General Appearance: Yuugo is a short youth with somewhat tanned skin naturally. His build is relatively scrawny, with longer, more pronounced limbs with a noticeably (though not cartoonishly) smaller torso. Most pronounced are his legs, which are great for kicking, though are set at the same height of a normal person a few inches taller than him. In fact, just over half of his height comes from his legs. His hair is fluffy and disheavaled, like that of a sheepdog, and it's basically impossible to style, just enough give to get it out of his eye so he can see. Is oddly more manageable when wet, but if he styles his hair while its wet it dries weird into a fluffy mess that just looks bad.
| Clothing: His general outfit consists of a coat, a pair of jeans, boots for trudging in, and earmuffs. The colors and designs vary, including hoods and scarves, gloves and fur. He's not consistent in what he wears, and doesn't even appear to be fashion minded. Like he robs a thrift store clearance isle while half asleep every morning, sometimes he wears coats or shirts that are multiple sizes too large or small. The same metaphor would describe the inside of his closet.
| Personality: Yuugo doesn't give a damn. Seriously, try him. His ideal world is one where people can do what they want, because what they want doesn't hurt others, and everyone understands that and doesn't care one way or the other. One where people can have passion for something without someone else being offended, or wanting to destroy or misuse that passion. He's level headed enough to know people are always dumb as fuck about everything and nobody cares what anyone besides themself feels.
He doesn't give a fuck, but that doesn't mean he's not going to do something about it. Yuugo seems to care deeply about doing the right thing, or maybe he's just altruistic outright. He doesn't see a person in trouble and ignore them, he steps in, and makes sure everyone involved knows they're a goddamn asshole/idiot for the situation even existing, himself included. He's oddly extroverted, usually because he's bored or disinterested in so many things that he forces himself to be interested in someone new. He's not... nice, per se, but he's inoffensive, which is a step in the right direction.
To a friend, he's a reliable wall to fall back on, who will probably help regardless of circumstance. He's almost totally unbiased on most topics, and doesn't judge people as more or less than they are, calls them as he sees them, and his friends would see and understand that clearly. He can be a jerk at times, sure, but the same can be said about literally everyone. Though not so many people are as difficult to distinguish between those times and any other time.
To an ally, he's a boon, a belligerant one who complains too much. He knows what he's doing, even if he scolds the criminals and the victims alike. He's not the kind of guy one could see themselves getting along with in any other circumstances, but for some reason, this vision proves to be untrue more often than not.
To a foe, he's a goddamned asshole. He makes them realize that what they are doing is wrong, or understand that the situation they are in is stupid an could easily be avoided through simple solutions. Yuugo is the kind of guy who pokes holes in the faulty logic of villains using much more simplistic and direct logic. He's not the kind of guy who says "You're wrong because justice," like other heroes. He's the guy who says, "The problems you have with the system are way out of proportion, and you should take up your grievances in a way that actually achieves something productive."
To an enemy, if one could even become that kind of this to him, he's some kind of warrior. If he decides that enough is enough with a given individual, he's not one to back down. Anyone who knows him could tell you that he's the kind of guy who does what needs to be done when it needs to be done. He doesn't hesitate in stopping crime, he doesn't hesitate even for a second even to consider the situation. He doesn't care about fame, or public image. He's a problem solver, and if someone has become troublesome enough to actually 'be the problem' well... he's not going to hold back.
| Quote(s): "I could have been home by now, taking a nap. But instead, here I am, teaching a grown man why you don't walk through dark alleys while wearing a business suit in the bad part of town..." "You should chill out before I make you."

History:
History: He was born and raised in Japan. Throughout his youth, he had to deal with a lot of stupid bullshit, because of this governing principle of life that his father instilled into him: "Villains are scum, but those who would leave a villain to their business knowingly are worse than scum." When he was younger, he was full of hope and dreams where people would stop hurting eachother for bad reasons. As he grew up, getting beaten up time and time again because he couldn't keep his mouth shut, his outlook on life grew more and more grey, until he was just sorta... jaded.
He grew up, and his quirk developed more and more. His experience as a punching bag made him strong. In essence, all those beatings he took made him durable, and all the fighting he did made him experienced, all the mean things said to him galvanized his will. He grew up, and he was a warrior. Yuugo could fight, he could defend others. All at the cost of his passion for the matter. All that remains now is an altruistic passerby who just wishes people would smarten up and keep out of trouble; One who will defend the weak because that's all he has left.

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: His fighting style revolves heavily around his quirk, and people's adverse reaction to being iced over. He's not deficient in terms of physical combat, but his style is altogether too defensive on its own to be called a fighting style. In no-quirk bouts, he usually just focuses too hard on blocking and dodging, and forgets to take advantage of the openings that present themselves. When he can use his quirk, he can put his foes on the defensive, and defeat them with attrition.

| Quirk |
|---|
| Name | Tier | Description | | Fusion -HA! | T1 | Description Ability: This is the only Tier 1 that two people are allowed. The user of this quirk is granted amazing powers, but they are unable to use them by themselves. They are filled with a compulsion to find the right person to share their powers, and in order to fuse with them and share their energies, they must perform a fusion ritual. The user of this quirk feels an overwhelming urge to lick their desired partner's elbow and they must convince their potential partner to lick their elbow simultaneously. This will complete the fusion.
When connected the user's LP Pools are combined, but their LP regeneration is determined by the higher of the pair's control rank. They can maintain their form for a maximum of ten rounds, and LP is half the cost of the higher part of the pair's control rank. (e.g. D-Rank fusion costs 5 LP). Techniques used while in this form cost full LP.
When Transformed, the user combines together and is able to use both of their quirks. As well as this, their stats are averaged as their base (e.g. D-Rank + B-Rank = C-Rank), and then they receive a +2 in all stats. They fuse into a mixture of each partner's features, but become that much more youthful. To literally top it off, the user’s hair loses color and goes blonde before twisting to a point like the bud of a flower.
(The user of this quirk is given Double Whammy for FREE, but only is allowed to pick up to a T3. The T5 may be custom claimed without using your custom slot)
Limitations: All limitations from other quirks apply in addition of the Fusion-Ha effects. After a transformation, the users are unable to transform for two post rounds and take a -1 stat grade to stamina and speed for 2 posts. Upon breaking their limit pool, the users both defuse, suffering not only the de-fusion debuff, but an additional -2 stat grade debuff in stamina and power for 2 posts. The owner of the quirk, not the partner, is the only one able to initiate the fusion. The participants of this quirk cannot stack double whammy enhancement.
| | Cold Slayer | T3 | Description Ability: The ability to create and manipulate ice at will, and shape it into an object(s). The user is able to consume snow and/or ice in order to replenish his/her energy for a short time, and is granted +3 stat grade buff to Stamina against ice and snow based attacks. Hair and coat becomes coated in frosting while quirk is in use.
Limitations: User of Cold Slayer cannot eat their own supply of ice and snow to replenish energy. Eating ice/snow cannot heal wounds or restore stamina, but it does give them a boost of adrenaline to continue fighting for a short duration. While fighting in heatwave conditions or fire in general, the ice will not melt, but will deal less damage to the target. This causes a -1 stat grade Power debuff when in those conditions. If the user goes over their limit, they get too cold and take -2 speed debuff for two posts. |

Frost Blade (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Offensive Range: Melee Stats: None
| Description: He conjures up a blade made from ice. The blade is oddly detailed, having an almost realistic appearance, especially considering its material. It's at D-Class Durability. | Frost Shell (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 (5 Sustain) Type: Support Range: Self Stats: +2 Stamina
| Description: He creates a shell of ice over his chest, legs, and arms (though not the joints). This protects him from harm, though it can be broken. It's sort of like an armor and an ice pack all in one, keeping him cool when he should overheat letting him keep going a little longer, and making him a little more durable in a sense, though the "shell" isn't actually durable at all, the cold keeps his muscles tense, which makes him harder to hurt. (Like wearing a typical thick sweater, defensively speaking: It's there, but it's nothing.) | Ice Rink (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 (5 Sustain) Type: Offensive/Support Range: AOE (2 Meters) Stats: +2 Speed
| Description: Yuugo freezes the ground around him, or simply forms a floor of ice (if the usual texture wouldn't provide the desired effect) and uses it to skate upon. Obviously he's practiced this move a lot for optimal proficiency, so he can use this ground to his advantage and move significantly more agily within the zone. For others though, it's basically an irritatingly slippery ground (narrative slippery effect, no stats), unless they would logically have reason to be a proficient slip skater (others with Slippery Floor techniques are immune, and he's resistant to such techniques himself.) The floor can be broken by any technique, and attacking with fire or heat would cause a sizeable mist cloud (same AOE, narrative blindness effect, no stats). | Freeze Frame (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Support/Defense Range: Short Stats: None
| Description: By activating this technique, he is able to form "Freeze Frames" which are rectangular planks of ice. He can form a large number of them almost at will in the given post, using them to form architectural structures like stairs, pillars, and walls, which hold D-Class Durability, but melt after one post.
