General Appearance: Kozue is lean and rather short, with red hair and red eyes. Typically she has her hair cut short or puts it though a ponytail, though occasionally she will let it grow out.
| Clothing: Typically she wears a baseball cap and carries around a skateboard, choosing colors of clothing which are either black, brown or red. She wears shorts and a t-shirt, and often carries a satchel. She often wears headphones.
| Personality: Kozue has grand ambitions. Grand and somewhat selfish ambitions. She wants to become the worlds greatest hero, and to have all the fame and wealth that comes with it. She can be quite cocky and self assured as a result, but she isn’t an idiot by any means (Though she can often make herself look very foolish with her grandstanding and clumsiness combined). She’s sharp, and has the capacity to think tactically, as well as having a skill with quips and wit.
Kozue’s biggest problems are that she thinks she is always right, she thinks far too highly of herself and she does not know when to shut up. Though she has a natural charisma and charm, she ends up having to work against these traits in everyday situations. She also gets annoyed when people mention her height.
Despite her somewhat egotistical drive, she does have a conscience. She does not feel good about letting her actions hurt the innocent, even accidentally. Neither is she comfortable with being a bully. She’s by no means lazy, and in fact despises anyone who did not work to get where they are, especially rich inheritees.

History:
History: Kozue was an orphan, born the bastard child of a hero from a respected family of famous heroes and another less successful hero. Both parents died shortly after her birth and the wealthy family of Kozue's father refused to accept the toddler. The Kato family even attempted to force the government to change her last name, but to no avail. With no other relatives she was placed in an orphanage.
Despite her lack of a family, she didn’t have a horrendous life. She managed to make friends both inside the orphanage and outside. The orphanage was rather underfunded, but despite this the social workers seemed to actually care about the children. She was also bitter at being rejected by her fathers relatives, after she learned the story of how she had come to be in the orphanage. While she did decently in school, she was quite a troublemaker.
She discovered her powers early on like most other superhumans, but it wasn’t until she started seeing superheros in action that she begun to dream she could become like them. She would surpass the Kato family and become the greatest hero the world had ever seen.
To do that, she would need to get into U.A....

While she has no formal martial arts training, she does have some experience fighting others in school. She attempts to trip, hinder or otherwise disrupt her opponents, while using her abilities to dodge and weave

| description Ability: - The User gains the ability to alter the effects of friction, the force resisting the movement of a sliding object. The user can either negate friction to a physical thing, reduce friction or increase the friction. They can have different effects affect different sides of the object (So if they were sitting on a cube, they could increase friction between themselves and the cube and reduce friction between the ground and the cube) which of course does not apply to things with only one face (say a ball or sphere, since it only has one surface, it can only be effected on that one surface.
Limitations: -The User can only effect those things he is touching or things he has touched within the limited time. Once the time limit runs out, things which were affected revert to their original state and cannot be altered without being touched again. The touching doesn't have to be skin to object, but there does need to be physical contact. In addition, the user's power only effects solids, not liquids or gasses.
If the user breaks their limit and overexerts themselves, they lose control of friction on themselves. This causes them to be unable to keep their balance, giving them a -2 stat grade Accuracy debuff for two posts.
Max length of time the friction ability can last for. D-Rank: 1 Post After Touch C-Rank: 2 Post After Touch B-Rank: 3 Posts After Touch A-Rank: 4 Posts After Touch S-Rank: 5 Posts After Touch
Also note that the area which is affected is determined by rank, As per the AOE chart in the techniques section.

| Description: User her powers, Kozue pushes something forward. This thing then travels forward across the ground, friction now denied, towards her target. She can also use this on a person to shove them into a wall. Of course, the less the object weighs the more force she can propel it forward. (A cardboard box for example she could kick forward and resonably expect to hit it's target pretty hard. A car on the other hand, would still slide a bit, but with significantly less force and the time limit would cease before it could really get anywhere.) This is also limited by the area she can control, so the total surface area of the object has to be under the area she can effect with her powers.

Rocket Boots Description: A pair of boots with stuck on propelling rockets which help boost Kozue's speed when using a frictionless technique. They can also break a fall and help cross gaps. They are controlled via a button in the palm of Kozue's suit (See above)
When used, the rockets then have to recharge for a bit, and they cannot be used again in the next post. In addition, if she attached it to something and then it propels it away, she has no real way to get them back.

Wallcrawler wouldn't be a buff type technique, since it just lets you stick to a wall. Same with Stick, unless it boosts one of your stats somehow. Also something to note with Stick, if someone hits you with a higher ranked technique, they would probably still move you, since the effectiveness of this technique is just D-Rank. Letting you know it won't work 100% of the time, depending on what you're up against.
For any techniques that give stat debuffs or buffs, you need to state how much in the "Stats:" portion of the technique.

I also added another technique.

AOE type moves for D rank I believe is 2m radius. So your technique, slip and slide, would only be that large. A line technique would extend that though. Just fyi.

I'll keep the Line thing in mind though for when I have more technique points.
Ooh. By the way, is there any way to modify existing techniques for characters?

we have technique wipes which removes a technique so you can free up TP space for a new one. You usually get x5 fo those for your first character and x2 For any character for when you've registered on site.
The other option is to upgrade a technique, when going from D-> C for example, you can upgrade a technique and change a little so long as it still matches the theme of the original technique in general.
Keep all that in mind when making techniques so you don't go regretting useless techniques later on.

Especially the upgrading thing, but reworking techniques too as I'm probably going to need to change a few of mine as I work out the teething issues of working with this power and system...

You don't have to use technique swipes till your character is approved. So for now you can change anything you want.

I'm looking at your app again and I've noticed that you added 5 TP to your TP pool. You don't gain TP until you go up from D to C control rank.
Aside from that, most of it looks good. 1/2
