General Appearance: Quite the tall and slender woman, Hùong is a person defined by elegance. She has a delicate and heart shaped face with pale, ivory skin complexion. Her face is characterized by plump pink glossed lips, prominent cheekbones and a small button nose, along with a short and thin neck. The visage is accompanied by a pair of almond shaped, Light Pink colored eyes, both of which are calm in nature, and softly angled eyebrows. She can also be noted to usually have on makeup, though the amount is minimal to mascara, eyeliner, lipstick/gloss, and eye shadow. Hùong is also known to have on her favorite pair of cross earrings at all times. Her facial expression is one of tranquility and sereneness along with a slight smile, a perfect poker face, that usually hides the murderous intent in her heart. However, it can be noted that when upset, her eyes become heavily lidded and the smile drops into an small smirk.
The woman's characteristics are outlined by naturally luminous, voluminous Pink hair that reaches her lower back. The stylization of the hair is usually left out to flow around her, however, it is known to be in the occasionally chignon and bun. The hair texture itself is wavy and quite fine, rarely getting tangled due to the rigorous care regime Hùong does for it.
Hùong's body structure is a full hourglass, being slender and graceful, with arms that long in length and slim. Characterized with the rest of her body are slight shoulders with a bust that is rather large, accompanied by a small waist, a full bottom, and wide hips. Her legs are long supple, completing the look, making her seem quite statuesque. One may also note the the fact that her svelte form has a pancake flat stomach with a dog paw print upon her left hip. Lastly, her hands are long and sylphlike with equally matching fingers. Her nails are grown naturally long, painted a coloring and trimmed into sharply dull style. She usually carries herself in a fluid and light-footed manner. She stands straight and tall, but moves slow and agile.
| Clothing: Hùong is someone who wouldn't be caught dead in an outfit that wasn't made by a renowned designer. Chanel, Tom Ford, Ralph Lauren, Armani, DKNY, etc. As such, all outfits are usually well coordinated and look as if she owned the very world she walked on. However, Miss Quang can usually be spotted in her usual outfit when out exploring and scouting the town. Said attire consists of a Hot Pink hooded utility parka jacket with a drawstring waist. The outerwear is at least two sizes too big and looks a bit puffy on her form, reaching her mid-thigh. Inside the jacket is no shirt, but instead a solid black ripple triangle bikini top. Upon her lower body is a pair of cotton black denim short short hotpants with frayed hems, giving it a worn-in look, along with multiple pockets. To bring it together is a pair of semi-sheer black lace and suede boots. It has a pointed peep toe, lace-up front with tie closure, partial zip closure at back, and a stiletto heel. The heel height is 4.5"/11.4cm with a 0.5"/1.2cm platform height. However, when she decides that it's time to be a bit stunning and miraculous, Hùong is known to switch into a classy black pants suit that shows a generous amount of cleavage (whether or not if she wore a shirt under the jacket is questionable), with a pair of black bow slingback chunky heels.
Villainous Attire!
| Personality: Versatile A rather changeable person, Hùong is able to adapt to many different situations quickly and efficiently. She is adjustable in every which way, where as even if her plans were to be completely skewed, she could easily come up with a backup plan within minutes. Thanks to this gifted ability, she has a variety of multifunctional skills that can be transferred to various other forms, business and casually.
Narcissist Quite the prima donna, Hùong is what she describes herself as "God's gift to the world". She has an obvious self-focus on her own interests along with a lack of empathy. Her arrogance is even notable by her body language, of which she acts quite haughty. She is known to subtly brag about herself to anyone who would listen, flattering those who appreciate herself like she does and detesting those who don't. She is unable to understand and view other's feelings and perceptions on the world when it doesn't particularly involve her. Not only does she feel great energy from the flattery, but also extreme gratification that appeases her want.
God Complex Hùong has an extreme, unshakable belief that she is God. Characterized by her constant feelings from her Quirk ability, she is rather dogmatic in her views. Combined with her narcissistic attitude, Hùong is strongly for people bowing and following her every will, going as far to want them to pray in her name. Boastful and egocentric, she expects everyone to hail to her very beck and call. She strongly believes that deserves everything in the world, and is not above snatching it away from others to obtain such.
Pyromaniac Since the discovery of her Quirk, Hùong had been addicted to fire. She's had psychological impulses towards causing fires, impulses she could only hope to control, if she wanted to anyway. When starting or even being around fire causes the woman to enter euphoria and to become lost in gratification. It helps the girl to release tensions that she refuses to show, channeling it instead through the abuse of her Quirk, which only makes the disorder much worse, not only for her mental but also physical, seeing as the Quirk could cause her blindness.

| History: "Take a gander." Quang Phuong Hùong was born in a small settlement on the far northeast of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The small town's economy was mostly commercial – many people would come to buy and sell from all around Vietnam. The community itself was very equality centric and believed that everyone and everything should be equal and fair to all. However, despite the prosperity of the settlement, they were quite financially poor. They faced extreme poverty in their time, but most of the community could care less about such things, much rather taking advantage of their times of low to become tighter as a community during their times of need. Overall, they were a very humble town.
Hùong was the seventh, and last, child birthed to two loving parents, Quang Tran Hao and Quang Qui, both of whom were prominent figures in the community. They were well known in their little area for their courageous and righteous acts of heroism towards the town's people, simply because of the fact that they were the only family around to posses Quirks. Her six other siblings were mostly the same, all of whom eventually formed a family hero business, offering to lend their fiery abilities to those who came to trade with the town.
Hùong was very much against this type of mindset and often complained to her family that they could do much better. However, they ignored her complaints, causing the young eight year old girl to become quite frustrated. So whenever the rest of the Quang's went out to do jobs and perform kind heroic acts, little Hùong stayed home, reading and honing her abilities for herself only. She cared only about herself, which was very much against the entire idea of the settlement. This often led to clashes between Hùong, her parents, and the town's leaders. The end was result was always the youngest Quang being put on punishment and her resentment for her home to grow steadily.
As she grew older the pink haired female grew more and more distant from everyone else in her family and community. It made her parents feel glum but scarcely affected the community. She was barely even considered a member of such due to her self centered attitude and lack of participation like the rest of her family. And thus she lived her days on a schedule of eat, read, practice, and sleep. She didn't really leave her home, let alone her room. However, there soon came a day where things changed. On one sunny and warm day, a gang of wandering thieves attacked the settlement. Their hero's were all away doing business for clients in other cities and countries to earn more money for the town. Except for fourteen year old Hùong, of course. She was taking a fine nap in the garden of her home, under a large cherry tree, when she was abruptly awoken from her slumber by screams of terror. She didn't rise immediately, instead laying there, listening to their yells for help. At some point, someone even called for her. As she sat there, comfortably considering helping the fools, a bandit suddenly crashed into the garden. Actually started, Hùong sat up to stare at the large man.
He seemed to be entranced by her beauty and tried to drag her to him. Whether he wanted to kidnap or rape her, Hùong wasn't sure but she wasn't about to find out. She kicked him square in the face and activated her Quirk. When he saw her eyes, however, the bandit's face grew pale and looked ready to flee. Duly she took note of it but it didn't stop her from setting his face aflame with the black flames of her Quirk. Not too long after did he fall down, screaming and writhing in pain, which she took advantage of to get up and dash out of the garden to the wretched town. Annoyed by the commotion and unnecessary screeches, Hùong wandered around the ablaze village, picking off the enemies by sneaking up on them and setting their faces on fire with her Quirk. Despite the fact she said she was 'trying to help', she was really just testing her abilities, the civilians shunned her for her 'merciless slaughter'.
Fed up with their old and cooped up ways, Hùong left the town two days after the attack, not even bothering to leave a note for her family. They didn't seem to much care, only worried about how their hero's would take it. Thanks to her early body development, she was able to disguise herself as a traveling merchant and stole a horse from the town's stables, along with other necessities for survival. She traveled for four days, just getting by with the stolen goods, when she finally reached Ho Chi Minh City. There, she lied about her age to acquire a job as a clothes shop receptionist. It wasn't anything big, but it helped the going girl get a home and have her own means of survival.
For two years she lived like this, once again dissatisfied with such a lowly way of living. In her mind Hùong knew she deserved better, like living as the royalty she was. Just thinking of the ways she was forced to live made her feel sick. So when a golden opportunity came and slapped the power hungry sixteen year old grabbed it by the face. That opportunity came in the form of a recently widowed, 56 year old Japanese man. He was in the shop she was working in, looking at dresses that he said "reminded him of his precious Chiyo". Hùong played sympathy with the man, setting the seeds of manipulation while he was at his weakest. While he talked about his dead wife Chiyo, she made up a story of her family being massacred when she was six and being forced to work in the shop by the owner, or he'd get his mafia pals to get her too. With each of his visits, the darker her story got. She played this game for two months as he, Akio Yamashita, stayed for an international business meeting.
It was when it was his last week in Ho Chi Minh City that Hùong came to him in a staged panicked flurry, fake tears streaming down her face as she sobbed to him that they had found out she was talking to him and begged him to save her. She took advantage of his weakness to women that she learned in their conversations. And just like planned, Akio began to panic and without much thought, the bald man was hurriedly trying to shuffle her into his limousine, blubbering that he'll take her to Japan with him, that she'll be his daughter from then on. Akio put her in a hotel until him and his business partners wrapped up the last of the meeting and wasted no time flying them to Okinawa, Japan, where his mansion of a home and two sons awaited him.
It's been nine months since then, and thus many changes has occurred in Hùong's life. With Akio Yamashita's wealth, she felt she had finally gotten what she deserved, but after two months it didn't feel like it was enough. On another note, Akio mysterious fell ill four months after her welcome into the estate. No one else knew that Hùong had been poisoning his tea, plotting the idea since her first month I'm the new home. Despite this unfortunate 'coincidence', no one suspected her but his youngest son, Takeshi. From the moment she walked in, he's had it in for her. Not like she cared, he was simply another obstacle in her way of success. She had duly noted that his sons would be some type of problem, but his oldest son, Sousuke, proved no problem, as he moved out to live with his newlywed wife, Natsuki, weeks after she appeared.
Hùong ignored his suspension by trying to divert his attention elsewhere. Takeshi was fourteen and easily swayed by his raging teenage boy hormones, so Hùong would secretly slip him some female fashion magazines that would keep him locked in his room on days end. This gave the Vietnamese girl time to really set the gears in place, starting with upping the poison dosage in his tea. By having Takeshi distracted and Sousuke too busy trying to start a family, Hùong made her move. She planted seeds of his son's betrayal by them not being with him while he lay on his death bed. Akio was now not only physically weak, but also mentally weighed down. And like a snake, once he was completely open, she struck.
For Hùong, it was almost too easy to get him to put her on his will as the controller of his enormous wealth. So when she walked out of the room, newly documented will in hand, she set his room ablaze. His screams on terror and pain as he was burned alive almost sounded as good as the opening vault to his wealth a year and a half later. Akio Yamashita had a rather large funeral and Hùong played the perfect devastated spoiled adopted daughter. Success never tasted sweeter than at that moment for the woman.
At the current age of nineteen, Hùong is working to extend her hand of power in much more than money now. She travels the world in search of people who not only would follow her will, but also be useful in expanding her future army and plans of a rebellion.

Combat: While Hùong is definitely not a physical fighter, her body is much too weak for such, she does use her quirk for the extreme most part and does have some close combat training for self defense. She attacks a person's pressure points when being confronted by something she can't fight from a distance. She knows just enough to cause a slight uncomfortable pain, the lowering of blood pressure by pressing against the baroreceptors in the carotid artery that sends signals of high blood pressure, and lastly, she can strike specific reflexive points like the base of the throat.

Goddess of the Sun
| T2
| description Ability: This quirk allows the user to create powerful black flames within their line of sight. These flames are nigh inextinguishable and can burn through just about anything. They burn hotter than normal flames and emit its own eerie illumination. These flames burn slower than regular fire, however, and therefore do not spread quickly. The user is able to shape these flames to their whim, allowing them to shape the flame at will whilst retaining their burning power. The user has a small resistance to these flames.
Limitations: This quirk causes considerable damage to the user's eyes, causing them to lose sight more and more with each use of the quirk. The user of the quirk is also dreadfully apparent when doing so, as their pupils disappear, their irises turn blood red and their sclera turn midnight black. Their eyes also begin to cry tears of blood. Overuse of this quirk causes a -1 letter drop in both Stamina and Accuracy, as well as temporary blindness in the eye/eyes that used the technique for the course of 3 turns.
