It seems not even death would take mercy on the young woman's soul. Forever tormented and never allowed an easy solution. Even her soul wasn't enough to sate the merciful touch of Tarterus. There she lied among the sand, soaking and dripping among the ever beating sun. Her eyes darting back and forth from apprehension, her body and heart would rhyme with the shore as the salt water would slowly rise to kiss her legs, reminding her body how they spared her to continue her suffering. She lied motionless clutched in shadow. Kira's black hair, silky from the brine and the wetness completely covering her pale face and upper-body. Her hair was truly extravagant how long it was. Her clothes also just as saturated, clinging to her form as its only salvation to the elements. Even that however, was menial at best. The young woman's dreams wandered, famine and oblivion ruminating her being. Despite offering reprisal from her condition, they have done nothing for her but cause her continuous anguish. Tormenting her with bittersweet memories, not dreams. She'd run to him. Her legs feeling no pain as the encroaching darkness behind her would do nothing but follow relentlessly. "BROTHER!" she'd howl, rushing as fast as she could. Her breathing would not let up as she continued to sprint toward the shadowy figure in the distance. He would grow ever further as she would just continue to reach out doing whatever she could to just feel him with her hands. Once her hand graced his cheek, she'd no longer be a little girl but be who she was now, the darkness halted and the tiny woman would see her own gloved hand along his stoney face. Scars from the beatings, his lips, his cheeks, his face. Even through the glove she could feel his frigid features, this was not her brother. ![]() She'd recoil, whispering to herself. "B-Brother..? P-please... I'm sorry." she'd whisper, her dreams even cackled at her, making light of her bane. He'd offer no answer, just the darkness would silently approach around them. Everything would become numb, cold. Even the glint from her eyes would fade to black. "Help me...anyone." Those who'd look on would see a woman who simply see a girl in the dirt, jolting and twitching violently. Momentarily lapses of peace would only be slight relief from her agony, but it was obvious from the blooming stains under her of blood that she was beyond well. Copious amounts of blood would run from her mouth, nose and eyes as she remained on the edge of the horizon. She was swimming in her unconsciousness, standing on the edge of cognizance and reason. they would hear light murmurs but they were that of a mad woman lost in her dreams, barely recognizable. Yet, she would muster something within a lapse of lucidity before her eyes rolled in the back of her head. "H-Help.." Edited by Kei, Jul 9 2018, 04:03 AM.
