It was always nice to get out of the house every now and then.

Of course, it wasn't like she was always there. She did have to leave for business meetings and all the like, after all. Even more so when she left for...'personal exploration' of Japan. Though, she was sure Takeshi appreciated the surreal silence once her presence left his vincinty. Hùong always laughed out loud when the maids mentioned his relief over her leaving and actually venturing out of his room. Didn't the poor boy know that she kept tabs on everything in that house? Idly, it crossed her mind that it'll probably take him awhile to notice the cameras. Not like she cared anyway. He could complain all he wants about it, but all she'll do is make them better hidden.

"Mado, pull over here, this is far enough. You may head back to the estate now, your services are no longer required. Tell Tanaka that it is acceptable if he heads to bed early for the night. Bye bye."

Gracefully, Hùong stepped out of the vehicle, clipboard in hand, as she gave her instructions to the older Japanese male. The Vietnamese woman smirked as the grey haired man nodded, almost fearfully she felt, and almost burnt the rode by taking off so viscously in the small town car, once she safely away from said vehicle. Her expression turned sly as a chuckle escaped her delicate throat. Even after all these years, some of the staff still feared her. As they should. Black, semi sheer heeled boots clacked upon the ground of Kabukichō, the various lights flashing all over her slowly advancing form. The businesswoman really enjoyed coming out here, to observe people doing things that would be normally frowned upon in their usual society. To see them sin, it really made her nearly loathe humans, they acted so filthy some times.

As though on cue, a Hùong passed by an alley that had some...rather suspicious sounds protruding from it. She didn't even bother glance over to see if someone was hurt – she knew better. Hell, the Vietnamese pink lady tried her damnest to not breath in the air, she could practically taste the wickedness. The large parka jiggled with every step she took, flopping slightly against her bare thighs. The woman was scanning the clipboard as she walked, evading the crowds and wondering drunkards. Each time she passed a shop, she'd scribble down on the pink clipboard, noting how they were still in one piece and not broken into...yet. Kabukichō had problems with various amounts of crime, after all. She wasn't coming here for two weeks straight for nothing.

Hùong needed to scope out her competition.

And, ah, maybe some accomplices, despite how her inner dragon detested the thought. She wasn't the fighter type, but if she was going to be doing this, she needed people to bend under will. The thought brought a vehement smirk to her pink tinged lips, grin leering. "Yes..for the revolution. These imbeciles wouldn't know the truly illuminated heaven until I've shoved it into their faces.". She chortled at the words – the amount of truth in them made her want to split her face from grinning. However, her little bubble was suddenly being intruded by a group of what appeared to be thugs. Yakuza, likely. "So. These are the infamous Mikazuchi Yakuza gang that's been hanging around here. Interesting.". Plastering a fake smile upon plump lips, Hùong gave them a mocking confused look.

"Is there any way I can help you...gentlemen, hm?"

The four men shared a look, and not too long afterwards, face splitting grins appeared on their faces. Hùong twitched – it was the outfit. Not like she could blame them, honestly. She was the hottest thing on this Earth. Pleased with this thought, Hùong let out a slight chuckle. Despite the resounding laugh, the Vietnamese woman eyed the thugs before her carefully, raising a brow as she repeated the question. The men said nothing and looked ready to lunge at her, when a sudden 'BOOM' could be heard in the immediate background, blowing debris everywhere.

"I do detest Kabukichō." Illium stated plainly to himself as he walked the streets, keeping to the side as to avoid any bothersome passerbys. This place was ripe with crime, degenerates, and just seemed much dirtier than other places as a result. Despite his distaste for the area, it did provide good data, and that's all he really needed. As an information broker, knowing what the thugs of each city were up to was a huge advantage. Thanks to his quirk, he could also keep a distance and collect information without being too obvious. He simply needed to keep a low profile, watch from afar, and collect what he needed. As Illium continued his stroll, he felt his hands twitch uncomfortably, as if something was missing. While he would normally have a piece of tech in his hands, this was not the place to have expensive equipment in plain sight. Even just waving around a smartphone or tablet would be enough to attract the wrong kind of attention.

A loud explosion from the next block over caused Illium to whip his head around, intrigued by the sudden commotion. This event would surely have plenty of data for him to take, whether it be about the building affected, who caused it, who was harmed, how the police would handle it, and so much more. His head was racing with ideas, but for now he ran into the nearby alley that would lead him closer to the site of the explosion. If he wanted to get as much information as he could, he needed to get there before the nosy authorities showed up. Once they took control of the scene, they'd tamper with everything and keep any evidence for themselves. Well Illium was going to be sure he would be there first.

Upon nearing ground zero, however, he was surprised to see a tall woman in a pink parka jacket surrounded by four men and debris. Well, technically three men if you only counted those alive. Unfortunately for the poor soul, one of the thugs had been crushed by the debris. "Life signs are zero, death upon impact due to head trauma and crushed organs." Illium stated matter-of-factly to no one in particular, merely thinking aloud as his emerald eyes flashed red from behind his glasses. At the very least, his death gave Illium some insight on what the human body couldn't handle. People survived debris all the time, but his supposedly position nearest to the explosion and how the debris had fallen on him was a recipe for disaster. He scanned the other thugs as well, not finding anything particularly interesting.

Once his eyes went upon the woman, however, he stopped for a moment to internally go over the information his quirk just collected. Goddess of the Sun? The ability itself was intense and dangerous, especially if wielded by an individual with a less than moral alignment. He couldn't tell her disposition just by scanning her though, so words would have to do. Completely ignoring the thugs, he locked eyes with the

"I am Illium Peora, pleased to make your acquaintance. If I may be so bold, what is your name Miss?" When speaking with someone new and of interested, it was always beneficial to put forward your best manners.

Optional Read: Buildup to Explosion

A large "BOOM!" would ring out as Kaizer pressed his palm against his opponents face, igniting his sweat once more to blow the man through the wall of the warehouse, creating a large hole in the back of the building, as well as sending out a good amount of decent sized rubble, big enough to kill a man. The large ogre of a man coughed as he waved off the dust cloud that had formed, dropping his now completely unconscious and charred foe on to the ground beside him. "Oh damn, didn't think I released THAT much sweat!" As the smoke began to clear, and he stepped out into the alley way he had inadvertently created a doorway to, he took notice of several people standing around. "Hmm, the hell? What, did the guy have back- WHOA MAMA!"

Kaizer practically forgot about everything around him as his eyes fell upon to absolute vision of loveliness before him. His jaw practically hit the floor as his eyes shamelessly examined the pink haired woman's body. He wasn't even interested in the blue man or any of the thugs that happened to be nearby. All that mattered was that smokin' hot bod, one unlike any Kaizer had ever seen before. After a quick wolf whistle, Kaizer placed his hands on his hips and flexed his chest, practically demanding attention from all around him. "Helloooooooo nurse!"

The moment the debris began flying, Hùong took cover in her oversized parka, pulling the jacket up to cover her face. The pink woman smirked to herself, however, as it crossed her mind that tonight might just be something quite interesting. She took a half step back and bent her knees slightly, bearing with the wind throwback of the explosion. The screams of terror and shock from the thugs before her made Hùong's smirk twitch upwards almost psychotically. Retribution always came for those who disobeyed the orders of their placement. Though her vision was momentarily blocked, she listened out for what occurred next. The scampering of feet, more screaming, and a loud, resounding 'SPLAT'. Idly, the svelte woman notes the feeling of something warm and wet splashing against her frontward left leg. She ignored it.

Once the sounds of flying objects zipping through the air seemed to stop, Miss Quang took a peek from behind the hot pink parka. She saw three of the thugs now turned away from her, instead facing the direction of which the explosion came from, their stance obviously indicating fear and shock, despite the fact they tried to keep standing strong. Idly, she took note of the building. An abandoned warehouse, it seemed. Well, it definitely wasn't abandoned now, based from the explosion. Hùong didn't need to glance down to see the fourth thug pummeled by a large piece of flying rock. The girl raised a delicately shaped eyebrow, "Ah, so that explains the liquid.". The moment she finished her words, however, she heard another's, male by the sound of it. Stuffing her right hand in the jacket's pocket, clipboard held to her chest with the other, the Vietnamese lady lazily craned her neck back to stare upon sight of a blue haired man. Another pink eyebrow raised when she processed his words – was he analyzing the death of such a worthless being? Then his eyes shishifted to her.

Hùong stared blankly back at the red eyed man for a moment, then pink lips shifted into a smirk. "My, oh my. This attention is quite exhilarating. I'm such a sight, I know, but please control your bodily reactions to see such a God in the flesh.", she spoke in a breathy tone, lips pulled into a half smile. The smile twitched, however, when he oh so boldly introduced him, full name and all. "My name? Oh my, hmm.". She hummed in thought, paused, then turned to walk closet to the tall stranger. Unconsciously, pink eyes flashed an ominous black and red. Hùong's steps were steady and light, but every clack seemed to stamp out harder with every stamp against the concrete. Once within arms length, however, Hùong smirked and reached out a hand to airily brush against Illium's cheek, with her head tilted slightly to the right as her eyes scanned his face. "You...may address me as Qilin, Mr. Peora."

The Vietnamese woman was going to say more, but her attention was drawn to the burnt area from which the explosion erupted. Releasing a soft sigh, Miss Quang dropped her hand and tilted her head to the side to see what was all the noise about. "Is...that an ogre?". He seemed to be confused about the thugs being there, when he let out a sudden exclamation. Actually turning her body to face him now, Hùong raised an amused eyebrow. She'll take that as a compliment, she decided. The moment he started flexing his chest, however, it made her let a short bout of chuckles. She didn't get the chance to reply to his inappropriate greeting, for the thugs started speaking, quite shakily however.

"H-hey, what do you think you're doing?! Where's the boss? You're supposed to be dead!"
"Toast!"
"Broken to bits!"
"Seems w-we gotta take care of you ourse- ARGH!"

Thug № 1 was suddenly cut off in his next choice of words, as Hùong had walked up behind him and calmly stabbed him in the thigh with the stiletto heel on her shoes. Her eyes were closed, but when he fell to his knees, Hùong opened her eyes in a almost eerily slow motion. Her mouth had now turned downwards and she sneered. "Filthy heathen, never talk before your God. Stay down.". Ripping the stiletto out, the self centered woman lightly shook her foot to rid of the excess liquid. Turning to look up at the red man, Hùong smirked and held out a delicate hand. "Hello."

The response Illium received from his subject of interest was not one he had expected. It kind of made sense thinking back on it, considering the name of her quirk, but he had never really met someone with this sort of complex before. Oh sure, he had met people who thought very highly of themselves (perhaps too highly), though never did he encounter a person who truly referred to him/herself as a god. It was an intriguing and unique character trait, one that Illium quickly recorded in his smartphone after pulling it out from a holster on his side. His fingers typed swiftly and his eyes never left her face, as ignoring his conversation partner for a phone screen would be an insult. "It's not so much the body I'm interested in, but the power it holds." He stated with a rather neutral expression, pushing up the side of his glasses as he spoke. To be fair, her body was something quite nice to behold, but that paled in comparison to the dark fires Illium could see burning within her. The passive, analytical nature of his ability was an aspect Illium had always appreciated about Scanner. It allowed him insight on everyone he saw, whether it be a mortal human or a walking God. Speaking of which.

"Would the term not be 'My Goddess'? Unless you prefer a more gender neutral title of course, which is understandable." Illium wasn't so much correcting her, as he was figuring out her preferred version. She appeared female, very much so, but everyone has their own preferences. He certainly wouldn't want to offend her, after all. He even tacked on the "My" for good measure as well. Those with a complex such as this tended to love having their ego stroked (or in this case, worshipped), so it was a safe assumption she might take a liking to his suggestion. As she approached him, however, Illium was suddenly troubled by the flash of black and red in her pink eyes. He flinched away slightly and his own eyes flashed from emerald to red in that instant, hoping to preemptively scan and perceive an incoming attack. It didn't help that her steps sounded increasingly threatening against the concrete as she appraoched. Instead of dark flames assaulting him, his personal space was simply invaded by the soft touch of her hand. His body relaxed slightly at this, though he didn't allow himself to get comfortable. He knew how dangerous she was. "Qilin, it's an honor." He bowed slightly, silently typing the name into his device without looking once again.

It would have been nice to continue this civilized, yet tense conversation and gather more information on his subject, but alas, it was interrupted by a hulking red man. Another red flash of Illium's eyes would confirm what he already assumed, based on his entrance, domineering stance, and the charred individual he dropped to the ground beside him. "A rude interruption, but at least the explosive culprit has revealed himself." Illium mused aloud, taking notes once again. "What transpired here? Gang violence? Revenge? An assassination?" He listed off, curious as to the motivation behind the attack. Often, more information could easily be extrapolated once the motivation was revealed. At this moment, however, it seemed like the red ogre and the Goddess had drawn the attention of each other, leaving Illium rather annoyed. There was much to discuss, and not much time to do it before the authorities arrived. Before he could speak up though, the thugs decided they were relevant again and tried to talk trash with the brute. In a telling display about her opinion of commoners, Qilin stabbed one of the men with her stiletto heel. Her expression wasn't just displeased, it was more reminiscent of disgust. Her words matched this observation as well as she referred to the injured man and his compatriots as "filthy heathens." She then walked past them and moved on to the man who had made such a flashy entrance and showed obvious sexual interest in the unstable woman.

Illium sighed, not because he was annoyed, but because these sequence of events were to be expected. "That's what happens when you act bigger than you are." He claimed plainly, shifting his gaze down at the injured man before moving passed him to join the other two. These hooligans had a lot of talk, but their bite was pitiful. Qilin and the red oaf, however, seemed to have the power to back up their confidence. This techie was looking forward to finding out first hand. Primary sources are the best way to collect information, after all.

Kaizer could feel it, the spotlight was directly on him, all eyes brought to gaze upon his perfect personage, including those of the beauty before him. This was how it should be, the weak looking towards the strong, the insignificant staring at the truly powerful, be it out of admiration, or complete and utter fear. Truly, this moment was a testament to just how much better he was than those around him.

Despite this, there was a moment where a set of eyes stopped basking in his Adonis-like form. The pink haired vixen had taken a moment to injure one of the weaksauce mice that happened to be around. He knew the three pieces of trash were speaking, probably words of adoration, or comparing their meager flesh to the large man's pure muscle. Either way, their words were nothing, no need to be heeded. The woman however, she seemed like someone who's words may actually matter. She was a feisty one, that much was certain. He couldn't help but smirk as he watched the woman's demeanor change twice in the matter of moments, before raising his brow curiously as she made her way towards him.

"Yup, she wants me. Chest gets them every time. He thought to himself, as the goddess extended her delicate hand out towards him. He began to raise his arm towards his own, deciding her to be worthy of a handshake (whether for her display of power or her unreasonable hotness, was anyone's guess), But stopped about halfway. Within a split second, his large arm would shoot past the woman's head, latching on to the skull of one of the thugs who was probably attempting to avenge his fallen comrades, considering the blade he held in his hand.

"Sorry, just a moment!" He said as he raised a finger from his free hand, lifting the small yakuza member off the ground by his head alone, the poor little mouse releasing muffled screams into the ogre's hand, which were soon silenced by a quick and much smaller explosion in the hand. With the 'threat' now neutralized and chucked to the side to join his brethren, Kaizer carefully placed his hand around hers, taking the utmost care not to harm her silky smooth skin. "Man, weaklings, am I right? Name's Kaizer. And if I had to guess, yours would be 'Angel'" He said with a wink.

The now lone yakuza member and the blue haired man were of no current interest to the crimson combatant, their lives not important enough to acknowledge.

Hùong's smirk was one of suaveness and dominance, it practically lit up her face. Her ego was basically oozing out of her every pore, it was always nice when she asserted her rule, even better when the underlings knew where they stood. As shown when the orge of a man reached out to take her hand in return. However, his action seemed to shift into something new, when the large, red hand suddenly shot past her head instead of shaking hers. Her form tensed for a brief moment as she whipped her head to the left to see what he was grabbing. The woman barely heard his apology, for she was too busy now burning with rage. Her eyes glared angrily at the idiotic buffoon. Did he honestly think he could take her out by doing something so sneaky and disgusting? Revolting. Despicable.

Though, it seemed she didn't even have to lift a finger, as the giant suddenly crushed the thug in his hand and blew him away with a mini explosion. Eyebrows raising curiously, Hùong chuckled. Turning back to the redhead, Hùong grinned and mentally took down a note of his name, right next to Illium. The unstable female allowed him to touch and wrap his own hands around hers, unfazed that they'd just killed two men. "Yes, peasants are quite...abominable. Though, you were a bit merciful in that punishment.". As she said this, eyes flashed red and black, their outlook being one of pure contempt. She even had to hold herself from giggling, imagining the slow and painfully burnt way she could've handled it instead. Rather, the pink Vietnamese just sniggered to herself, especially when he tried to call her an 'Angel'. At that, the girl snorted and ripped her smaller hand out of his much bigger pair. Turning her body halfway to the side, Hùong crossed her arms under her large bosoms, effectively pushing them up, and smirked. "I go by many names, all of which I don't bother to keep up with. However, you may address me as Qilin. Though, God and King aren't too bad either.".

Regardless of his reply, Hùong's lips stayed upturned into their usual self-satsfied smile, Hùong stepped away from the red man known as Kaizer. She'd put one foot directly before the other with her arms up and open like an airplane's wings, as though she were pretending to be a ballerina. She hopped and stepped over fallen rubble from his explosion. She only took three steps away from the two men, eerily eyed the thug who still stood trembling. She made a feint as though she was about to attack him, only to really just turn and latched onto Illium's back, arms wrapping around his shoulders as the taller woman leaned forward, closer to his ear. Illium, Illium, Illium. How long will you stand there analyzing, when you know the time here is limited? You've been calculating when the law enforcement would be arriving, haven't you? Don't lie to me.". She spoke this with false closeness, going as far as using his first name with no honorifics. However, her last sentence edged some venom, once again asserting her dominance. Over his shoulder, she turned her head up slightly and smirked at Kaizer as well. "I'm sure you won't want to stick around such a situation either. Illium should be a good boy and tell us when it's time to get going, shouldn't he?"

It was infuriating to no end for him as Illium was simply ignored by the large brute, despite questions being asked directly to the man. He surely wasn't deaf, unless close proximity to those explosions had caused hearing problems or possible brain damage. Nonetheless, Illium had to give credit for the displays of strength. Not only had he taken care of the thugs' supposed boss and blown through that wall, but he also silenced one of the goons that had the gall to try and sneak attack them. Even though he was ignored again with the conversation being directly solely at Qilin, at least the pensive observer learned the brute's name. Kaizer. Unfortunately, it appeared that Qilin didn't have much interest in him either, considering she ignored his comments and question, or if she did take note of them, she didn't reply. Illium let out an exasperated sigh, frustrated by the idea of being moved to a background character. True, as an intel broker who normally operated in the shadows, he was used to being in this position. Even so, he expected at least civilized conversation the few times he did put himself out there.

It then surprised Illium when he was suddenly addressed so familiarly, Qilin invading his personal space by wrapping her arms around his shoulders. He merely pushed up his glasses and nodded before replying. "Of course I have. The law enforcement would've been notified only ten seconds after the initial explosion. Factoring the almost nonexistent traffic at this hour, it should only take them three minutes to arrive. With the two minutes and twenty two seconds we have spent chit-chatting, they will be here momentarily." He smirked and tilted his head to the side so he could look at the woman leaning on his shoulders. "I would never provide false information, My Goddess." He stated, scanning her face with a flash of red in his eyes to catch any minute changes in her expression.

"I advise we make our exit now, although first...may I borrow your writing utensil?" Illium had seen her writing on a clipboard earlier, taking notes much like Illium had been doing on his phone. If she obliged, in one swift motion the calm, calculating man took it, turned to the last remaining thug, and lodged the pen through his jugular. He ripped it out just as quickly, the tip of it covered in blood as the dying criminal choked. In the grand scheme of things, the man could've been left to live, but the ignorance of his two new acquaintances earlier had sealed the thug's fate. If he was going to offer respect, then Illium demanded it in return. Some people don't care about intellect or fancy words, they only notice power and violence. In order to appease that side of them, it was decided that Illium had to display his own form of dominance. The single puncture was precise and calculated, enough to kill the man with no unnecessary fanfare. It made him smirk. Illium simply returned the pen back to Qilin, then pointed down the opposite end of the alleyway.

"The police will have this place surrounded, but they are less likely to first approach from this direction. Their department is on the other end of town, so it will take them longer to reach this side."

Got damn, this woman was smokin'. It could not be legal for a woman like her to walk around looking the way she did, just wasn't fair. Of course, a man like him would know what that felt like, being the absolute peak of physical perfection, which is what made this meeting all the more wonderful. Truly, these two were destined to meet, their fates intertwining more than their bodies would soon be, if he were to have his way.

He would blink and shake his head a bit, her words snapping him out of his slight trance. With a large smile he would nod and rub his chin "Merciful, huh? First I've heard someone call me that! I just like to leave my playthings a little broken, so that when they're fixed, they can return to me better than ever!" His smile then devolves into a devious smirk "Then I can have fun breaking them all over again~!"

After a slight look into his own personal philosophy, she would stand back and push up her already pert assets, which would easily draw his attention away from the rest of her. He did somehow manage to hear what she had said though. ""King? Ain't that a lit....Hey, wait a minute!" Before he could finish speaking, she had suddenly turned away from him, focusing more on the blue haired man who was was totes there the entire time. Probably. Maybe. How long has he been there?

Kaizer raised his brow curiously as he studied the pipsqueak. He was rambling off about some stuff that hardly seemed to matter. He did have the super sexy woman draped around him though, so he at least had that going for him. "Who the hell is this guy, and why's he getting so chummy with this Qi.....Cul.......wait, what'd she say?" The ogre thought to himself, his focus coming off of them for a moment to think. Once he had given up, he looked back down in time to see the blue haired man impale the last conscious ruffian in the neck.

Kaizer whistled and raised his brows in surprise, clapping a bit at the display. "Dude, that was brutal! Ya'll are freakin' crazy, I love it!" He had a wide grin, until the guy started talking again, suggesting they make an exit. "Straight up merc a dude and then run? Where's the fun in that?" He punched his fist into the palm of his hand, grinning deviously. "What the hell are they gonna do, huh? I say we take 'em head on!"
