General Appearance: Kesshou has a delicate face, even for his age, and while not the shortest, certainly isn't tall, standing at, merely, the average height for the japanese men, even though he has a frail-looking appearence, he adds onto it very delinquent-esque characteristics, such as his bi-colored, dyed hair, a piercing earring in his left ear, which he is and was known for, by his fellow school student peers as the "Boy with Earring", he seems to be quite lean, not really being bulky, although he does hold quite a bit of muscular mass due to the physical training that he took, by himself, which is actually quite minimal in terms of intensity, and, well, effectiveness. His complexion is a bit more prominent than that of most japanese boys, looking quite american, his stance, in most cases, is quite straight, and he has a quite high degree of etiquete, that he only really uses when he wants to.
| Clothing: The boy generally tends to wear a strict school uniform whenever he hangs around shortly after or before school, which has golden pins to the sides of the neck part of the clothing, where, in the right side, the "III" (three) roman numeral can be seen. Such outfit is mostly grey, with darker baggy pants and black shoes. Casually, however, Kesshou's attire generally consists of blue jeans pants of varying color tones, alongside grey or sandy blue shirts, alongside blue and black shoes.
Futurely, Kesshou, under the alias of "Cobalt Blue" will wear a hero suit quite similar to that of Kamui Woods in the sense that its' made out of the same material the Quirk of the user uses, and, as such, will be a blue colored, somewhat thin crystal armor that encompasses the user's whole body, with black details around the helmet with spots for the eyes, mouth, and two holes where Kesshou may breath through. The suit will also have black gauntlets, alongside shoulder and knee pads of such color, with blue cobalt spikes hailing from the elbow pads. Finally, the suit has, by the hips, a black belt with blue details, alongside a dark purple colored crystal emblem.
| Personality: Kesshou is a very tranquile guy. Generally, he has short answers to questions presented by others, and overthinks of every possible outcome of oconversations so he can end up not hurting anyone else accidentaly, which actually happens quite frequently to him, whenever he speaks aloof. He is a very cult guy, and seems to enjoy music greatly, also having the hobby to learn a lot about crystal and crystal-related studies, such as geomancy. He tends to have a quite simple outlook in life, where anything can be turned into gold, but not all that glitters can be classified as of value, a saying that his father passed onto him.
However, if Kesshou were to panic for whatever reason, or get annoyed enough, his personality would quickly change to adapt to the situation, as if a defense mechanism where he acts way more like a thug or delinquent, shortening words like 'ya or y'all, using a deeper tone of his voice, and using 'ore' instead of 'boku' in japanese dialect, which is commonly seen as quite disrespectful. In such state, he will generally not back down from a fight, out of a matter of pure pride, which is his biggest personality flaw. While this side of his is concealed, it is not what one could call his 'true' side, and, rather, just a part of it. At the end of the day, he is a cult bookworm as much as he is a thuggish delinquent.

History:
History: Kesshou Genkou was a kid born under a very influential family in the world of metallism-based economics, due to most of them having Quirks that allowed them, in some way or another, to influentiate or even flat out create crystal-based structures, ores, or other types of valuable minerals, typically of high quality, which made them a powerful economical tool in the market of Japan, or, even, the whole world.
The kid of Sapphire Genkou, an american woman with the quirk "Wacky Sapphire" (dubbed by an infant Kesshou) and Suishou Genkou and his Quirk "Crazy Diamond" (dubbed by himself, due to his activity as a hero for part of his life). While Sapphire's Quirk allowed her to generate crystals of blue color that covered her limbs and body parts, Suishou, in the meanwhile, had the ability to eject and shape crystals, but not in his body. They had been forced to couple with each other due to the Quirk Marriage proposed by both families, which would of course come with several riches. While that made the house quite tense for Kesshou's first years, which is were his quiet and tranquile nature came from, eventually, it got taken care of.
As such, Kesshou was born with what he dubbed as a mere kid "Glitter Rock", which allowed him to make grey crystalline structures of varied shapes that came out of the palms in his hands. Initially, it came as a shock, since both of his parents had blue colored crystals, albeit of different shades, but Kesshou was different.
That is, until his rebel nature started kicking in at his early adolescent years, in which, bit by bit, his crystals took color, until they became fully blue, a cobalt blue which was a mix of the deep blue from Wacky Sapphire and the light blue from Crazy Diamond. However, at times where he truly got pissed off, the color became darker, and darker, and darker, until it hit its' maximum, a deep purple. As such, as his father saw the combat potential in his Quirk, he and his mother agreed by allowing him to be a hero, which he really isn't that interested into, until he rememebered the old days of Suishou's small yet existant legacy as a hero, which was called "Moody Blue", due to his temperamental nature, and due to the fact he never really came up with a nickname himself.
Since then, Kesshou has been highly considering following the hero career, and not the economics, even considering all of his love for the study of crystals and geomancy, which came as a reason for him to rename his Quirk to something more serious, "Cobalt Blue". Which brings him to now, in the year of 450!

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: Normally, Kesshou is calm and analytical even during battles, in such confronts, he tends to play it cool and stay on the defensive, using of his quick Quirk-based defences to stop attacks and then counter them right away with effectivity. However, when going all out, and, as such, annoyed, the boy shows his genius for street fighting and goes for a way more agressive and offensive strategy, which is not mindless, but rather, intuitive, as the teenager attempts to overwhelm his opponents with his quick thinking coupled with his Quirk's combat capability.

| Name | Tier | Description | Glitter Rock (Cobalt Blue)
| Tier 3
| description Ability: - The user can rapidly grow crystals from crystal fragments generated by their body and flowing throughout them. These crystals emerge from holes in their palms. The crystals can be freely shaped as they're grown, even serving offensive and defensive purposes. The crystals can also refract light to fire searing beams of light, using either freshly grown crystals as part of the technique or already existing crystals. This refraction of light generates a noticable screech.
The color of the crystals is chosen at character creation.
Limitations: - The crystals disintegrate after each technique and require LP in order to be maintained as per technique rules. When going over the limit, the user suffers a -2 penalty to Speed and Stamina as the fragments in their bloodstream go out of control, causing sharp pain throughout their body.

Name Cobalt Wall (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Defensive Range: Short (5 Meters) Stats:
| Description: Kesshou shoots out a shard of blue crystal that then expands into a quite sturdy structure, similar to a wall, which he uses for defense and protection. Hoewver, due to the size the wall takes, the range for the start up projectile is pretty, pretty short, since otherwise the technique wouldn't really be possible.

Name Cobalt Blast (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Offensive Range: Short (5 Meters) Stats:
| Description: Kesshou raises his right arm, stretched infront of him with a wide open palm, while supporting it by holding his wrist still with his left hand. Thus, he ejects quite a few crystal shards, around 6, in a blast, which are used for stabbing and impact damage.
