General Appearance: The kid named "Tokyo Gaijin" is an odd occurrence among those living within Tokyo, Japan. He's a lot taller than the average kid his age, and also has facial features reminiscent of a "westerner". He's not very bulky, yet he isn't thin and slender in the way many kids his age are around his area. Though he isn't registered as having a home, he is neither impoverished in stature. The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department have a very vague file on him, denoting very minimal descriptions of his being.
| Clothing: He's known for wearing his signature bandanna over his eyes, almost as if he's sporting it as some form of mask, and one can only assume he can see from it. He wears a rather plain set of clothes, and doesn't regularly like to show off his looks. It's almost as if he doesn't truly care about what people think about him or his appearance within society...probably because he can't see it.
| Personality: A vibrant personality, Gaijin finds it very hard to articulate himself. Though he can understand Japanese quite well, he struggles finding words for sentences to describe his own feelings. This leads him to speaking a very broken form of Japanese, and can only really spout the same phrase over and over again; "My name is Tokyo Gaijin". The name is obviously a pseudonym, yet the phrase is one that has stuck with him for a long while. He can be seen repeating that phrase many times to show agreement or disagreement, even if it doesn't contribute anything to a conversation.
| Quote(s): "Watashi wa...Tokyo Gaijin desu" (lit. My name is Tokyo Gaijin) -Usually said by Gaijin to anyone who converses.

History:
History: "Tokyo Gaijin" has a history unknown to most. Many speculate that he was born in Canada, 14 or so years ago, with his family coming across to Japan via a cruise ship of sorts. Legend says the ship was caught in a ferocious storm, and sank with only the young Gaijin able to make it to safety on a dinghy, with only two paddles to row to absolute safety. No one knows whether this legend is true, and to frankly, neither does Gaijin. When asked about his past, he replies with his signature catchphrase and smiles pleasantly. Around Tokyo, he's known by many locals as a weird kid who doesn't attend high school. To the police department, he's registered as having no known quirk, and he doesn't have a medical record in Japan. Though the Police have stressed about his well-being, they haven't been able to track down his absolute whereabouts; his secret lair being one only known to him, and several feral cats around Tokyo.
Many don't know where he actually lives, yet he seems to hang around the Shibuya crossing on most days. On the odd occasion, he can be seen buying groceries or doing simple jobs for small-time businessmen. He's generally placid and well-mannered, and doesn't cause trouble around his local area. When approached by members of the public for directions or advice, he can be hard to talk to, due to his lacking of Japanese vocabulary. He can generally give physical directions whilst blurting out all the Japanese sentences he knows, but otherwise he's stuck. Only one record exists of his assured whereabouts, and that is his attendance at Comiket™, almost every year for 5 years. From Comiket™, he has collected a vast array of wigs and costumes; even wearing them from time to time on the streets of Tokyo. His trusted sword is one from his favorite anime, and he uses it triumphantly in battle, though it is only made up of wood and plastic. One could say he is a very open Otaku, yet no one has talked to him long enough to understand that aspect of him. How does he watch anime without a TV? How can he afford manga? Who knows...and who really wants to know?
The mystery of Gaijin seems to be one that will remain locked for some time, as he himself doesn't seem to know where he originates. All that can be said for this kid is that he's peculiar, yet in a simple and sweet way. He enjoys many simple things in life, and with his sense of justice implanted deep within his heart, he only wishes to serve the people of Tokyo. Tokyo...and perhaps the world.

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat:Generally, in combat, he sticks to his usage of Kendo. Owning a cosplay sword he once bought at Comiket™, Gaijin uses his blunt weapon to subdue opponents. He's quick and agile, and is light on his feet, which is ironic regarding his build. When in a battle, he doesn't give an opponent long to strategize, as he makes sure he's always the first person to attack when the battle lines are officially drawn.

| Name | Tier | Description | Splitting Image
| Tier 3
| description Ability: -The user of this Quirk has the ability to shape and create clones of themselves out of solids they are touching, by shaping them into either full copies of the person or partial copies. As the user's control rank increases, they may also alter the size of these clones (though they must remain proportional to the user)
These clones are functionally independent and are virtually identical to the user, even in partial form, in spite of their material. Their physical capabilities are also similar to the user, however they maintain the physical properties of the material they are made from, which in turn affects their physical abilities. For example, a concrete clone would be stronger and more durable, but also slower and heavier.
Limitations: -There must be enough of the material to create the clone. Whilst the user must not utilize all of the material, they need to use an equivalent volume of the material to the amount needed to form the clone(s) of that technique.
Although the clones do share the goals and objectives of the Quirk's user, they also have rational fears based on their composition. For example, a wooden clone would be afraid of fire, or a concrete clone would be afraid of drowning.
There is a limit to the number of clones a person can have active. Starting at D-Rank, the user can have 5 clones active at once, going up by another 5 every time their control rank increases. Partial clones and clones with a different size count as using more/less clones, depending on their nature (number of clones should be stated in technique description). A technique can not produce more clones than the maximum at the equivalent control rank.
Clones must be made of solid materials, i.e. concrete, wood, sand, metal, etc. They can not be made out of any other state of matter. The user must be touching said solid, although the Quirk also works through clothing. Clones can only be of the Quirk's user.
When the user goes over the limit, they suffer a -2 stat grade debuff in Stamina for 2 posts.
