The area where the warehouses were was mysteriously silent in all the wrong ways and even though he had a bad feeling about proceeding farther inside his intuition told him the opposite of what his brain did.

Caleb would cautiously go from warehouse to warehouse in a random pacing that would've gave him away if anyone was stalking him or peaking out thier warehouse to see if anyone was coming. He didn't really know why he was in such a hurry to get here... And now that he was here he was thinking walking is the best option for stealth. He was to relaxed, to calm, to... There goes that awful ringtone again. Sighing loudly, he plucked it from where his pocket and indignantly pressed it to his ear.

"Man! I got these cheeseburgers man!"

Oh! It was that same annoying old man from before... Fantastic.

"...I don't want any cheeseburgers"

More annoyed than he was confused, he stuffed his cellular device back into his pocket and... Who was that ovee there? That couldn't be who he thought it was right? She seemed pretty smart the last time they crossed paths but, now she seemed a combination of smart and clueless from the foolish way she walked right into a danger zone- most likely looking for what he was looking for- without a custume or some kind of mask. His eyes nearly popped out of his skull... Even though his big brown eyes already looked poppy. Pressed against the outside of a warehouse nearby one that was near the ruffians hide out, he cup his hands over his mouth to make subtle "pppppsssst" noises in the corner to get her over his way

The warehouses being quiet, wasn't unusual.

Beyond being a place for storage, she couldn't imagine why anyone not up to anything bad, would actually be here. Unless one were to check the insides, there wasn't anything interesting.

But to think that the skater's hideout, could possibly be in such a generic place, she couldn't decide whether or not she was surprised. Being able to avoid capture for this long, she assumed they had experience.

Apparently she was wrong.

A hideout in a place like this, was neither deep, nor brilliant. If anything, it only hinted that this group likely didn't have the wealth to afford anything good. Like an underground lair.

And assuming that was true, then this wild goose chase was a bit disappointing. Though she wasn't expecting, nor actually wanted, to accidentally stumble into some top villain's hideout.

She did actually want to live long enough to graduate.

Trying to follow the figure she saw, would have been easier using her quirk. Before she had even gave chase, they already had some distance between them, which only grew with her pacing.

It was only her confidence, and the reassurance that these guys had to actually be incompetent, that made her believe there wasn't really a need to worry. Skating was loud, after all.

Even more so, in a place like this.

Rather than actually look inside, the warehouses she had passed, were merely glanced at for use. If any doors seemed to be left open, even the slightest, then she'd at least take a peek.

Before she could turn around a corner though, she had heard what was obviously a ploy to get her attention, causing her to gaze around, until she had spotted the source.

It was that guy from earlier.

And after actually taking a better look at him, he was probably the one she was following this whole time. Great. But he had to have been here for a reason, didn't he?

Maybe he actually knew something.

"I'm guessing you know where the skaters are?"

She was not planning on admitting she had been following him as a suspect. That was just embarrassing. And it wasn't like it really had anything to do with her three pieces of advice either.

Their plan was going to be ruined.

The so called messenger, had informed him that someone was heading towards the hideout. He had apparently also lost sight of where the detective chasing them had gone off too.

Assuming luck was on their side, like it had been so far, they had an hour at best, to get away. Though if it wasn't on their side, then the plan was already ruined, and there wasn't anything else to do, other than not going down without a fight. Which was easier said than done.

In his hand and pockets, were rocks, the only real weapon he really had, without spray paint. It might not have been much, but the object was simple enough to work with his quirk. Turning a corner, he saw two people he didn't recognize, blocking his way towards the hideout.

He was screwed, wasn't he?

"Ay, duck!"

Sliding forward, he threw the rock he was holding, and activated his quirk, while his skates were keeping him balanced. Eyes glowing yellow, with his guide, the rock would curve around them in a sort of circle. It was a distraction, if anything else, so he could slip through.

"Huh?" He said absently to the brunette whose name escaped him for the moment. Or did he not ask her for that? He honestly couldn't remember which one it was, but if she was here and in that whole tournament thing he saw, that only meant they had a opt while they were standing around in the open like dumb asses. It was almost like they were waiting for something bad to happen to them, like they were craving it or something, when in actuality Caleb was just trying to make one of his acquaintances angry.

"No, but if I had to guess. It'd be..."

He held  the "e" as he was looking around to confirm where the place was. But just when he was about to pick a place, he heard a sound of someone shouting about ducking something. nonchalantly glancing over without wasting his energy to move, he spotted the source, confirming it was a skater without even paying much attention to what the idiot had on. From the looks of it he was trying to distract them by throwing a rock around them, making it seem like they would be hit, when it was just a distraction to get both of them to duck so he could pass through them on his roller blades. This is where he fucked up. Caleb doesn't like listening to other people. On that note, he responded to the humble word of advice by not ducking, looking at the person that was trying to roll pass the both of them, and  having his innards omit the steam inside of his being through his skin to form an aura around himself for the purpose of burning the living hell out of the guy. Because he was moving pretty standardly on the skates, and moving betwixt them, he would probably only get brunt on the side that was facing the vaper. On that note, he was far to slow to actually stop the guy from coming passed them, but sure enough this was something that was going to lead them right to the rest of the vigilantes inside of whatever warehouse he was scrambling towards.

"... Right there I'd say"

His form warped and curved in unscrupulous shapes from the point of view of those outside of his aura. To him, everything seemed the same, he could see perfectly fine from all the training he put himself through.

A rock.

Out of everything she expected a surprise attack to result in, that wasn't one of them. Most people tended to use quirks these days, after all. But she wasn't even sure if this qualified as an attack.

It was more of a distraction, really.

As if she had her own gravitational pull, the rock moved around her waist, before going around that guy's own, then harmlessly dropping to the ground. Looking around to see what happened, she found the skater falling to his knees, and clutching his arms.

The steam surrounding that guy, had explained it all.

This wasn't at all what she had been expecting. For this to be this easy, she had to question how it was possible this guy and his friends made it this long, without getting caught.

Before she could web and help bind the skater though, what sounded like another pair of rollerskates, had came from a different direction, hands apparently binded behind her back.

"The detective's here! It's over!"

Her Brooklyn accent, was pretty distinct, and judging from the girl's predicament, made it even harder to take seriously. It was only comforting to know that someone was coming to stop them.

A flash of light suddenly drowned the area, causing her to avert her eyes, as regular footsteps entered the area. When the light had finally died down, she found the detective had detained both of the skaters. His crooked sunglasses likely had to have something to do with his quirk.

"Great work you two."

She didn't want to argue they didn't really do anything.

Comments:
A nice tame thread, not every thread has to be big battles, deep conflict, or things of that nature. Especially for a dual, though I will say I do like the fact that Saeko is taking her evaluations into consideration while she's doing some volunteer work. I would've liked it if Caleb's posts were a bit loner and more detailed but it's not a big issue to worry about for a simple Dual Thread like this.
