debuff. When going over limit, the garment is destroyed, cannot be regenerated for two posts, and they get a -2 stat grade Stamina debuff for two posts.
