The World Indicative of Standard Heroics (WISH)

With the evolution of Quirks many centuries ago, there came a time when countries in the world saw fit to make an organisation that stands for the fair usage of these powers across the Globe. That is how The World Indicative of Standard Heroics, AKA, WISH, was created.

There is an elected WISH representative from each country in the world, whose base of operations reside in Washington D.C. It is here that they enforce Quirk usage regulations, as well as providing standardised Licenses to be used around the globe.

They exist for the betterment and preservation of our Super-Human society!

Regulations of this governing body can be found below:

  • Regulation 1: Unless a person(s) hold a qualified license, any crime or incident committed by an able bodied quirk user is immediately labeled as a felony with a minimum sentence of jail time of up to four months in jail.
  • Regulation 2: Only Premier Hero’s Licence holders may reserve the right to resort to violence to keep the peace and save civilians. Vigilantism is frowned upon even if a person holds a Commercial License. This is to decrease the danger to the general public and falls under Regulation 1.
  • Regulation 3: People who hold a License are under obligation to follow all regulations laid out by their individual Licence descriptors.
  • Regulation 4: The country you live in decides what you can and cannot do, the world is still a democracy. So, while these standards hold true, they are a starting point for countries to create their own fine tuned edition for these regulations; however, they may not remove a regulation already made true through WISH.
