General Appearance: Arthur looks fairly young, but not overly so. His blond hair is usually quite messy, and even when he tries to make it otherwise there isn't much he can do about it. He isn't fat or anything, but relying on his quirk for most things means that he hasn't developed much muscle.
| Clothing: Sticking to casual clothing Arthur isn't too fussed over what he wears. Usually it consists of comfortable t shirts and cargo pants, but he has a variety of items to choose from.
| Personality: Arthur might seem complicated from the outside, but in reality that comes from a simple desire that comes out in weird ways. All he wants is to show people that he can do things on his own, that he isn't the helpless child he thinks people see him as, but he doesn't know how to do that very well.
He is very intelligent, but this extends mostly to academic pursuits and not those of a practical nature. Trying to apply these theoretical practices to real life is often the cause of much suffering in the things he tries. It also means he has trouble interpreting things like sarcasm or lying, taking people at what they say and not looking too deep for any other reasoning, which is another reason people tend to see him as childlike or naive. In truth he has just had little experience with thinking about things in that kind of way.
Even with all of that he is extremely driven in what goals he sets for himself, willing to do whatever it takes to achieve them. He is quick to learn things and turn them into something he can use for later on.

History:
History: People sometimes think they were never meant to be born, especially in their darker days. Very rarely are they correct, but if Arthur was ever to get to a low enough point where such a thought crossed his mind, it wouldn't exactly be far from the truth. Born to two people just barely out of high school, still kids themselves, he was not a planned child or even a wanted one at first. While his father eventually accepted what was now his life, his mother couldn't, and had to escape the mess she had gotten into.
Mere weeks after he had been born, Arthur's mother vanished into the wind and was never heard from again, at least not by the two she had left behind. Alone and unprepared for what he had to do, his father contemplated putting him up for adoption, but couldn't bring himself to do so. Instead they struggled on, the years getting easier to a degree, but a good life was always just out of reach. His father lost his job when Arthur was still young, and unable to get another one and still care for his son there didn't seem to be any good options, so he took a bad one.
Things started quite tame, just small shady jobs to make sure they were able to pay rent and eat just enough to get by, but things got more expensive as time went on. Arthur started school, and supplies needed to be bought. Accidents and illness meant doctors had to be paid. On and on things got worse for the two of them, until suddenly everything was fine.
Or, at least, that's what Arthur saw.
His father had told him that he had managed to get a good job, one that paid more than the old ine which his son still wasn't fully aware of. What he didn't say was that he had fallen in with one of the gangs in the city and was running deliveries for them, as well as whatever 'odd jobs' came his way. He reconciled everything that had to be done by thinking of Arthur, and eventually getting him a proper future, and Arthur looked up to him as the honest man he was pretending to be. Things went like this for another year and a half, and they were relatively happy where they were.
Unfortunately, lies cannot be maintained forever, and as deep as Adam was in everything it took a major shock to bring him out of it. A police raid was staged on the gang's hideout, and he was there while it was happening and got arrested. He was convicted of a list of various crimes and sentenced to jail, with Arthur being taken by the government.
Confused and scared, Arthur was lucky to find a way out of the system in his grandfather. The old man had cared for him early on when Adam was just starting down his road, but as things continued the two had had a falling out and lost all contact. As the last living relative they could find however Jacob became the boy's carer and he was sent to live with him. Arthur hadn't even known his grandfather was still alive let alone expect to go and live with him, but the transition was as simple as one could hope from such a situation.
A couple of weeks after everything happened Arthur went to see Adam, but the two only talked for a short while as his father told him everything before Arthur left upset and angry. Even a year later he has not spoken to or seen the man, although Jacob occasionally tries to get him to do so.
As a way of trying to bond with the young boy Jacob told him stories of when he used to be a professional hero, and while he was never in the top leagues they were nonetheless entertaining. This eventually led to Arthur learning how to use his quirk from his grandfather, as the two had similar abilities, picking up the old man's techniques and style. Finding the only joy he had in a while he started looking for more, and Jacob supported him from the side as he did so, never wanting to interfere but guiding him when necessary. Arthur isn't sure what he wants to do with the power, but at the very least he feels like he is doing something.

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: Arthur prefers to stay out of the fight as much as possible, but when pushed he isn't afraid to take an active role. Using his quirk to keep his distance while hurting the opponent, his main weakness is hand to hand fighting, but by using his quirk to augment his natural movements he has started to work on this.

| Name | Tier | Description | Telekinesis
| T1
| description Ability: - The user has the ability to manipulate matter with their mind; my focusing their minds they can control and manipulate matter, and much more depending on the mental prowess of the user. The users psionic energy is out put in force alone.
Visually speaking, when a user influences an object, person, etc, an aura of color will coat the object corresponding to the users nature.
Attacks that do not influence an object (such as psychic blasts, pushes, etc) have an odd, water like effect, but still have color.
All techniques from this quirk have some type of visual queue, regardless of the type of attack (projectile or otherwise). Either an aura of color or a watery refraction like effect surrounding the attack itself.
Limitations: - All techniques originate from the user, and therefore cannot suddenly manifest itself elsewhere without having traveled there from the user to its destination. Despite being a psionic ability, the user of this quirk has an odd inability to infiltrate or directly affect the mind of others. Meaning abilities like Telepathy and similar mental altering abilities are not possible as they have an incapability of matching the targets mental matrix. When going over the limit, The user suffers -3 to Stamina and -3 to Accuracy for two posts while their sense of focus and mental acuity regains its composure.
