Ability: - Depending on the user’s emotion, all of the hair on the user’s body will become the element pertaining to its emotion. The element intensity and power is based equally on both the will of the user as well as the intensity of the emotion. For example, if the user was made angry by something, the user’s hair would become fire, if the user became even more infuriated, the fire would glow brighter and more powerful. The elements cannot harm the user in any way. This Quirk requires a massive amount of body awareness, and control over one’s emotions. Users with this Quirk often require much more Quirk counseling than other students since their emotions are so immediately noticeable to others. A user could use this Quirk to their benefit in combat, though it would require intense control of emotion and would be extremely difficult. For example, an infuriated user of Peloment could use the flames that would form on his or her arms, legs, hands and feet to their advantage when fighting, punching and kicking with a fiery element mixed in. It is important to note that each user of this Quirk has a different ‘resting state’ that is based completely on the user’s personality. While some consistently have fluffy clouds of hair, others may have a constant water stream. This Quirk is just like human emotions, powerful, unpredictable, and sometimes even dangerous.

I've included a drawing I did that shows what users might look like in a 'calm state'. Like I said before, the way this looks depends entirely on the user's personality.

Limitations: - This Quirk is one of the hardest in existence to master. Its uses are limitless, but so are the ways that it can be annoying. Users must always be aware of their emotions in order for them to avoid harming the people and things around them. Additionally, the user is extremely vulnerable to the opposite element of the one that is in use. The reaction of the element, will also be the reaction of the user. If their fire is put out by water, the user may faint. If their water is somehow frozen, the user will be unable to move. If the user’s electricity is lessened somehow, the user will become sluggish and exhausted. And while the user can control the power, force and direction of their element to some extent, their emotions will always be half in control, meaning that without total control of emotion, the user won’t be able to get their Quirk even close to controlled.

Now, I can understand the desire to wield multiple elements and all, but we can't all be the Avatar, yeah? My point is, this Quirk will need to be limited to the user choosing one element upon character creation, and maybe say that they have a tendency to feel an emotion connected to it more strongly if you want to keep that as part of it.

It would be possible to use another element with this Quirk, however, only through a Custom Enhancement, of course.

First and foremost you will need techniques in order to actually utilize an element and so the strength of it will depend entirely on the technique's rank, not the strength of the emotion.

The quirk also requires a stat penalty for when you go over your limit. Characters have what's called a Limit Pool or LP, you can think of it like your mana which you use whenever you perform a technique. When you go into negative LP numbers a character suffers from a penalty to one or more stats for a certain period dictated by the quirk. You can look at other quirks to see what I mean.
