General Appearance: Royce is a thin, rather lanky kid of roughly average height. He has a pale complexion, with freckles along the bridge of his nose and his cheeks. His hair is a silvery white, his eyes are a really dull color which is sort of like a cross between a dark green and medium grey.
| Clothing: His attire in general is almost always a full-bodied outfit, covering at least 80% of his body at all times. He tends to wear heavy clothing, like sweaters, athletic or baggy pants. Sometimes he wears fashionable tassets. He is known to wear shirts with rips along the sleeves, one of his most iconic would be his turtle neck, which is black and is ripped all along the sleeves, and somewhat ripped along the bottom of the shirt, as well as the shoulders and collar. He wears shoes at all times, and is almost never seem wearing shorts.
| Personality: Royce is a cheerful and personable fellow, who aims to get along with people whenever he can. He tries to be helpful, and makes sure to abide the various laws whenever possible, to the point where he'd have problems with chase scenes, because he'd stop at traffic lights. He's sort of a goodie two-shoes. Nevertheless, he believes that it is simply his duty to make sure the evil never wins, and the people who have no powers are safe.
To a friend, he's as helpful as they come, always seeking to solve their problems and asking nothing in return. He's like a professional therapist, except he charges nothing. Whether they be emotional problems, or actual tasks that needs to be solved, he always up to assist them in any way he can. Obviously this doesn't extend to villainous activities, though he'd most certainly try and stop a friend if they were turning into a villain, albeit, who wouldn't?
To an ally, Royce is a blessing to have on hand. He's willing to perform any task that will complete the goals at hand. He's a decent strategist, as well as a formidable opponent, and he makes sure to have several handy skills so that he can make sure that his team is never without. He may be a bit too self-sacrificial when it comes to it, perhaps stemming from a few too many video games.
To a foe, he's something of a nightmare. Unless they have some serious advantages over him, he's always keen on ways to make their tasks at the very least problematic. Royce doesn't play games with his foes, even temporary ones who are actually his friends. A friend who is pitted against him competitively will see that he's pretty darned ruthless, and doesn't stop trying even when he's totally outclassed. Very spiteful.
To a legitimate enemy, such as an archnemesis or a serious rival, he's prone to some of the best trash talk and banter. One would think they were a high octane action comedy troupe with how they would spout quips and insults at one another. It doesn't take a great deal of effort to become a legitimate enemy of his, even a typical recurring villain would manage it with ease. Simply be the source of antagonism for longer than he can bear, and he'll get real harshfriendly with them. It's actually possible for him to be friends with an enemy, though it's more of a mutual enjoyment of eachother's company than a friendship in the standard mannerism.

History:
History: Royce was born in the United States of America, a suburban location near the Great Lakes. It was a very nice neighborhood, very few instances of legitimate villains and a large number of heroic kids with cool quirks. Growing up, he was surrounded by acceptance and positiveness, along with a decent education, which led him to be who he is today.
His earliest memories are of trivial baby activities, and early video games, typical JRPGs that were popular back in the day. It was for this reason he was exposed to the culture of heroes and villains, as well as strategy and timing. They were not easy games for a young kid like himself to handle, but he'd managed it after a few years of that being what he did. His parents were, of course, helpful in helping him learn the words that were being said, and other such things. In the end he happened to be a pretty smart kid from a linguistics and problem-solving standpoint.
When he discovered his quirk, he was quick to be a showoff with it. After all, it was a pretty sweet quirk. He was sort of escalated to the social status of 'soon to be hero', which made everyone like him. He'd get high fives from random kids he didn't know, and was welcome at any lunch table he chose to sit at. Not to mention he was considered to be the peer of just about every other Quirk-having student.
One day, he decided he wanted to go to Yuuei Academy. So he got Rosetta Stone software for the Japanese language, and spent time learning it. It helped that his father spoke it due to time in the military. Within 2 years he was fluent, and that meant he could go to school there at the very least. Of course, that was not taking into consideration the chances that he couldn't get into Yuuei, which was basically impossible, since he had a pretty useful quirk.
So he moved to Japan, to get into the Hero Academy of his dreams.

Combat, Stats & Earnings:
Combat: Royce is the sort of fighter who aims to win, and if he can't do that, then make winning exceedingly difficult for his opponent. He doesn't truly consider his style of combat a style at all. It's more like doing whatever he needs to do in order to some out on top. Obviously he has some rules, basic etiquette which if he didn't follow he would be no better than villains. His biggest concerns are with collateral damage, permanent bodily harm, and groin/boob shots. So long as he avoids performing any of those things with any of his attacks, he's alright with winning in whatever way he can. It's not so much a 'jack of all trades' thing so much as it is an 'anything goes' thing.

Big Hand (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Defensive/Supportive Range: Self/Short Stats: +2 Strength
| Description: He unravels one of his arms into scarves, and proceeds to rewrap it into a large hand about the size of his body in hand span. He uses this hand to catch big things, like rocks and falling people. It makes him quite a bit stronger, and he exerts strength through the entire hand, which matters by virtue of being larger.
| Longstrider (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Supportive Range: Self Stats: +2 Speed
| Description: He unravels both of his legs into long scarves leaving his feet in tact, and proceeds to take exceedingly larger steps, several yards in a single stride. This has a slight issue where he occasionally gets caught in power lines, but it's great for long stretches of open space.
| Scarf Glider (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Supportive Range: Self Stats: N/A
| Description: Used when falling or when he needs to clear a long distance from a steep height, he unravels himself at the shoulders and part of his back, before layering the resulting scarves stiffly into a pair of wing-like extensions, which act as a parachute for him, allowing him to glide across distances. It's a reliable technique, when he needs it.
| Scarf Hop (D) T.P Cost: 5 Limit Cost: 10 Type: Supportive Range: Self Stats: +1 Strength and Speed
| Description: He crouches low as if preparing for a standing high-jump, before slightly unraveling his lower legs into scarves. He then springs himself up, and extends the scarves forcefully, gaining a greatly increased jumping height. He can also sustain the coils of scarf to extend and add force to his kicks, or add a spring to his step.
