ORIENTATIONHomosexual
HEIGHT5'4"(162 cm)WEIGHT45.6 kg (101 lbs)
HAIR WhiteEYESRed
GENERAL APPEARANCE
Nozomi's appearance borders on the androgynous spectrum. He carries himself with a carefree walk that often disregards the presence of others. Nozomi often slouches, with hands on his back or in his pockets, showing a hint of childishness in the way he moves. But despite his devil-may-care impression, Nozomi's physiology is lacking, and bordering androgyny.

He has a lanky physique, with a slim waist, lithe harms and legs, which owe to his androgynous looks. His pale, smooth skin and hair became white after his quirk awakened, turning his once brown eyes, into flashes of crimson red. He keeps his hair short and unruly. Unfortunately for him, his Quirk has permanently rendered him sickly looking, which owes to his pale complexion and skinny body.
CLOTHING
Nozomi isn't stupid. He knows he can look decent in a white collared, long sleeved shirt with suspenders at any time. He doesn't like wearing formal clothes, so you can forget about leather shoes! The Hero Hunter feels more at home with simple shorts and t-shirts. That's all that he needs.

However, there are times when Nozomi likes to be adventurous and his hobby of cross dressing takes to the surface. He can get away with dresses, specially those from the traditional japanese clothing. He likes to wear red, black, grey and white colors, but secretly favors pink as well. Still, not even cross-dressing will make him wear high-heels of any sort.

Psychology
Nozomi Hostuin is a simple person. He knows what he wants, and had had a lot time to know how to get it. But Nozomi knows how to keep his secrets, as well as his quirks, hidden from everyone else. There wasn’t a time when Nozomi didn’t smile, even in the worst possible scenarios. His smile hides his many, swirling mad emotions, keeping them in check. There aren’t many things that can phase him, but on certain occasions, it is possible to get a glimpse of who Nozomi really is.

On the outside, he plays the ignorant, insensitive child full of wit and sarcasm. In order to hide his own weaknesses, he makes blunt use of other’s insecurities. He has been an observant individual ever since childhood and has had no problems reading people, save for a few mistakes. Nozomi also plays the conservative, cowardly role that manipulates and makes use of other’s for his own gain. It’s a simple ruse really. He acts friendly towards those he sees potential for “fun”. But regardless of whichever personality he puts up front, Nozomi is consistent when it comes to money, and it’s many uses. It ties with his desire to be immortal, as his parents were ravaged by his own disease.

At times, however, Nozomi shows some suicidal tendencies and intolerance to pain. He rarely grows grudges, but when he does, he makes sure to return the favor in spades.

Fears
Nozomi fears only death before accomplishing his dreams.

Biography
Nozomi Hostuin was born in the Hostuin Family as the only child.
His father's fellow doctors had diagnosed his mother as somewhat infertile, and no amount of quirk healing abilities would fix that. So when his mother became pregnant, the Hotsuin family was overjoyed. Nozomi, appropriately named as a symbol for hope and dreams, was born into a family of traditional medicine men, though their father had long left the state to become a Doctor.

Nozomi's parents were a doctor-nurse duo who traveled the world, mainly America, his mother's home country, assisting other heroes, or solving medical cases. His father was a different kind of hero, who helped others just as well. However, when it was time for his father to leave the country once more, Nozomi's mother had to stay in Japan, to take care of their newborn son.

For the first few years of his life, Nozomi was home schooled. It wasn't such a bad thing, since his father visited them more frequently. However, Nozomi quickly discovered that simply loving and being loved in return wasn't enough. While most children at the age of 10 were breathing fire, or sticking to walls, Nozomi could only watch in awe. He couldn'tdo any supernatural activity that his fellow classmates were doing. His mother hoped he had inherited her ability to create astral projections, or his father's healing ability.

Already at the age of 13, he hadn't displayed any sort of power. His father spent less time coming to Japan, while his mother could do nothing but lament the state of her son. Nozomi didn't understand his parent's worries. Why would not having a Quirk define his worth?

He had more important things to worry about. Like, confessing his love for one of the boys in his neighborhood. Unlike those who ridiculed him and bullied him for having no Quirk, he had helped him. His rejection wasn't easy, though young love is never easy. Nozomi quickly got over it though his defenses were wearing down. Was it because he was Quirkless?

His mother was the last person he expected to tell him so. Over the phone, they quickly received news that his father had died in battle with a villain. It devastated his mother, of course, but Nozomi, nearing 12 years old, felt less empathetic about a person who was hardly home, and more worried about his mother.

Before Nozomi turned 13, his mother sent him to a local school in Tokyo. She had to work multiple shifts now just so they could survive. It took a toll on their relationship, and the stress on her mother was great. So Nozomi did his best to stay out of trouble, no matter how many times he was beaten up or ridiculed in Junior High, he endured it with a smile.

Things turned out for better, or worst when his Quirk suddenly activated, in response to one of the kids trying to push him off a window. Reports and eye-witness claimed that all perpetrators suddenly fell to the floor exclaiming how their stomachs hurt badly, while Nozomi stared curiously. The next day all victims had been diagnosed with a severe case of stomach flu, which had disappeared in the last few hours.

It was then discovered that Nozomi's Quirk was not the ability to heal diseases, but rather, infect them unto others through various means. That day marked Nozomi as something of a monster. Even other adults were scared of approaching, afraid that they might catch whatever he had in stored for them. No one had treated Nozomi with enough kindness to be spared of his Quirk. Furthermore, newly discovered Quirks were hard to control.

His mother was even more terrified of his son, and with all the stress, she finally agreed to send her only child to her in-laws, who had been pestering them for years, trying to get Nozomi to become the heir of the Hostuin family, and inherit the position that his father was supposed to get.

3 years later, Nozomi gave his position to his cousin, and ran away from the Hostuin household after learning that his mother had fallen sick from overwork, and the Hostuin family refused to provide support. He came back to their house, and has now started to look for a job, despite not finishing junior highschool. Whatever path he chooses, it will be for the sake of his mother.

Discipline

Fighting Style
Nozomi fights dirty, with no morale or sense of right and wrong. Nothing is "under the belt" when enters the field of combat. His physique lacks raw power, and because his quirk doesn't pack much of a punch, Nozomi works with feints, slight of hand, surprise attacks, deception and agility to slowly, but playfully weaken his enemies into submission.

Can you link me to where the custom enhancements Deadly Breaths and Maximum Fatality are?

Limit Pool should be 25 (You gain an extra 5 for the D Ranked Stamina)

Healthy Reset: For a D-Rank technique to grant to remove any Debuffs is way too strong. I can imagine it maybe removing a D-Rank debuff being fair. Also just make it clear that the +3 Stamina buff is for the user having the battle nurse enhancement.

Temporal Stitch: This technique is way too strong for a D-Rank technique. At D-Rank you can heal D-Rank injuries or use multiple posts to heal higher grade injuries, but to heal higher grade injuries and send someone back to a previous state is too much for D-Rank.

Thermoalgia: How long do these effects last? Are they the same as a debuff in the sense that you have to put in a certain number of LP to maintain it and that they only have a limited amount of time that they last?

Quirkphobia: That's just too strong an effect for D-Rank as well. Lowering a technique rank for 10 LP is crazy strong.

~ Totally my fault! I thought customs would be approved alongside initial characters, not separately. But I've made a post for the EP cost of Deadly Breaths and Maximum Fatality. The link is here. Edited and revamped the techs, removing Quirkophobia.

This is denied.

Those techs are cancer to read in that format, dear god.
