Grimm Full Body 1
General Appearance: Skögul has pale skin, black hair, brown eyes, and has both curves and muscle while cutting a tall figure. While her quirk is in use, Skögul's wrists and ankles produce scarlet flames.
Clothing: Skögul's wardrobe changes depending on her mood and the day. Nothing is ever really set in stone, though she is a fan of crop tops and sweatpants more often then not.
As Grimm, Skögul dons an extravagant wardrobe of black and red, including an ornate mask and headpiece. While the outfit looks like armor, it is not. There are holes in the hands and the feet so that Skögul can safely use her quirk, as well as so the flames on her wrists and ankles can be free.
Personality: As herself, Skögul is upbeat, full of energy and tries to maintain a positive outlook on life. She is a firm believer in that fact that whenever life gets you down, it is just setting you up for something bigger. Skögul likes to try and see the good in everyone. She is very much a bleeding heart, willing to go out of her way to help others should they need it, even if it would inconvenience her. It should be noted, however, that Skögul holds a dislike for most heroes. This dislike is mostly (and strongly) aimed towards heroes that do their job for things like profit, power, or fame as opposed to doing the job for the sake of others. Skögul has a strong hatred (and low tolerance) of spicy foods.
As Grimm, Skögul takes on a highly theatrical persona, introducing grandiose words into her vocabulary and making extravagant poses and gestures. While donning the Grimm persona, Skögul judges heroes and villains on a case-by-case basis, and does her best to deal with them accordingly. She does her best to not let her personal thoughts influence her decisions as Grimm.
Quote(s): "Let's all do our best, alright?" "Fall down six times, stand up seven. It's easy!" "Through dream I travel, at lantern's call. To consume the flames of a kingdom's fall." "Dance with me, my friend. The crowd awaits. Show them you are worthy of a starring role!"
History:
The History of Grimm: A tradition of sorts passed down the generations of the Odiana family from a time long forgotten, the name 'Grimm' is less a name and more of a role. The role of Grimm is taken by eldest member of a generation within the Odiana family. If there are too many strong heroes in an era, then the world could lead to stagnation instead of peace, resulting in weaker generations to come... On the other hand, if too many villains exist at one time and end up becoming stronger then heroes, then chaos would reign and those that were weak would remain weak under the rule of the strong. Thus does Grimm exist, and while Grimm is fairly unknown as a whole, there are plenty of legends and myths told in small towns and villages around the world speaking of how, in times of crisis, one could light an ornate, scarlet paper lantern to bring about the presence of Grimm.
When the time comes to pass on the role of Grimm, the elder takes the next in line on as their 'Grimmkin'. They teach them their history, how to fight, and how to properly act as Grimm in order to keep the idea that Grimm is a singular entity alive. The only members of a generation that learn of Grimm are the eldest. The younger of each generation is kept in the dark.
The History of Skögul Odiana: Skögul Odiana was born to Geir and Demzel Odiana on May 26th, 402 in the city of Toronto, Canada. For the early stages of her life, Skögul had a very calm childhood. While Geir often worked abroad (he'd always told her that he was a traveler by trade, though never mentioned what he sold), and Demzel worked as an accountant. While the girl saw her mother more often then her father, and would usually have a babysitter while she was working, she loved both of her parents. When her quirk developed at the age of four, she adored it, and despite being scolded for doing so on countless occasions, would often use it to play with. For a long time, the girl would only be able to summon and control one wisp, but it was enough for her despite the countless times she'd almost set fire to everything around it.
By the time Skögul turned eight, Demzel's health had started declining, and after a while, it showed no signs in improving. Before long, her mother would pass on, but not before she requested that Skögul light a single scarlet lantern to help her pass on. While the girl didn't understand the significance of such a thing, she complied with her mother's wishes and lit an ornate scarlet paper lantern. A few days later, and Demzel would pass on... and on the eve of her death, a figure clad in extravagant black and red armor and silks would appear before Skögul. Initially scared, Skögul would end up setting fire to the home. The figure would rescue her, and when both of them were safe, they would reveal themselves as Geir, her father.
For the next few years, Skögul would accompany Geir around the globe. The elder Odiana would explain the history of their family to his daughter, as well as begin to teach her how to fight and protect herself in accordance to their family's tradition. By the time Skögul was thirteen, Geir would take her on as his Grimmkin, so that, as his eldest (and only) child, she could one day supplant him as Grimm itself. The training and routine that came with this was in and of itself daunting, but Skögul did her best to make her father and deceased mother proud, as well as to live up to the expectations her lineage had placed upon her.
At the age of sixteen, the duo's worldwide trip would lead them to America to encounter someone that had been on Geir's list for a long time. Apparently while he had been in Japan, he had heard tell of a hero by the name of Blue Streak that only did their job in order to make a steady income, before abandoning the people of Japan entirely to strike up work in America. It would take some time to track the hero, but eventually, the duo of Grimm and Grimmkin would track her down as she confronted a group of upstart villains in the midst of a bank robbery. Despite America's rather thriving criminal community, Grimm hadn't seen such a gang as a threat... but Blue Streak, who before had strove forwards with only income in mind, was now threatening that gentle balance, and as such, would need to be eliminated. Geir would instruct Skögul to stay back for the most part while he would deal with Blue Streak. The fight was long and hectic, and in the end, the gang of villains and Blue Streak were dead in the streets, and Skögul was forced to beat a hasty retreat with her father. The man had been fatally injured during the fighting, and as such, despite Skögul doing what she could to help him, would end up giving her the role of Grimm in a much less ceremonious way then he had hoped. He'd say tear-filled and heartfelt goodbye as bled out, leaving his daughter well and alone in the world.
Now the new Grimm, and without a mentor at the tender age of sixteen, Skögul would do her best to carry on. She'd develop a hatred for heroes that didn't work for righteous reasons, like the one that had taken her father from her, but beyond that, she did what she could as Grimm, targeting smaller villains and heroes that strayed from their paths. While she worked as Grimm, she would also return to Canada to try and finish her education so she could end up with a more stable job to support herself. She was successful in both of these endeavors, and managed to secure a number of small jobs to help herself with. Once she was stable, she'd get to work reporting the deaths of both her mother and father, as well as confirming to the government that she was alive and well. After a while, she'd manage to get whatever was to be passed down from both parents, which would help her move up in the world before she moved to Ottawa.
Now, at the age of 24, Skögul has managed to secure a job working as an assistant for the Government General of Canada, Logan Madison. It's been some time since she has needed to take on the persona of Grimm, but with things escalating in the world, Skögul has seen a need for Grimm to return. Thus, she tries her best to keep her extracurricular activities hidden and separated from herself.
Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: In accordance to her dual identities, Skögul has two distinct fighting styles. As herself, she gets down and dirty while keeping things simple, mixing a variety of punches with kicks and the occasional headbutt. She'll generally only use her quirk in times of distress.
When assuming the guise of 'Grimm', Skögul is like a dancer on a stage, remaining light on her feet and utilizing mesmerizing movements in conjunction with her quirk to both make a grand show as well as to keep opponents at a distance. She isn't afraid to get up close and personal should the need arise.

Dance Beneath A Scarlet Moon
1
Skögul's quirk no longer has rainbow hues, and instead is a scarlet color. Additionally, Skögul's hair does not burn like other user's of Will O' Wisp, with flames instead being present on her wrists and her ankles, but only while her quirk is active.
Dance Beneath A Scarlet Moon: Pyroclastic Nightbloom
2
Skögul's training over her life has lead to her finding new ways to develop and utilize her quirk. While still being able to conjure Wisps and control them, Skögul is now capable of manipulating the flames present upon her wrists and ankles for use in attacks. Additionally, she may also create flames from her wisps and the flames present upon her body.

Description
Will O' Wisp
Tier 3 Emission
Ability: The user gains the ability to create and control orbs of colored fire from their hands that are 6-inches in diameter. Once spawned, they will silently float alongside the user until given instruction to move elsewhere or speak. The wisps can repeat a short phrase when told by the quirk user, which they will continue to repeat until told to stop or given a new phrase. They naturally give off a warm glow, although can be detonated to spread their flames. Multiple wisps may be combined in order to create a larger wisp, though a larger orb consisting of two wisps still counts as two wisps against your total allotted amount. The quirk user is born with hair of colorful fire that matches the color of their wisps. They also naturally gain a resistance to fire, granting them +2 stamina against fire-based attacks.
Limitations: While they are more resistant to fire, water will extinguish their flames and make the user weaker, causing them to suffer a -2 stat grade stamina debuff when hit with water-based attacks. The creation of wisps is free form, but actively using them requires the use of techniques. The amount of wisps the user can create at once is limited by their control rank. Beginning at Rank D, two wisps can be spawned for every control rank. If the user goes over the limit, they will suffer a -2 stat grade debuff to Speed and Accuracy for two posts.
