Atsuya's Life
Atsuya certainly didn’t draw the short stick in the lottery of life -- he was born into a middle-class family on the island of Hokkaido. Yet, neither did he win the grand prize. At a young age, he possessed no visible quirk and no indication that he would get one; however, the boy had four peculiar markings on the palms of his hands and the dorsal side of his feet. A fuss was made by his parents: they insisted that their son must have a quirk. Unfortunately for them, the doctor disagreed, writing the marks off as simple birthmarks.
As Atsuya grew, the birthmarks shifted and moved around his hands. They expanded and shrunk until around the age of four. The marks settled down around the center of his palms and feet, forming several comma-shaped dots. The question for his parents was no longer whether or not he had a quirk; it was how they would deal with it.
Several weeks past Atsuya’s fourth birthday, abnormalities began to occur. Several ditches formed in the ground outside, the displaced dirt in a pile next to it. The holes were much too big for a toddler to dig -- some neared two feet in depth. However, their backyard was unused except for the occasional playtime on a sunny day. Another incident troubled his parents more than the previous.
A trip to the community pool resulted in disaster when Atsuya was left in the water by himself only for several seconds. In the time it took his mother to turn away, place a towel on the pool chair and turn back, the water immediately surrounding Atsuya’s right arm had frozen. Panic ensued, and Inaho would take no more risks. She locked him down, only allowing him to leave his room to eat and use the restroom; at least until she could have him examined again for a quirk.
Despite her best attempts to subdue any of Atsuya’s mysterious powers, it all came to a head the night before his examination. As his mother ran into the pantry to grab several ingredients, Atsuya wandered throughout the kitchen. Eventually, he came into contact with the stove, and through his curiosity turned the knobs. The bright blue flames captivated Atsuya; he hovered his hand over the stove for a moment, yet, that wasn’t good enough.
Inaho dropped her packages as she exited the pantry to find her child’s hand playing in the fire. He made no noise -- no shrieks of pain or agony as the flames licked his hand. His mother screamed as she pulled him away. As Atsuya’s hand left the stove, she could see the last flickers of the fire floating up to the mark on his hand.
Almost half an hour later, Inaho was calm enough to serve a simple soup for dinner -- she was still rattled by the earlier incident and did not want to fix anything that would take her attention away from Atsuya. Inaho carefully watched her boy as he cheerfully played with the spoon he had used to eat the soup. Eventually, she noticed that the silverware began to glow red hot; it was melting in his hand. His mother screeched and yelled as young Atsuya flung blobs of the molten spoon around the kitchen.
Five years passed since the discovery of Atsuya’s quirk. He took pride in it -- the other kids in school with lesser quirks stared on in jealousy as he played freely with fire and water. His quirk, however, wasn’t the only change to manifest in him. A melanin deficiency led to the graying of his hair -- it occurred slowly at first: his roots took a subtle gray color. This advanced through his middle school years exponentially. Soon enough, even his eyebrows and body hair had a dark metallic gray color. Atsuya paid no mind to it, after all, it made him that much more unique.
As Atsuya reached the top of the ladder at his school, he looked beyond to find someone that could match him. This, of course, would result in disaster; Atsuya was just a boy. There were plenty of stronger heroes and villains. Yet, his ego distorted his vision of himself. Fortunately, there were someone whom’s words he valued more than his own: his father. A well-off hero, Atsuya’s father, He able to humble his son through a combination of words and a demonstration of power.
After this change of heart Atsuya became more of a modest person, but still lively as always. Life was going pretty well for Atsuya, Disaster soon struck. The boy's father soon contracted a fatal malignant tumor. The young boy, only at the age of ten didn't understand what was happening. Six weeks later Atsuya’s father died a peaceful death. Inaho was devastated, she fell into depression for a while she ran on autopilot, Wakeup, Go to work, Come home, Cook, Clean, Sleep. After a few weeks she noticed Atsuya was gaining the same symptoms. She took a long look in the mirror and realized what the fuck she had become, a soulless Monster. She punched herself in the face and put herself back in line. From that day Atsuya and Inaho started to get better. Inaho came to terms with her loss, Atsuya returned to his normal his “Normal” life.
The next few years weren't smooth, but the mother got a stable job as a nurse eventually She became the head of the nurse department, While she was succeeding in her job another fortunate thing happened about Atsuya quirk, she worked out that Atsuya’s right sections marks absorbs the four main elements and could be outputted to the left section in many different ways. Even with all the knowledge she about the human body and quirks she still didn't know the full extent of his quirk.
When at Atsuya was 12 Inaho gifted Atsuya with his father last legacy, a mask. After that day he was never seen without it, the only thing linking him to his father The last few years were not wasted for Atsuya with more understanding of his quirks he invented a few Techniques, realizing his potential he talked to his mum about being a Hero. She thought about it, and after weeks of convincing, she agreed.
At the age of 15, Atsuya was readily prepared for the worse and the best. Looking up to the future. Looking at his past. Looking at where he stood in the present. HE WAS READY FOR THE U.H. ENTRANCE EXAM!
Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: Atsuya is usually calm and collected, but at times he overthinks things which lead to him losing his cool. In a combat situation, he relies on the environment and his teammates to active his quirk. When his quirk is available he uses a foreign object that the have been modified to be more powerful, creates objects or uses his knowledge in krav maga, and his knife precision from cooking since he was a child.
Double Whammy 5 EP Ability: The power has been with you all along, lying dormant within. This character has awakened the power of a second Quirk and has become a legend among heroes.
Ability: - 4 Marks on hands 4 Marks On Feet. The left side of the body absorbs 1 of 4 elements Fire, Water, Earth, Wind. Right Side outputs the element in different ways, depending on the level of experience of the user you can use it in many ways. The user suffers from a melanin deficiencies, causing their hair to be unnaturally gray.
Limitations: To load up the mark, you need to make contact with one with the four select elements. They are three forms of the mark (as seen in the picture below) the most basic form outputs basic attacks second form outputs stronger attacks third form outputs extreme attacks. As you go up in forms the opposite of the chosen element becomes more powerful to the user, you have -2 Stamina against opposing elements that you're using. If you go over the limit you get a -1 Letter Grade Speed Debuff for two posts.

- 2nd Form = You get it with training and becoming stronger normally awakened with a burst of emotion (Rank C), but the cost of becoming weaker to the opposite element, (+2 Damage from opposite element) Depends on what element you currently have loaded, you use elemental stances to gain a boost depending on what element you have Earth: +1 Stamina Fire: Power +1 Water: +1 Speed
- 3rd Form = You obtain this form by becoming stronger (B Control Rank) in this form you'll be able to use two of your four elements. (+2 Damage to both of the opposite elements)
Ability: - The user has 6 tentacles like entities made of an unknown bio material, they're an extension of the user's body, the creator of the character can place these tentacles where they wish. These tentacles have 2 forms, Soft and Solid, In tentacles form the tentacles can extend, (Depending on the user's control rank) these tentacles are as strong as the user's control rank, In the hardened form the tentacles are as hard as the control rank of the user, the ends of the tentacles in hard form are as sharp as knives.
Limitations: If broken the tentacles take 1 posts to re grow, the legs are linked to the body so if they are tortured or hurt the user also feels the pain. The tentacles are extremely vulnerable to water, they melt when exposed to water! the user can not use the tentacles for 1 post if they are attacked with water. if the user goes over their limits they will get a -2 Stamina Debuff and can only use 3 tentacles for 3 posts.

Burning Tire Description: A pitch-black rubber tire that is constantly aflame a different color which is atune to their owner. Yet knows it's own and doesn't burn them. The tire may be shot away or get punched, but it will always roll back to it's own. +1 Fire-based damage on all attacks.
Secret Gadget Technique: I'm Gonna Punch That Tire! - User rears back and punchs a good one into the tire, sending it at their target and increasing the fire-based damage by +2 for that technqiue/attack. (Usable once per SL)

Cooper Cane V1 Description: Something people look over a lot is the weird compound Iron pyrite also known as fools gold, As the name implies it merely looks like gold, the main metal part of the cane is made of Iron Pyrite, but the twist is the cane is infused with the DNA of the Yōsotensō Mark, which can be harnessed in many ways. While the metal part may look sharp it's actually blunt, also the cane has a mechanism which allows it to split into 2 smaller canes. (Shown in the diagram) This cane is upgradeable
