Tier 2
Amplify - Tier 2
Ability: - The user can amplify the strength of another person's quirk. It can also affect one person or multiple. Due to being the conduite of the amplifier, the users stamina cap is naturally higher to allow B+ in Stamina.
Limitations: - The user can only amplify another person's quirk, and can't use the power to boost her own quirk.
The user can affect multiple people by tagging them, the range is bound by control, so they can be apart and the quirk will still be in effect, only if it doesn't break the range limit. However, there is no limit to how many targets can be affected.
The quirk user can only boost techniques of the same rank, or lower of their control. And for their target safety and their own, they can only boost a technique up one rank.
The amplified technique will cost to the user the price(limit cost) of the bumped technique.
When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -2 stat grade debuff in all stats for 2 Posts.
Users:
Creation - Tier 2
Ability: Creation allows for the user to produce different objects, such as weapons and other objects, from any exposed part of their body. Apart from living things, they can create virtually any object known to mankind. The creations effects and durability cannot be higher than the user's control rank. The user must sustain every creation using LP, otherwise the creation dissipates.
Limitations: User must understand the atomic configuration for said object. The user must also have their body exposed to draw the item they wish, meaning unless you have an exposed body the equal to the surface area of a tank, you can't make a tank. If going over limit the user will suffer a -2 stat debuff to all stats for three posts.
Users:
Copy - Tier 2 ] Ability: -Copy allows the user to duplicate and use another Quirk after coming into contact with the Quirk user. After doing so, the user gains full access to the Quirk he has copied, all the abilities and weaknesses. The user has access to all quirk-based techniques that he/she observed from the original user, provided they are lower or equal to the rank of the Copy technique used. Limitations: - The user must pay LP to copy and sustain a Quirk. Once the user ceases a copy, they have to touch the person again to copy their quirk. When the user breaks the limit, they lose the copied quirk and take a -1 stat grade to all stats for 2 posts. Users: Tenma Fuichi
Invisibility - Tier 2 Ability: This person body is able to change to camouflage with their surroundings. Limitation: This quirk is almost entirely useless if the user is wearing typical clothing. There are certain types of clothes that can change entirely with their bodily makeup and camouflage types, but most things will stay the same. They are extremely vulnerable during their camouflaged state; any hits they take while camouflaged to mimic an environment are increased in quarter damage. When going over the limit, the user suffers -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 1 Post and is also unable to turn invisible. Users: Makoto Itou
Kinetic Shift - Tier 2 Ability: - The user of this quirk is able to absorb and expand kinetic forces as they are inflicted upon them. When subjected to enough kinetic energy, their body reacts violently with a wave of this pent up force which travels in a forty feet radius from the user at its centre. The user has a hit counter of sorts; they are able to take five strikes of their own rank before their quirk reaches its 'trump card' state, or one strike of a rank above them. Upon reaching this state, the user gains a +6 in Power for the duration. Limitations: - Upon reaching their 'trump card' state, the user is on a countdown to when they will fall unconscious. After dealing back the hits they have taken, the strain on their body becomes too much and they will pass out regardless of whether their attacks connect with targets or not. Otherwise, it comes down to a matter of posts. Two posts after that state is first activated, the user will faint. The user is unable to convert elemental attacks into kinetic energy. Their body is always subject to throbbing pain as a side-effect of this quirk also. If they go over their Limit, they will suffer a -3 stat grade debuff in Stamina for three posts as the overload of kinetic force leaves their body extra sensitive to attacks. The user must have a minimum of their Control Rank in Stamina to avoid collapse under the kinetic forces they constantly deal with. Users:Genevieve Delacroix
Living Slime - T2 Living Slime | Ability: - The user's body becomes entirely gelatinous (no bones, or organs other than a brain and eyes), the appearance of which is shiny, opaque, and of any color of the rainbow or the entire rainbow at once. They become resistant to blunt attacks and can engulf things in their bodies. Due to the nature of their bodies, they can change their shape fit in small spaces, flatten themselves to cover large areas, increase the size or length of limbs to gain leverage or increase their reach. Users of this quirk now have a Rank (A) stat cap in Stamina.
Body size increases: E Rank Control: 1x user's original height/weight B Rank Control: 1.5x S Rank Control: 1.75x
Limitations: - The defenses of the slime are not perfect, as such, cutting attacks (and great forces/impacts that surpass the user's stamina rank) can break off chunks of the user's body. The loss of mass in such a manner effectively reduces the range of their abilities and their size in general. The chunks can be reclaimed without issue, but while separated lose whatever form they held.
When the user goes over their limit they suffer -2 stat grades in Stamina, -1 in Speed, and temporarily lose their human/current shape. (1 post)

Non-Newtonian Body - Tier 2 Ability: - The user's body can temporarily act like a Non-Newtonian Fluid, liquefying and becoming incredibly solid upon taking force, the user can still move while using this quirk.
Limitations: - Despite being able to resist force, if the force is applied too fast, such as a bullet or an especially fast attack then the body will not become solid fast enough, which means the attack will not even be slightly resisted. When the user goes over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in debuff in Stamina and -2 stat grade bebuff in power for 2 post.
Speed Chemical - Tier 2 Ability:The user of this quirk has a chemical inside their body which causes sparks to come out of the body part that is moving quickly. This quirk is charged by every step the user takes (two posts). The user may take the charges and use them for a burst of speed, boosting their current stat by +3 for the round it's used in. The user can consciously use this chemical in individual body parts or the whole body. The user can excrete this chemical from their fingertips, allowing them to affect other people. The user of this quirk is able to achieve S+ Speed. Limitations: Activation of the Speed Chemical requires the user's Glucose and Glycogen to burn quickly. This means that the user could become physically fatigued and drained should they overuse. Should the user leave their condition untreated they could pass out and in some cases they could lose physical strength, lowering their stats, however this is in extreme cases. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in speed and accuracy for 2 Posts. Users: Victor Storm
Super Flight - Tier 2 Ability: This quirk grants the user the ability of perfect, true flight. While flying, the user is capable of moving at their top speed near instantly. This quirk has altered the user’s body to allow for the awareness and consciousness required to operate at the breakneck speeds he is capable of achieving while flying, including the ability to breath in a manner that absorbs sufficient oxygen while moving supersonic, and preternatural durability to sustain flight without injuring himself (this doesn’t include combat). Collisions during flight (such as attacks dealt while flying at these supernatural speeds, be they punches, kicks, etc) are also subject to the user’s preternatural durability and thus the user is not prone to instant bone shattering upon impact. All movements of the user’s body, including punches and kicks, may move with super speed while the user is flying. [Can achieve S+ speed] Limitations: The ability to achieve super speed through flight is only granted to the user while he is flying, be it 100 feet off the ground or 1 inch off the ground. While grounded, the user loses the ability to move at supernatural speeds, breath with enhanced efficiency, or gain the preternatural durability associated with his Super Flight ability. The user is only able to achieve flight while already airborne, meaning he must jump, hop, skip, or make any natural movement to lift his body from the ground initially before being able to fly freely.When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -4 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts. Thief's Greed - Tier 2 Ability: - The user of this quirk can steal a physical attribute via touch. This works by the user touching their victim, imbuing a crimson mark on their skin. For as long as the user activates the quirk, they absorb 1 stat grade. The range of the quirk follows the AoE table. Afterwards the mark disappears, and the user needs to reapply it. While using the quirk gains blood red streaks starting from their forehead down to their feet. A B rank control, the user can absorb 2 stat grades. At S rank control the user can absorb 1 letter grade. Limitations: -A victim cannot have more than 1 crimson mark. If the victim is marked, but the user doesn’t activate the quirk in 3 posts, or is 25 feet way from the user the mark disappears. There is a one post cooldown after a victim’s mark disappears. If the user goes over the limit, all marks disappear and they get a debuff of -2 stat grade in stamina, speed and power. Users:Jin Daniels
Vines - Tier 2 Ability: -This Quirk allows the user to grow vines from their head and attack with them. They can use these vines for many purposes, such as wrapping their opponents with them or creating walls of vines. They can cut them off as well while still maintaining control over them. To regrow the vines, they must soak them with water and then have them absorb sunlight, much like an actual plant. When there is a lot of sunlight and quite warm, the user's speed and stamina are raised by +1 stat grades. Limitations: -To regrow the vines, they must soak them with water and then have them absorb sunlight, much like an actual plant. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts. The user's head also bleeds. Users: Ayano Calvinski |
Tier 3
Alchemist Skin - Tier 3 Ability: Gains the ability to turn their own skin into different types of metals, ranging from gold to titanium, each of which increases strength by control rank. (Strength and Stamina buff techniques will be dual for free, if using a strength buff, the user will gain a free and equal stamina buff as well, and vice versa.) Limitations: Once activated, there are intricate grooves on the skin. The better the user transforms into, the slower they become, each higher ranked transformation decreases the speed stat by the same amount it increase the stamina and power stat. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -2 stat grade debuff in Speed for 2 Posts. Users:Frank Sato
Anvil - Tier 3 Ability: Once activated, the user's arms become solid steel and heat up to the point of being able to be molded to any shape or form by the user's will. Once they take the desired form, they may be cooled back into solid steel with a material rank equal to the user's Control Rank. If their arms are removed or blown off while molten, the liquid steel may be collected and reattached to the user. Limitations: Cold temperatures will prevent the user's arms from becoming molten, and cold-based attacks may cause them to become brittle and easily broken. The user loses control of any molten steel that has been removed from their arms. When going over the limit, the user loses control of their arms as they melt and harden into a puddle of steel. Bounceball - Tier 3 Bounceball | Ability: - The user of this quirk can morph his body into a perfectly spherical ball. While in ball form, the user can roll and bounce himself freely while remaining aware of everything around him, able to to see in every direction at once despite his rotation. The user can manipulate the ball's bounciness, color, and size, able to vary from being as small as a golf ball to being double the user's normal height in diameter. The user's body is naturally somewhat round and when transformed his clothes are treated as a part of his body.
User’s naturally bouncy body enables the user to surpass the human limit and achieve B Rank in Speed.
Limitations: - While the user can change the ball's size, his weight remains constant meaning that a small ball will have a higher density and will be harder to change direction while a large ball will have a lower density and float similarly to a beach ball. On a flat surface, the user's speed as a ball is equal to his running speed in human form whereas on an incline, the user will have a tendency to accelerate down the slope and will quickly lose control of himself if not careful. Each different type of ball the user transforms into requires its own technique or else the user will find his body hard to control and maneuver. If the user goes over his limit, he will feel dizzy whenever he rolls and will suffer a -3 to Accuracy for two turns.

Boiler - Tier 3 Ability: The user is a boiler and their body naturally hot. They are able to exceed the natural limits of their own human body temperature. Their ability to stand such temperatures allows them to reach B+ Stamina. Limitations: If the user goes over his/her “Limit”, they will suffer -1 stat debuff in all stats for two posts. Bone Creation - Tier 3 Ability: -This Quirk allows the user to change the density of and freely manipulate the bones in his/her body. The users skin heals wear the bones are pulled out from, but does not heal from damaged sustain otherwise. Limitations: When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in all stats for 1 Post. Critical Mass - Tier 3 Ability: - The user of this quirk has a second coat of thick yet soft, moldable skin the user's body naturally secretes and is a light vibrant blue. This odd biomass is easily manipulated and can be used to attack and used, as long as it is connected to the body. This doesn't allow any form of regenerative ability. (If arm is cut off, the user could make a pseudo-arm in place of the one they lose, but only when the quirk is active.) Limitations: - Activation of the Quirk requires the user's body's nutritional sources to create mass for attacks This means that the user could become physically fatigued and drained should they overuse as creating a new mass is rather taxing upon their food sources. Should the user leave their condition they could exhaust themselves and pass out until their nutritional value has been restored, lowering their stats, however this is in extreme cases. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina and a -2 stat grade debuff in Accuracy for 2 post. User: Alexander "Lex" Black
Density Alteration T3 Ability:- The user is able to change their density at will making them able to float or sink, the user can't control their lateral movement whilst floating. With higher levels of control the user can make certain parts of their body more dense leaving the rest of the body unaffected for example when throwing a punch they could make their fist incredibly dense but leaving the rest of the body normal so they don't sink through the earth. Control levels: D-Can only control the density of one body part C-Can make entire body more or less dense but not specific body parts B-Can control which parts of their body become more or less dense (EG arms and legs become more dense but can't make arms more dense and legs less dense) A-Can control which parts of their body become more or less dense precisely(eg can make arms more dense and legs less dense) Limitations:- User can only make them self so dense or not dense? If they try to become less dense too far then they risk falling apart. The user is unable to move through objects by making themselves less dense, on the other hand if the user tries to become to dense they may injure themselves under the strain of their own body When going over the limit user suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in stamina. Gear Nut T3 Gear Nut - T3 Body Manip | Ability: - The user gets a huge cog on their back which is capable of speeding up, and once it does the user feels less of the cogs weight as well as speeding and powering up the user for as long as it's in rotation.
The user also has two exhaust pipes wherever they want on their bodies, but they need to be 2 and they need to be on visible places on the body, an example would be shoulders, head, neck etc etc. These exhaustion pipes will blow more and more steam the more the cog works.
(The abilities can be LESS then whats written down below but never more, if you want lets say a D rank buff that only gives you +1 Power and not Speed, that's ok, but something like a D rank that gives you +1 Power and +2 Speed is NOT ok.)

Hairy - Tier 3 Ability: The user gains innate control over their hair, whether it be on their head, or elsewhere. They can grow it rapidly and use it for numerous purposes. The hair can become harder as rank increase. Limitations: The user of this quirk must keep their hair untouched and ungroomed due to its unruly nature. Cutting the luscious locks is this quirk's biggest drawback; if this happens, the user loses control of the detached hair.When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -1 stat grade debuff in all stats for 1 Post. Hot Foot - Tier 3 Ability: - This quirk allows the user to ignite their legs into flames, boosting their speed and mobility. Their legs and feet are immune to fire and heat based attacks, but the rest of their body can be affected as any other normal human would be. Limitations: - The user is unable to ignite their legs if their body temperature is abnormally cold. Going over the limit causes a -1 letter grade to Stamina, due to exhaustion and burns reach up to their torso. Users:Jin Mayuzumi, Makoto Komoriya
Hyper Phlegm - Tier 3 Ability: - The user is born with a 'third lung', as such, that can produce excessive amounts of a mucus based substance. This substance is naturally quite sticky, but a combination of dieting and conscious control can apparently change its physical properties - at least to an extent. The muscle strength required to clear the third lung naturally gives the user quite some spitting distance too.
Limitations: - When going over the limit a Over-production of phlegm occurs to the point that the user will vomit to avoid drowning. The user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts.

Irezumi-Tier 3 Name:Irezumi | Ability: - Tattoos have a long and vibrant history throughout the world, Japan isn't the exception to this rule. The user has found themselves able to bring their tattoos in the living world for a short time.
Limitations: - The tattoos are subject to melting away if liquid hits their form. Said tattoos are exact replicas of the skin artwork without any alterations to size. The tattoos have limited range when out in reality and cannot travel far from the user, will return to the skin once broken or dismissed. If the artwork is damaged on the skin, as will it's living form. Minor control over the tattoo while on skin can spread the ink out to conceal it or relocate the tattoo if given enough time, but can weaken the reality form. Used only in techniques.

Mimic Armor - Tier 3
Ability: The user of this quirk has the ability to take on the physical attributes of other living creatures, taking the form of concentrated energy that surrounds the body. For example, the user could create a fully functioning monkey tail, or a turtle shell to protect the body. The energy takes on the properties of the copied limb, such as sharp teeth, or a sticky tongue.
Limitations: The user can only mimic animals that they've seen in person, and the body part being copied has to cover a corresponding body part (No shark teeth attached to fingers). The mimicked body part scale in size to fit the human body, with the ability to become even larger (or smaller) at B rank control. The user of this quirk doesn't gain the exact physical power of the animals being copied, but can use them to augment their own strength (Gorilla arms doesn't provide gorilla like strength, but can increase the users strength somewhat). When going over the limit, the user of this loses the ability to speak normally, instead communicating in the sounds of the last animal copied for 2 posts, as well as suffering a -2 stat grade debuff in stamina for 2 posts.

Phantom Limbs T3 Phantom Limbs | Ability: -The user can create ethereal, energy based replications of their limbs (arms and legs). They can two additional sets of any limb, up to a total of 8. The phantom limbs have all the capabilities of the user's normal human limbs, with control just as precise, but as they are made out of energy, they do not have any feelings. The user cannot feel hot, cold, or any other sense of touch related element.
The particular energy that these hands are made out of is unique to the user, and while it cannot be traditionally detected on the energy spectrum, it creates different visual reactions when interacting with other forms of energy (Sparks, glows, etc).
Limitations: -The user can only create limbs to the size of their existing body parts. They can only be used within direct eye sight of the user. The energy limbs cannot pass through anyone's body, or through physical objects (aside from the user's own body and immediate clothing).
The limbs must remain in at least one point of contact with some part of the user's body until their control is Rank C, at which point they can advance their control to allow them to have the limbs detached and function independently.
When going over their limit the user suffer's a -2 to Stamina for 2 posts.

Pliabody - Tier 3 Ability: -This Quirk allows the user to stretch and flatten his own body with an almost inhumane way. This quirk excels in fitting through tight spaces.
Limitations: -When going over the limit, the user suffers -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 post.
Red Grinder - Tier 3 Ability: -User can spin any part of the body, but only one part of the time. The maximum drill speed increases the higher the control rank. At B rank control, the user can fly like a helicopter Limitations: - The spinning body part takes a moment to achieve maximum speed, and same amount of time to lose it. Also, non-careful usage can end up carving the part right off, if hitting something harder than the rank of the user. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina and -1 stat grade debuff in Accuracy for 2 Post. for two posts. Users:Fergus Rambunski
Rocket Joints - T3 Rocket Joints | Ability: Body Manipulation - The user can convert or augment any one of their joints into a propulsion engine.
The users body course with rocket fuel, and thus can combust and use for acceleration. This increase the users speed cap to B+.
The user can also detach certain parts of their body when a joint has become a rocket, but only at the point of ignition, primarily for attacks like Rocket Punch. The speed and distance of the object being pushed by the rocket depends on the size of the rocket produced, and the rockets manifest themselves around/through the users clothing, but can ignite them if they burn for too long.
Limitations: - The power and distance of the object being propelled depends on the size of the rocket being produced, as well as the size of the object being pushed. The size of the rocket the user is able to manifest depends on the user's stamina, fatigue and what they've eaten that day (essentially a healthier diet makes better manifestations).
The user's body does not change from anything other than normal human flesh anywhere other than at the point of rocket creation. This means a rocket punch striking something hard like stone or metal would most likely break the quirk user's hand.
The quirk only affects joints, as such they cannot put a jet in the palm of their hand, but could put it at their wrist joint. The user can retrieve the body part and reattach it, but until they do, it remains in 'rocket form' with the engine at the end. While detached the user still has basic motor function control over their body part, but the farther away it is the more difficult it can be to coordinate with it. They also still feel any pain inflicted on the body part once it's detached.
The user can only control the direction of the rocket so much as they would be able to do with whatever part of their body being propelled would allow. As the rockets do not come with rudders, fins or any other form of aerial control, it would require body movements to preposition the rockets, or creation of new rockets at the joints at different angles, (Ex: Control thrusters on space crafts).
Going over the limit applies a -2 to stamina and -1 to speed for 1 post, as the rockets have overheated and cannot reliably ignite, and -1 to stamina, as their body has become heated to the point of a high fever.

Self-Aquakinesis- Tier 3 Ability: - The user of this quirk has the ability to physically manipulate water particles secreted from their pores. They can control how the liquidized particles are shaped and their size. The temperature is always the same as the user's body temperature. Limitations: - Concentration is a must in order to perform the act. They must be fully hydrated. They can only control the water particles of their own bodies. The ability to liquefy their limbs do not extend to their clothing. Can be slowed by oil and dehydrated by fire. Highly susceptible to electricity. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers dehydration, and a -2 stat grade debuff in Power and -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts. Users: Elain Nivaine
Soda Monster T3 Soda Monster - T3 Body Manip | Ability: - The user is able to manipulate and become soda! While they aren't in this form they have a certain sense of having their skin being sticky as if it had been soaked in soda and been left in the sun for too long. The user is usually sluggish and has a poor eyesight thanks to literally being a sugar monster.
The user does not gain invulnerability once they are in their soda form though, limb dismemberment and other damage can still be received, but can be stitched together and healed with the use of soda.
Limitations: - If the user goes over the limit they are struck with a -2 debuff to Stamina and Speed and can't go into their cola forms for 3 posts, and they get heavy nausea whilst the debuff is in action.

Sofafication - Tier 3 Ability: - The user of this Quirk has the ability to modify parts of their body or all of their body into that of various sizes and kinds of materials and parts of them including being able to entirely become a sofa, empowering them with a naturally soft and almost cushioned like feeling when touched. Lowering into the "crab walk" pose allows the user to fully transform into a sofa, hiding their face until they talk... in which case, the back of the sofa will have their face. In terms of combat utility, there's an obvious boon to their now cushioned body, however through latter uses the Quirk can be used to build static charge using their hair. Along with these two, leather surfaces to their cushions can allow them to rub and generate intense heat via friction or even smother a pinned opponent. Benefits: Gains a +2 to stamina while drenched in water and up to 1 post without being further doused. Blunt strikes (such as a club or punch) receive a +1 reduction when used on the user in their base form, while any blunt strike to their transformed sections will receive a +2 reduction. Limitations: - The user can only support as much weight as they're physically capable of while transformed. When the user goes over the limit, they suffer a -2 stat grade debuff to Power for 2 turns. Suffers a -1 to Stamina when attacked by fire while transformed even partially until either the fire is extinguished and 1 post passes without reignition. And, though the user benefits from being drenched, they will suffer a -1 to Speed while benefiting from it. users:Esme Sokai
Spring Limbs - Tier 3 Ability: - The user’s arms and legs are coiled like springs. The user’s bones are made of a strong and flexible metal allowing the user’s limbs to act as springs. The User can increase and decrease the tension in their limbs at will. This lets them preform feats such as jumping incredibly high, shooting their fists/feet at targets from long distances for high impact strikes, and potentially catching fast traveling objects without suffering much damage due to most of the force force being absorbed by their spring-like limbs. Limitations: -The user can be easily tangled up. Using their ability too much can make their limbs weak and not as springy, thus rendering their quirk useless. The user needs rest in order to keep their limbs springy. When going over the limit, the user suffers -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts. Users: Lassie Swings
Stone Body - Tier 3 Ability: The user’s body transforms into liquid stone. The user can draw stone from outside sources to become larger and more powerful. The user no longer needs food for subsistence and feeds off stone. Allows for B+ endurance.
Limitations: The user is weak against ice and plant based attacks, and is ineffective against non stone substances. If the user breaks their limit, their body takes a human form and is unable to control stone and takes a -2 stat grades to all stats for 3 turns and is unable to use their quirk until the cooldown is finished.

Stolen Kiss - Tier 3 Stolen Kiss | Ability: -The user can leech power from another person. The stats gained from the kiss may be split up between different stats, ie; +1 to Power, +2 to Speed. The stolen strength only lasts seconds, so they have to make their attacks quick!
When the user buff's themselves with their kiss, they are able to achieve buff's in stats equal to the control rank above their own.
D-rank: +3 to stats C-rank: +4 to stats B-rank: +5 to stats A and S-rank: +6 to stats
The duration of the buff is only 1 post. If the user wants to gain the buff once more, he must make mouth contact once more.
Limitations: -The only way that the user can leech power is through mouth-to-mouth contact, which could lead to many slaps in the face. After the time is up, the user's muscles will feel fairly weak.
The user, however, cannot upkeep the buff he receives from the kiss.
When over the limit, has a -2 to stamina.

Swordsage - Tier 3 Ability: - A blade to the bearer of this quirk is akin to what a wand is to a wizard. When using a proper sword the users gains an +1 stat grade in accuracy. Through hours of practice the user accuracy ability cap for accuracy is increased to B. When using a proper sword the user can give new properties to it such as flames or electricity.
Limitations: - Without a proper sword the user is essentially quirkless. While wielding a proper sword the users muscles and joints lock itself to the handle in order to give it special properties, 1 post to activate/deactivate. A proper disarm would cause damage to the user, -1 stamina stat grade for 1 post. Going over the users limit makes the user lose their focus from eye-strain, -2 stat grade in accuracy for 2 posts.

Sword Intent - Tier 3 Ability: Sword Intent is a quirk that allows the user to make attacks with their body become sharp by summoning their "will" - a colored aura (varies from user to user) - to strengthen it. The strength of the attacks is equivalent to a sword of the same material tier as the Technique rank. As their control rank develops, they are able to extend the sharp aura beyond their body to increase their reach, starting from C-rank. At B-rank, they can even create projectile attacks out of it. For whatever reason, this cannot be channeled through a real sword. Limitations: - When the user goes over the limit, they suffer from their own sharp intent: Suits/clothing of material rank lower than their control rank will rip in random places and sharp wounds will split open around the body regardless of rank. Vacuum Fist - Tier 3 Ability: - The user is able to absorb airborne elements into their hands and expel them with great force. The element is condensed within their fist and can be released by opening their hand. Limitations: - When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -2 stat grade debuff in Power and Accuracy for two posts. This is due to getting lightheaded and disoriented from the recoil of the burst, it is greatly discouraged to use anything above your limit because it can possibly break your limb users:Sojito Kyushu, Kaneda
Theft Salon - Tier 3 Ability: -Allow the user's hands to make a 'mask' of the person's facial appearance down to a single cell and allow it to place it over their own. That is true nature of the quirk it literally copies the cell's of the opponent and merges them with the user. Swapping features between herself and a willing participant is bit more difficult, but is possible if the user is strong enough. While hair is possible to 'copy' but has a shorter 'lifespan', but key to a disguise. Limitations: - The user has to physically keep contact with the opponent's face for a 'mask' to be made. If 'swapping' her features with her own any damages inflicted will be transferred I.e Weak eyesight=her own eyesight weakened. Quirk less effective when 'copying' hair as it deals with 1000's of individual parts instead of a 'single' mask. Going over the limit scrambles the user's face, inflicting a -2 stat grade debuff in Accuracy for two posts. Users: Sugar
Thermometer Body - Tier 3 Ability: - You gain control of your own bodily temperature and become capable of lowering and heightening it to extreme levels as you please. The extent of the heat/cold levels you can reach depend on your level of control. This could for an example be used to burn/chill enemies on touch. Limitations:The user becomes cold blooded as their base body temperature becomes 0 Celsius. This means that the users mood can change depending on body temperature. When cold the user becomes very sluggish and tired, and when they are warm they become overly alert and energetic. The users body has to adapt to the new levels of temperature and if the change is too big and rapid the users blood might freeze making the user pass out and this also grants a debuff of -1 stat grade Speed. Zombody - Tier 3 Ability: The user can freely detach various parts of their body, as though they were undead! This can include fingers, hands, arms, feet, legs and even their own head. While detached the user still has complete control over the body parts, although may struggle to maneuver them if they aren't in their line of sight. The user may re-attach the limbs whenever they want to, but limbs can only be put back in their rightful place. The user will also have stitch marks on their body to indicate any point where a body part can be detached. Limitations: Body parts can only be safely detached if done by the user of the quirk. So, if the body parts are violently dismembered then the user cannot re-attach them. When going over the limit, the user becomes disoriented, suffering a -3 stat grade debuff to accuracy for 2 posts. Ball Joints - Tier 4
Ability: -All joints in the users bone structure are rotatable and can rotate up to 360 degrees. Some examples of things a user of this quirk can do is having an owl neck or spinning their arm up to put a screw on their next punch.
Limitations: - The only part of the body that rotates perfectly are the bones so any muscles, organs or skin around the rotated limb will be uncomfortably contorted around the bones. It also takes physical effort to rotate a limb so if a limb is rotated too much an organ might get punctured or a muscle might tear, leaving a -1 stat grade of power debuff for 1 post. When going over the limit, the user suffers -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 Posts.

Cursed Tattoo - Tier 4 Cursed Tattoo | Ability: - Quirk allows the user to manipulate the naturally inborn tattoos that existed in his body to act as a hard carapace by covering a part or the whole body. The tattoos can also be used to imitate a body part or simply be used as an extension of the body through any shape the user desires.
Limitations: - The protection that the carapace provides is limited to the user's ability of controlling the quirk. Hence, another quirk user who is able to produce damage that is greater than the user's ability to mold his carapace can easily destroy the hardened shell. The user can only produce a limit of two protrusions from his body which can be no longer than the size of his legs. This limit can be broken by the user however, he would suffer in reduction of his speed by 2 stats lower for one post.

Eye for an Eye - Tier 4 Ability: -Ability: Allows the user to place intangible eyes via touch, that become physical when in use. When open the Quirk user can see through them at will. These eyes have perfect vision, even at night, giving a passive +1 to accuracy when using the Quirk to buff. If placed on a human forehead, the user can speak to them psychically, and let them see through other eyes that have been placed. Limitations: -Limitations: The user of this Quirk has no mouth, and must consume nutrients via IV. The eyes open when being looked out of, and become physical meaning they can be gouged causing the user psychic harm and removing the eye. Personal Gravity- Tier 4 Personal Gravity | Ability: This quirk allows the user to fall or accelerate towards any object they can see within a distance based on Control at G- Forces dependent on their Control stat. If there is not an appropriate object within range the target of the quirk is the ground. Yes, this does allow the user run on walls or even low-altitude flight.

While their quirk is activated, the user's body is slightly reinforced to handle the impact, giving the user a resistance to falling damage and physical blows. Limitations:
The target of this quirk must have a mass of at least 5kg.
The movement made with this quirk can sometimes be rather awkward and difficult to control, especially in tighter spaces. Moving between several objects in quick succession can easily give the user a headache and temporary vertigo, making it hard to focus on their target, or even making them lose control of their quirk at lower control levels. The user's ability to switch targets should reflect their Accuracy stat.
Users should also be very aware of just how frail the human body can be, having probably broken bones several times in their earlier years as their quirk started to develop. While their quirk helps them somewhat come over this, users will probably need to train their bodies and use gear that can help them overcome this issue.
When the user goes over their limit they are subject to strong vertigo, headaches, and nausea, taking away the user's damage resistance and giving a -2 to Stamina and Accuracy for 1 post.

Bookworm T4 Ability: - The user gains the ability to temporarily understand the contents of a book simply by holding it. At higher ranks, the user can retain information for longer after losing contact with the book. Limitations: - The main weakness is that the user cannot read normally. The user can only keep the information for a limited amount of time after letting go of a book (D rank - 1 post, C rank -2, etc.) If the user has books on their person going into a thread, they must be listed as such on the users first post, otherwise the text must be found within the thread, and must be reasonable (Don't go into a bank expecting to find a book on safe cracking just lying around. Dental Manipulation T4 Dental Manipulation Tier 4 | Ability: - This quirk allows the user to manipulate their body, allowing them to enlarge, shape, and control his teeth to the extent of their creativity. The teeth seem to be quite strong, as they were capable of breaking through solid stone.
Limitations: - User has an obsession with milk. Going over the limit causes the user to suffer -3 speed for two posts and is very sad and wants milk.

Foresight - Tier 4 Ability:A quirk that resides in the person’s eyes, it allows the holder to predict movements of others. Limitations: - The quirk can not be activated without the target looking into the eyes of her host. After looking into the host’s eyes, if the hosts eyes are closed or the target is not within the sight of the host the quirk is meaningless. But does not go away. Only to PREDICT, there is room for error as if the control of the quirk is low prediction can be wrong. Abusing the quirk causes the user to be unable to use it again for the remainder of their thread. -2 Accuracy for one post if user breaks limit.

Mecha Morphosis - Tier 4 Ability: The user is able to transform a part of their body into a mechanical structure of the same form. So they can transform their arm into a mechanical arm, but not a mechanical wing or hammer.
However the new structure can have modifications that can aid the user. For example a knife, hidden in an arm which can be extended and retracted to help the user fight. Or having a power source which can generate heat or power up the structure for attacks.
Limitations:The user is only able to transform body parts into the same shape, any additions must be concealed within the metal structure and can only be big enough to fit into the hollow space of the structure. The user can only transform their body to include items if they have been taken in. So if the user doesn't know what a gun looks like or how it works, he won't be able to add it to a transformation. For example they can only transform both arms (Hands included), or their torso. But not both at the same time. When going over the limit, the user suffers -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina and Accuracy for 1 post.

Mayonnaise - Tier 3 Mayonnaise | Ability: The user of this quirk secretes mayonnaise from the pores on their skin instead of sweat. Due to this, this user can shoot streams of mayonnaise from the palms of their hands and the pads of their feet. The mayonnaise is sticky and almost like glue, but also nutrition for the user to eat! If the user eats the mayonnaise they gain +1 Stamina for two posts.
Due to constantly being lubricated with mayonnaise, the user has fantastic skin and pretty hair! They are naturally smooth like baby butts!
Limitations: Smells like absolute garbage if they don't shower. Their skin is always extremely white almost like snow. Hair is always covered in mayonnaise.
This is a super messy quirk and it's impossible for the user to go anywhere without making a disaster.
If the user breaks the limit of using too much of their mayonnaise they suffer -1 Accuracy and -1 Stamina for two posts.

Immovable Object T4 Immovable Object | Ability: - When the user activates this quirk they become inexplicably nigh impossible to move against their own volition
Limitations: - The user, while unable to be moved normally, is not any more resistant to blows, sudden stops at high speed, and etc.

Mr. Balloon Ability: The user can inflate their upper body like a hot air balloon by breathing deeply through their mouth or *krhm* their rear, making themselves lighter in the process. the amount they can grow, and the sturdiness of their skin grows with control rank.
Limitations: This does not equal growth in muscle mass. When breaking the limit, the user immediately deflates into a smaller form, and takes a -2 stat grade stamina debuff.
If the users body is punctured, any attacks which require them to be "inflated", will require + 5 lp to maintain. initial cost stays the same.

Telepath - Tier 4 Ability: -Telepath allows the user to advise and instruct multiple people at once using telepathy. However, the telepathy is a one-way communication, as they cannot hear others' thoughts or responses. The user must touch heads with the target at least once before being able to communicate.
Limitation: When going over the limit, the user sharp ringing and headache clouding their telepathy. Messages become incoherent for 2 posts.
Zoolingualism - Tier 4 Ability: - A form of telepathy, the user is able to understand and communicate with all forms of non-human animals, including all mammals, fish, insects and arachnids. The user can sense the feelings and emotions of all animals surrounding them. When speaking with a specific species of animal, the user can manipulate their own vocal cords to make the sounds necessary for communication and mimic the exact speech of the animal. For example, meowing for a cat or clicking noises for a dolphin. Limitations: - The user cannot communicate with already hostile animals towards them nor can they force an animal to do something they are unwilling to do or that is against their nature. It is not a form of mind manipulation and not a necessarily a combative quirk, but the user can ask an animal for assistance if a good relationship between the user and the animal is formed. Force Field - Tier 1 Ability: The user is able to create a field of force that is literally unbreakable. Physical, energy-based techniques, and objects are deflected by the barrier. The field shows as a silver haze. The user can at D-Rank hold their force field for no more than two turns, growing each control rank by and additional one turns. At B-Rank the user can change the shape of the barrier, which at first is only a dome around themselves. Limitations: While the strongest punch can't break out, the youngest newborn could crawl out; meaning the barriers have inside and outsides. Going over your limit take -3 stat grade to stamina and a -2 stat grade to power for 2 posts. The user's breathe is always silvery. Pain For One - Tier 2 Ability: The user of this quirk is able to take on the pain and injuries sustained by others. The user also has the ability to give injuries and pain to another person. The user can mold and use their pain for his will. Due to the users ability to put pain on themselves, their body has also adapted and gain A+ Stamina Cap Raiser. Limitations: The user's palms are red, almost looking as though the first layer of shin has been peeled away, and has the ability to spread depending on the use. The user cannot create pain or erase it. The user must touch the target with his red skin if the user wishes to take injuries from or give to them. When giving the injuries the target must be willing to receive them, at B rank control this no longer applies. The user can not bring the dead back to life. Plasticity - Tier 3 Ability: - The user of this quirk has the makeup of a plastic mannequin. Their limbs and body are made of solid plastic, separated into chunks and made mobile with sophisticated plastic joints. Their skull is made of the same plastic material, but the innards are organic. While the user has usage of their hands, they are able to reassemble and rearrange themselves as they please. Limitations: - Their body can be dismantled and reassembled by anybody. Their bodies, while strong, are very weak against fire and heat as it melts the plastic. They must have usage of their hands for any reassembling and rearranging of their body parts. Smooth As Silk - Tier 2 Ability: User emits over a spider-like silk and can change its measurements. It can be moved in any way the user desires, able to lift weights like a human arm, as long as physical contact with the fabric is made. If the user is able to cocoon a target in silk, they eventually will eventually fall into a deep sleep inside their cocoon. (Technique) To keep the target asleep, the user can wrap the target in a cocoon and carry them that way. At B-Rank, silk can be controlled with just eye contact. However, the sleeping effect will only occur if both user and target are linked by the silk. Limitation: Silk is very weak, especially in single layers. It is also highly flammable and will burn very quickly, weak to most elements. The silk will return to its previous form after 0.5 of a second if the user is not making physical or eye contact. As it takes half a second, blinking won't break the control. Once contact is broke, the target will regain all strength rapidly. Quirks Removed:
Essence Garment - Tier 2 Ability: - This quirk’s owner has the capability to condense a portion of their physical and spiritual form into a piece of clothing. This garment can then be worn either by the quirk’s user or be given to others to wear. The garment acts as an extension of the user’s body, and is composed of a material equal to the user’s control rank. The garment will adapt to whomever wears it, adjusting to fit their form and so that it is not damaged by their quirk. Because it is made from the user’s body and essence, the threads of the clothing is always colored a crimson red. When worn, the garment is able to provide support to a willing ally. It is able to stretch, defend/move the wearer, and attack using its threads. Since it is created from the spirit of the quirk user, the person wearing this garment also gains a +2 passive buff to any single stat, chosen by the quirk user when the garment is created. If the garment latches onto an enemy, it is able to do the reverse and debuff any one stat for the same amount. Anyone with a full letter grade of Power above the user's Control Rank can immediately break out of its grasp. Limitations: - When the quirk’s user activates this technique, a portion of their mass and energy leaves them. This reduces the user to a weight and size wherein they resemble a child around eleven years of age. Due to this loss in strength, the user suffers a -1 Power stat grade debuff. Only one garment can exist at a time, and when the quirk’s user is not wearing it, they are unable to revert to their natural form. The garment will be destroyed if a technique is able to break materials equal to the Control Rank of the user. If the garment is completely destroyed, a creation technique is required to make a new one. While the garment is destroyed, the user cannot return to their normal form and suffers a -2 stat grade Stamina debuff. Search - Tier 2 Ability: -Search allows the user to monitor and observe people, including their location and weak points. The amount of people the user can monitor at a time depends on the user's limit pool. The user can monitor one person, for 5 limit each. So if they have a 25 limit pool, they can monitor up to 5 people at once. This carries on even after the SL, unless the user deactivates it, or gets knocked unconscious. The user must make skin contact with the target.
Limitations: -When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in accuracy for 2 Posts.

Lunch Rush - Tier 3 Ability: The user of this quirk has the ability to greatly increase their strength simply by consuming a food item of their choice. (+1 to power buffs) The user must choose a single food item or ingredient to be the trigger for this Quirk. This could be sugar, meat, bananas, eggplants, etc. Due to the nature of their Quirk, the user also has quite the craving for that specific food item.
Limitations: Use of the quirk also causes the user's own cognitive functions to drop, causing them to become dumber the more their strength increases (each power buff also incurs a regular debuff to accuracy of the same rank as the technique used). When going over the limit, the user becomes tired and sluggish, causing a -2 stat grade debuff to speed and accuracy for 2 posts.
Bright Gryphon - Tier 2 Ability: - The user is able to absorb sun light (Artificial or natural). Every post during combat sun light is absorb gives one round of sun power. From acquiring enough sun power, the user is able to transform into a griffon. Once in this form the user acquires the ability to expel it as a light based attacks.
Control ranks: D= User gains the head of an eagle and ability to flash bang sunlight C= User gains claws and the lion’s body B= The user gains the wings and ability to fly; one post flight A=The user gains eagle eyes (+1 stat grade accuracy). Additional post of flight time S= The user is able to fly as long as LP allows, +1 stat grade speed while flying
Limitations: - The user remains in human form till enough sunlight is acquired. Storage of sun power is capped at 5 rounds and the user can only be transformed for a total of 10. Going over the the limit or losing acquired sunlight turns the user back to human. The user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in Stamina and -1 stat grade debuff in Power for 2 posts.

Vector Concerto - Tier 2 Ability: - Vector Concerto allows a person manipulate fields of pure attraction or repulsion. This can be done remotely, or be centered on the user. The user's left side controls attraction, while their right side controls repulsion. The areas being targeted with this quirk will first began to glow a bright color before manifesting it's force. Limitations: - The color of the field will change depending on it's attribute(Attract and Repulsion, Purple and Green respectively). To be able to move people, the user's Control Stat must be higher than the target's Power Stat. If the user exceeds their limit, they will suffer a -3 stat grade debuff in accuracy and a -1 stat grade debuff in power for the duration of 2 posts. Users:Kaulana Makoa
Imaginative Spectrum - Tier 3 Ability: The user is capable of putting their imagination into inanimate objects that are practical, for example if the user were to have a shark mask they could give it the properties of actual sharp shark teeth and could control it by will. In other words the user can make fake items act like the real thing. Also, since this quirk requires real items while the minimum usage required is D tiered any item automatically gets an effectiveness rank of one grade higher than the user's control so D-> C and so forth, but only when the user is actually USING a technique.
Limitations: (Obviously, you need actual items to put the quirk to use) Whether or not the user has a vast imagination or not their quirk also works based off of authentication, so even if the person were to have a "fake nuke" it would simply only be the shell of said nuke, the quirk works best with obvious items such as a baseball bat that is actually a balloon. Going over the limit gives -1 to accuracy and -1 to speed.

Tune Up!- T3 Tune Up | Ability: The owner of this quirk has the ability to "tune up" or "upgrade" a piece of complex mechanical machinery as they see fit with merely a touch, but only as long as they are knowledgeable of the inner workings of the piece of equipment in question. This also allows them to make any aesthetic changes as they wish which match their style. They changes are reverted as soon as the user loses contact with the equipment in question. Perfect for those that dabble in gadgets. The item's effect's can be upgraded by a single rank up to the user's Control.
Limitations: the upgraded item must retain the same basic functionality as its original, such someone familiar with making guns would only be able to "upgrade" into a similar type of gun, but with better accuracy and power than the original, not, say, turn a random remote control into a gun. Nor does this allow a car to be turned into a plane and etc.
This does not allow the user to add base effects to the item, merely upgrade what base effects are already there. If there are no base effects, then no base effects can be added, making it so that only the item's basic functionality is improved.
The Aesthetic of the upgraded is different from user to user, meaning that no two users will be able to have the aesthetic on their upgraded equipment. A good example of this would be how Marvel's Ghost Rider and how any vehicle that he uses changes to be covered in skulls, flames and spikes. It is possible for a user's aesthetic over time as their personality and character changes.
Breaking the limit causes the user to feel weak and drowsy, causing the user to take -1 stat grade to Strength, Speed, and Stamina for 2 posts.

Soundraver - Tier 3 Ability: - The user is able to emit sound waves, which result in vibrations and music. User must be listening to music through headphones or a close by bass in order to actually manipulate it for their use. Attacks such as music blasts are colorful and have different patterns, representing both the genre and instruments. The colors resemble neon in the way it's lit. Depending on the genre the vibrations might be sharp, strong, weak, gooey, et cetera. Limitations: - Stuff that easily catches the sound waves such as silencers are highly effective against this ability, and any way of silencing the music will make the vibrations ineffective. Which means, if the one being attacked by the music uses earplugs and can't hear the music, the vibrations won't be able to do anything to the person. User must be listening to music through headphones or a close by bass in order to actually manipulate it for their use. Natural sounds such as rain or wind won't be able to be manipulated for the sake of sound. When going over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in accuracy for 1 post. Golden eye - Tier 3 Ability: -Their eyes glow golden when using their quirk. This user was blessed with a quirk that allows them to have extremely accelerated perception of time. They have great reaction time, and can achieve +S accuracy. Limitations: - Quirk must be active through use of LP(Techs) Their bodies may not be able to react to the speed that they can see if the opponent is too close and or too fast. When the user goes over the limit, the user of this quirk suffers a -3 stat grade debuff in Accuracy for 1 post.. May also cause the eyes to bleed and or lose sight from over exhaust.
