The verdict for their trial was as expected as inevitable death. Despite being told to shut his trap multiple times during their case, Kull couldn’t help but occasionally laugh, lash out, and condemn the system that would seal his fate. There were many charges filed against him, murder, vandalism, destruction of property, assault, too many more to list and for him to remember. But the end result was the same, guilty for every one. Not that anyone had expected a different outcome. Considering all the crimes that had been committed there wasn’t a surprise that they were handed down multiple life sentences. Though for Cyril, the woman who could steal and give ages away, the prospect of life was just another timer that would eventually go down to zero. And for Kull, who truly believed himself to one day escape, no timer mattered. Tank Shot also didn’t seem to be bothered as he had been silent for most of the case save when asked for what he considered to be pointless questions.

And thus, their sentence began, and their new drawl, prison life would be their new way of life. At least until some outside or inside force allowed them to once again become free.

It had been a few weeks since their sentence had been handed down on them, and already boredom had started to take affect onto the new inmates. Tank Shot for the most part spent nearly every day weight lifting, and training his own body for when the time would be right for an escape. And in general just being able to get his body back into the right shape.

Cyril and Kull however, were not taking their new life of food, sleep, and cells very well. And their only time together was usually brief, only a few moments for Cyril to get in a few words before they were ushered away from one another. And that was whenever they were getting whatever meager meals they could have together.

“Hey Kull, do you think that I’m a leech?” She asked as she ate what she assumed was meant to be some kind of meatloaf.

“You steal, life, so yes I’d call you a leech.” Kull said as he shoveled all his food into his mouth. “They never serve enough here...” he mumbled as he looked around to see that many others like him didn’t seem to be quite pleased with their portion of meals. Save Cyril, who as usual, was watching her own weight carefully.

“No, not like that. Like you remember that Blood guy right? He called me parasitic. That I didn’t have any heart, or meaning behind my own words and that I was only able to blindly swallow words from whoever I follow.” She seemed genuinely upset as her tail and wings sort of drooped liked a wilting plant.

“Why are you asking me? Why do you even care about what that Blood guy had to say. He’s just some posh government guy.”

“I’m looking for some reassurance.” She pouted, wishing that sometimes Kull didn’t always have to be so savage and that he could show some sympathy. At least to her. “But come on, you can’t deny that his words stung a little. What did he say to you?” She asked, leaning in in hopes that he’d divulge some of their conversation.

“Gibberish, trying to make me second guess myself.” The guy had pointed out one contradiction in him that he had honestly planned to own up to someday. The flaw that was his mental state and how easily and unpredictably he could swap between the two. Like flipping a coin and waiting to see whether it would land on heads or tails. “Like an annoying fly trying to run up my nose.”

Cyril merely mumbled, dissatisfied with the answer. Blood had made her second guess how stable Kull’s mind had been, granted Kull had done that himself when he nearly burned her alive. But when he stated that really anything could set him off, she had to wonder how easily or how often he could be come that mindlessly violent. “Hey… maybe this is a bad time to bring this up but...” she looked at Kull, wrapping her finger around her hair. “You’ve got another side to you don’t you? One that’s more… violent. Brutally, reckless… can you control that kind of thing?”

Kull could feel a bit of heat growing in throat when he was asked that question. “Why would you ask that?”

“Because… I don’t think you’d be willing to burn me alive unless I attacked you in the middle of the night with a knife. And yet you almost did it. Now I’m willing to put some faith in you, we’ve all got our secrets, but if you’ve got some kind of second personality that makes you more likely to kill me I’d like to know what triggers it.”

Kull growled, clutching his tray and slowly denting it as the mere mentioning of the fact bothered him. “And what if I did? How would that change anything? Would you treat me differently?” He glared at her, expecting some sort of fear to creep up on her face.

“Well… no? Maybe? I don’t think I would treat YOU any differently, but it would be nice to know what sets it off. Or what I can look for to know not to bother you when you’re like that.” She looking at Kull with some sort of sympathy. “Maybe you don’t have to tell me now, but I’d hope you’d open up a little bit to me.” She squinted her eyes as she pressed her fingers together. “Couldn’t hurt right?”

Kull sighed as he began to ease himself. He didn’t confirm or deny anything that Cyril said, but his own face could tell leagues that he she was probably right about his alternate personality. Though before she could get another word in, another inmate had scooted their way right beside Kull.

“Hey there new guys!” The young man was oddly feminine in appearance, with an eye patch and green hair he certainly stood out from the other inmates. “Kull right? Big fan of your work, mass destruction and constant fear-mongering? Gotta save I love it!” The boy seemed oddly cheerful despite sitting next to a man who could snap him in half or immolate him.

“Seems like you’ve got a fanboy.” Cyril said as she took a look at the boy.

Kull merely grunted as he seemed indifferent to the boy’s praises. Especially since he wasn’t fond of being praised now that he was in a cell.

Koizu

“He's an exciting guy to hear about. I'm Koizu Bakura by the way. I've been here about as long as you and I get it, not too happy about being here. Who would be? And… I was kind of watching how bored you all looked. So I thought I’d bring up the idea of just getting some fresh air.” He leaned in, “Not that you’re interested in doing community work, but the prison does have a program to take off time from a sentence. Not that you’d probably want that but… you do get to travel a little. Get to stretch your legs and get some sunlight. Sure they put a collar around your neck that’s liable to chock, stun, and explode if you misbehave but I think it’s worth it.”

The boy put his finger to his head. “They probably won’t be as willing to bring you guys out since you did such terrible things and you’ve only been here for awhile. But it never hurts to try.” The boy said as he seemingly began to enjoy his own meal.

Cyril smiled, “Why that’s a real helpful tip! I’d do anything to be able to stretch my wings and feel some sunlight. Even if it’s only for a little bit of time.” She looked at her skin. “It’s not good to stay cramped up all the time. She looked to the boy. “So what do we have to do get a part of this program? To show that I’m the road for ‘reformation’ and ‘rehabilitation’”

“Well… here’s what you have to do...”

The boy explained that first they asked you some questions, trying to figure out whether you really did want to change or want to do some good. Or whether or not you were just bullshitting them and looking for a way to get an easy escape. For Kull and his own crew which had been labeled to some extent and mentally unstable that would’ve been difficult. However, they applied less so for reformation and more so that they’d be willing to do some community service work that would accept any able-bodied person willing to work. After all, construction companies wouldn’t care who carried their good so long as they got their in one piece. That was where Kull and his own members and crew had been applied and brought in as.

Working hands that would rather be put to use than rotting and stagnating in a cell.

Thus that was how Kull and his crew had found themselves delivering meat, vegetables, and other sorts of ingredients to a fast food restaurant. They were still outfitted in prison uniforms, and all of the members were fitted with collars and cuffs. They were also told that if they were to ‘act up’ or attempt to escape the cuffs and collars would first shock them, then stun them unconscious, and in the worst case scenario, kill them. A deal they begrudgingly accepted in favor of being able to enjoy a little of out outside air and sunlight.

“This isn’t so bad.” Cyril said, floating slightly above the ground as she carried a few crates of potatoes towards the back of the store. “It’s almost like how we used to carry around our stuff back to the dining hall right?”

“This is nothing like our horde. I’m only doing this so that I can stretch my legs.” Kull said hauling the most of the supplies under his arms and over his shoulders.

“Sure, sure, but we ought to enjoy it while we can.” Cyril said as she seemed to enjoy being able to take time to finally fly around a little.

For Myriam herself, villainy wasn't much of a new thing after a few strange encounters with evildoers across Japan, more precisely Tokyo. But surely, she wanted to explore more of the areas around the country, if not around the capital itself. People who only did bad things also appeared in her past, when she was working in France, the land where her mother was born. Thinking about her parents didn't satisfy her at all, strangely enough. After all, they had done bad things to her sister and who wouldn't guess that they could also be responsible for the older Mbala herself to have to get along with such horrible personas back in Paris, those the same that forced her out of the country.

The current day was another time she had to rest, to forget about what bizarre scenes she had to experience in Japan. It was a bright morning, fierce sunlight hitting her skin at almost the perfect warm temperature and the soothing breeze petting her skin, skin that was mostly revealed, like always. The Mbala would be sporting a white racerback tank top, with only designs at the front of comical lettering forming the words 'WTF', below written 'Where's The Food'. Hilarious, indeed. And it fit for what she wanted to do right at the beginning of the day; eating breakfast at a fast-food restaurant. For shorts, she brought some belted ripped and torn ones, black in color, finishing with also dark flip flops. Her hair was made in the same way, wild and savage, though clean and still somewhat soaked, meaning she probably doesn't care much about trimming it and that she took a recent bath.

Either way, she finally reaches her set destination, a fast-food burger restaurant, resembling that of the real life "Burger King" version. Though, she doesn't enter it right ahead, stopping after spotting more of the same, or at least seeming like more of the same bizarre encounters she has. This time, it seemed like a crew of delinquents, all wearing collars and cuffs, and having really strange appearances. For Myriam, it just seemed like instead of delivering, they were actually stealing. Of course, sometimes, she just doesn't think, she just doesn't look like she has a brain. The exotic woman simply decided to approach.

"Hey, what are ya'll doin' there?!"

She yelled out, hoping that they would listen to her before she stops to keep some distance, arms over her hips and a furrowed gaze, as if she was actually pissed at them for doing what they were doing, which was actually simple delivery and nothing more than that. This was the older Mbala for ya'. "Ya' know this is my favorite place and I want t'eat, so ya'll better stop stealin' my food or we'll have problems!"

Would they think she was actually the owner of the whole restaurant? One questions such thing. And would they understand English? And her accent? Hopefully!

As if hauling the food and having chains and collars wasn't enough, now some strange woman was blabbering at them. Kull understood her words, and that only made him more confused as to why the hell she was yelling. Weren't they supposed to be taking the food and crap to the damn restaurant? "Calm your oversized tits lady, we're just delivering this crap for you." He said lowering all his goods right beside the store. He had to hold back in instinct to just set fire to all the food just to spite the woman as he walked back over to the truck to grab more of the supplies that the store needed.

"If it's not one thing it's another, even when we aren't stealing and doing bad crap people fuckin' hate on us." He scratched as his cuffs, feeling a slight shock from tampering them. "Can't even scratch underneath these things...!" He growled as his grip intensified over the next crate of goods, crushing it and causing the food to spill out onto the ground.

"GOD DAMNIT!" He roared as he spewed flames into the air. "Someone else fucking pick that up! Cause I'm not doing it!" He threw a tantrum as he angrily grabbed another set of crates as he transported another set of food while his goons meekly picked up whatever food stuff had fallen onto the ground.

Cyril, having noticed that Kull was now in a worse mood than he had been minutes prior had side-stepped him as he continued his duty. "Oh don't mind him, he's just a little cranky. You know, hasn't gotten enough of a morning stretch and he's just itching to get his claws into something." She addressed Myriam in English, showing that she did understand her words well enough. "We're not stealing anything, as much as I'm sure that Kull would love to just burn this place to the ground and just eat whatever was left in its ashes... we're just here to help. Because we're... 'reformed villains'" She chuckled as her tailed curled up to her lips. "Such a funny phrase don't you think? Kind of like corrupted hero..."

Myriam blinks as she was now addressed, as her whole yelling got a response and not one she expected. Now she could understand it all, apparently not even pointing out his comment about her 'oversized tits'. Perhaps too much thoughts were on her head for her to even remember him saying that. But now she got it all. They were just delivering, and not actually stealing. Delivering food to be served at the restaurant. Still quite a strange thing, she thought, former villains having to do that kind of work. The collars and the cuffs then just helped in completing the puzzle in her head, the fact that they were probably doing work so they could reduce their time in jail. Even being who she is, she knew how it all worked.

The Mbala still frowned at the man, especially as he ended up crushing one of the crates and spilling all of the food formerly contained inside of it. "H-Hey, watch what ya' doin'!" The woman warned him as she took a faint breath, noticing now the other female within the crew approaching and apparently trying to calm things. Myriam ignored the angry male for now, turning her bluish hues now over to the one talking to her.

"So, ya'll are really criminals, huh? And I suppose those collars and cuffs, or whatever, are t'prevent ya' from doing bad stuff? That's neat, how jailin' works here! But anyway..."

She mumbles at the end, shifting around to walk in the direction of the other goons helping with fixing what the apparent alpha of the group had done. "... Ya'll can't just waste food like this!" Myriam says as she lowers down to pick up a piece of bacon from the surface of the now crushed crate. She quietly opens her mouth and just guides it to her lips, bringing her teeth down to start munching on it. "I'll help ya'll with anythin', and in return, ya' won't tell the workers that I'm eatin' all of this! Huh? How'bow dah'?"

"I KNOW!" Kull roared back at the woman, he didn't need her to tell him that he needed to be more careful when it came to handling the goods. But sometimes he just lost control of his anger and in turn his strength. "You don't have to tell me every little thing I'd doing wrong!" He said as he put down another set of frozen beef patties. He was clearly irritated, likely from the uncomfortable cuffs and collar that was outfitted for him. In a way he was happy to know that someone had to end up slaving over some forge or machinery to get one that would fit his oversized arms and neck. But on the flipside, they were extremely uncomfortable and just made him want to claw at his own neck and arms to get them slightly looser. And he learned very quickly that doing so would only send a violent shock through his system, which made him angry, which made him claw, and the cycle would repeat itself until his muscles couldn't stand the electric spasms any longer.

"No we just really, really, REALLY like having collars that shock us whenever we freaking touch them." Kull spat as he had to resist his urge to claw at them again.

"I don't know, I think that iron cuffs really brings out my eyes." Cyril blinked as she brought her cuffs up to her hand. "Joking aside they really are a hassle, if they want us to carry this stuff easier they shouldn't have made these things so damn heavy," Cyril stated as she seemed to be struggling the most when it came to carrying the crates of food and utensils.

When the woman offered to help so long as she got to eat some fo the food, Kull shrugged. "They said we just had to deliver the crates, I don't give a shit if you go and eat everything here and then shit it right outside their door." That would make his day actually. Not that he expected the woman to actually do such a vile thing, after all, she seemed too nice for that kind of crap. "If you really want to help, you can carry some of the other crap out of the truck and just lay it down here." He said as he walked over to the truck and dropped more crates that were to be delivered to the restaurant onto the ground.

"And it's not like we would be wasting this food, but we have our orders. If it were up to me I'd just have my boys eating whatever scraps fell off the ground." Kull said as he recalled that being a common practice. No food was wasted in his horde after all, what was a little bit of dirt and grass on a hunk of meat? It just added flavor after all.

"From stealing and pillaging to delivering food? It's a shame to see. A dragon and succubus shouldn't be bound in chains, don't you agree?" A tall blue-haired man approached the group with a disapproving half-frown, clad in a white uniform of sorts with a high collar and star-shaped symbols on the chest. While he certainly wasn't tall when compared to the dragon man before him, he was at the very least taller than the average person. Reaching into his belt, Illium pulled out a small tablet device and began tapping upon it with his thumb. In his other hand, he held a burger he had gotten from the fast food joint. He took a bite from it, chewing a couple times and swallowing before speaking once more. It would be impolite to talk with a full mouth, after all. He peered around as if he were looking out for somebody, then turned his attention back to the two he had the most interest in. "Kull Ganzorig, known as the vicious leader of the Dragon Skull Horde, and 'Cyril,' now working under that same banner, although previously the leader of an all-female gang." Illium recalled, looking up from his device as he put it away back into his belt. "Technically Kull and I have met once before at a...convention of sorts, but that's not important nor very relevant right now." The techie pointed out with a shrug, then turned to face the tanned, and seemingly hyperactive woman he had yet to address. "I apologize, but I'm not familiar with who you are. Your full name, Miss? My name is Illium Peora, a humble information broker." His introduction included a slight bow with a hand to his chest. Her face seemed familiar to him somehow, though he couldn't place why for some reason. It was bothering him, but he supposed it was possible he had merely seen her once before. His eyes flashed red for a moment as he activated his quirk, allowing him to scan the woman for her quirk. Vacuum Fist...able to take in airborne elements and eject them, interesting. He mused, this being the first time he had encountered such an ability.

Considering they had just been talking about her stealing food, he assumed there wasn't much danger here in talking about more unscrupulous things, although there was one worry he did have. "Are your security officers around? I can't believe they'd let you off alone, even with those collars." Illium would be genuinely surprised if there wasn't some kind of guard at least in the area, here to watch over them. Nonetheless, it would also make sense if those guards were bored with their job. What crazed criminal would try to escape with what was essentially a shock collar and explosive on their person? "I believe I might have a proposition for you if you two are interested, but it would require much preparation and...compensation." Illium told the two jail birds as he pushed up his glasses, awaiting a response from them. He was unsure how well this would go, but it seemed like a good time to bring it up considering the vulnerable position they were in. Kull was honestly an intimidating person to speak with and Illium was never one to put himself in danger if there was likely a chance of death. He was much too cautious for that. Kull could easily rip him in half or burn him to ashes if he happened to be in the mood, but Illium supposed that his current caged position would make him more likely to listen to a scrawny geek such as himself. Illium didn't see himself that way, although he was no strange to those who valued strength above all else viewed him. Many tended to underestimate him, which considering his line of work, suited him just fine.

"Just cause I'm in chains doesn't mean that I can't cook you into a hamburger!" Kull glared at Illium, not having recognized the guy from when they met before. Clearly he was more ticked off at the idea that the guy was taking him lightly and talking down to him. Admittedly though he was right, and he only hated him more for reminding him of that fact.

He scratched at the collar around his throat as it sent a mild shock, likely recognizing the threat that he had just made at Illium and was now learning (slowly) that simple threats like that would lead to a sore neck and possibly other pains if he didn't keep himself under control. He seemed to calm down slightly when Iillium had properly refered to him as what he was, the leader of the Dragon Skull Horde.

"Oh I have a fan." Cyril said as she lugged her last package towards the back of the store, giving her ample to time rest and have a decent conversation with someone from the outside world. "I guess my reputation proceeds me, even before I joined Kull's gang." She seemed to enjoy being recognized as a once successful all female gang leader. Now-a-days it was more or less that she was just a commander for Kull. "Though I'm curious, are you some kind of villain enthusiast? I'd love to sign autographs right now, but I'm a little tied up. We both are." She elbowed Kull in the side, a gesture that made him swipe at her. She just barley ducked under the blow before watching as Kull received another shock through his arms for what was obvious a form of violence.

"YOU LITTLE-!" He roared as Cyril, garnering the attention of the locals. He could already tell that he was going to get shocked again if he started another violent outburst, and had simply grumbled under his breath as he kicked rocks around the ground to let out his fury.

"As you can see... Illium, we're being monitored even when there's no one around us. Probably some sort of drone or camera or something. The minute they see trouble they probably flip a switch or something... or maybe they're just able to tell what we're thinking before we're doing it." The boy was rather scrawny, so it was interesting to see that he was so bold in talking in a way that would certainly make Kull furious. "If we wander too far away form here I'm sure that our heads and arms will blow off our bodies... and I don't look good without this precious head on my shoulders. Contrary to what many might think."

Upon hearing that the boy had some kind of proposition, a deal, both Kull and Cyril went quiet. Almost shifting their eyes as if they were being closely monitored. "Come on now, you're just joking. Some kind of double agent meant to see how willing we are to break out of our chains? Oh how I do love this work..." She played with her hair as she turned away from Illium.

Kull mumbled, unsure whether it was even a good idea to have this kind of plan out in the open, he was sure that the was some kind of trick and that he wasn't going to have any part of it. "Boy I'd love to hear what you had to say, but I doubt it would go well for anyone of us. And even if things did work out, not like we could give you anything. You probably would want money right?" Kull shrugged, usually they never stole money because it was always guarded behind safe's, locks, and absurd amounts of security. Why go through all that trouble when you can just grab whatever you want? No one put water bottles and cake mix behind lock and key, and so the best they'd be able to offer him would be actual goods than money.

"Well that's not true. Skale keeps the plunder somewhere safe, not that we ever use it much but surley there's got to be some amout in there that would be enough to entice someone." She said as she fluttered away, leaving her words to hang in the air for sometime.

"Yeah... someone." Kull said as he looked around to see if anyone was trying to eavesdrop on the conversation.

"I'm not trying to be a smart-aleck, but that's exactly what it means." Illium stated matter-of-factly, gesturing to his collar. If the dragon brute tried any physical violence or got worked up enough to attempt spewing flames, the collar would give him a not-so-friendly dose of electricity. Even someone as boorish as Kull had to have some amount of self-preservation and perversion to pain. As if on cue, the collar shocked him because of the threat. Was it based on audio cues as well or did it just sense his rise in adrenaline? This question actually greatly interested Illium, though he would have to find a way to take apart and study those collars later. For now, he was here for business. Thankfully, Kull seemed to calm down a little when Illium referred to him as the leader of the horde. He found that stroking a fellow villain's ego tended to be a surefire way to get on their good side.

"Not so much a fan I'm afraid, I just do my research." He corrected her, pushing up the side of his glasses with his right hand. "I'm an intel-broker, I work in information and technology. I'm also in need of backing, which is where this endeavor comes in." Illium explained, answering the question of why he approached them with this proposition in the first place. "I lend my services to whomever needs them and I believe you two fit the bill." He noticed that they were uncomfortably looking around, as if an officer or guard might intervene at any moment. "I'm just a good samaritan looking to help two reforming citizens." He claimed with a grin, shrugging as if unsure why they were so worried. If they truly were being monitored that closely, Illium wasn't concerned. His name meant close to nothing due to his working in the shadows with little to no public record. While their talks may be suspicious, Illium had yet to say or propose anything illegal, so he was covered on that front as well. Most importantly, however, Illium had scanned the area for cameras before entering the scene and had specifically positioned himself where none would catch him. This was actually why he hadn't moved from the spot he'd been standing in since revealing himself.

"If you get me in touch with 'Skale' and I'm allotted some funding, I'll be able to assist...with your food delivery problem that is." The blue-haired techie assured them, waiting to see their reaction on this matter. "The labor must be hard on your back after all." As he said this, Illium made a motion as if he were tearing off an invisible collar of his own, signaling that he was referring to freeing them, not just making their delivery job easier. Time was of the essence as well, since the prison would likely crack down on security the longer Kull was there, given his violent outbursts and tendencies. If they could perform an operation sooner than later though, then they might be taken by surprise, especially if they've allowed Kull and Cyril to be so publicly out and about. A certain suit of his own design was necessary for this to work, but he lacked the funding to make it...for now. "All I need is money."

Kull growled as he continued to tolerate Illum's words. He may have claimed not to be a smart-aleck, but it didn't change the fact that he certainly sounded like one. Honestly, he wanted to at least flick the glasses off the guy and then 'accidentally stomp on them for having pissed him off. But he really was starting to hate those electric shocks. "Just watch what you say." He warned, even with a collar he could probably get one good swipe on anyone if he was careful enough.

"Hmm, I didn't think that we'd be available for research. Though I suppose there's rarely a perfect way to keep some things secret in this day in age."
She spoke almost as if she knew well enough about what life was like before the widespread use of the internet. Upon hearing that he was an intel broken it made sense that he might've been more informed than the usual person.

"I see, information is power after all. And many people will be willing to pay for those types of things. Secrets can cut sharper than blades, plans can cause more damage than bombs, and knowledge is harder to attain that people might think." Cyril stated as she looked with curiosity towards Illium. What kind of information would this man what from them? Or perhaps she had some kind of other favor.

The fact that the guy was looking around and playing off his suggestion made them ease a little. "Just a good samaritan trying to make this dragon man act more civilized. Sounds to me like you've got quite the work cut out for you. Especially considering that the police and therapists don't even want to get close to this guy." She tilted her head towards the big guy that seemingly made it crazy to think anyone could keep him calm for more than a few minutes at a time.

"Well Skale... he's kind of out there. Somewhere..." Cyril pointed towards the sky, before waving her finger through the air as though he were potentially flying above them. "Not dead, but he's traveling around. Or so says the agent that he sent around here." She looked to one goon who seemingly didn't have any kind of special note, but the people knew him as their informant. Able to get information from an outside source that told him of how Skale was handling himself.

"Last we heard he's... out of the country right now. Having some fun rounding up a lot of tools for his next project." She mimicked Illium's gesture of pulling off the collar, making a point that whatever he was doing, it was likely to get them free of their chains as well. "If there's one thing I can say for sure about Skale, it's that he's doing good work out there." Kull stated as he seemingly was annoyed that Skale was brought up more.

"If you're interested in the money, then you'll have to find him yourself. And figure that out with him, especially since I consider him more trustworthy than I do you." He said turning his back on Illium. "After all, you haven't proven to me any reason why I ought to believe anything you've said save for stating a few facts about our pasts."

"Believe me, I know my place." Illium reassured Kull, putting up his hands in front of himself in a defensive position and letting out a good-natured chuckle. All things considered, Illium knew he was considerably weaker in sheer strength and power when compared to the two villains standing before him. That being said, he was in a unique position to aid them and had skills that likely neither of them possessed. Even Cyril would touch upon this, outlining the importance of both intelligence gathering and knowledge in general. It brought a grin to Illium's face, glad to know someone understood his line of work. "All very true." Illium agreed, nodding once toward Cyril.

The woman played off of his words, mentioning how the police and therapists didn't want to get anywhere near Kull, which made sense. "We all deserve the chance to live a fulfilling life, don't you think?" This statement was followed with a smirk and shrug. Indeed, this could refer to the very type of rehabilitation they were going through right now, but Illium was thinking more along the lines of personal fulfillment. It was obvious that the prison made the villains do this type of work to hopefully release them back into society as hardworking citizens, but to many villains, such a mundane life just wouldn't do. Illium was very much one of those people.

The name 'Skale' was brought up again, so Illium began to assume that this was an important (or at least trustworthy) person within Kull's horde. Apparently he was out there somewhere, so said their informant, and was gathering the necessary tools for their breakout. Kull voiced his faith in Skale, stating that Illium would need to get in contact with him. The dragon also went so far as to question why he should trust Illium at all. He hadn't 'proven' himself.

"A certain amount of skepticism is always healthy. I'm not here to prove anything. I'm looking for work, you're in a bind...it's mutually beneficial. Besides, I'm sure you're holding a grudge against someone or something...I wonder who might be able to gather that kind of information."
Illium feigned ignorance, tapping on his chin thoughtfully. At this point, he was banking on Kull's rage for whatever situation had gotten him put in jail in the first place. If Illium could not only break Kull and his associate out of jail, but also provide information on whoever/whatever did this to him, perhaps that would make the brute realize his usefulness. Illium wasn't even interested in pursuing a long-term business relationship with this crazed dragon man. So long as they agreed to this one operation and Illium was compensated, then it would be a success. All in pursuit of constructing a suit that would augment Illium's own capabilities while also being Kull's salvation.

A fulfilling life, that was an odd thing to think about. Maybe because he hadn't been thinking about life as a set of goals and more so as an ongoing wave that just went on and on and on until it crashed. And considering that he had recently come to a halt in his wave of destruction he was more willing to try something to get himself out of this hole he had either dug himself in or somehow walked right into.

"Well given time all walls will crumble, I could easily outlast whatever sentence they place down." Cyril's quirk was a rather interesting thing that made it hard to determine her exact age. Becoming older or younger at the whim of a kiss was quite the talent, and one she was sure that she could get her through this bind. Whether it be forty years or a life sentence.

The mention of a grudge... a desire to get back at something or someone had brought a flare in Kull's eye. When the guy had offered him a situation like that where he could get revenge. Or at least prepare for some sort of chance at revenge he seemed far more compliant and willing to hear him out.

"...Two people." He said as the image of those two annoying U.A. students floated to the top of his head. "Some kid called sub-zero-ego or something like that." That punk had broken his arm and really had sparked his hatred for the institution. However, the second name really riled him up more than anything. "The other... some stupid golden boy that can make use of light and that kind of crap." He looked to Cyril. "What was that kid's name? I can't even bother to remember it... all I end up seeing is a mix of red and golden." His subconscious rage remembered it fully, but it never did fully pop up to his thoughts when he tried to remember it in vivid detail.

"Kazama Yokoyama? Something along those lines." Cyril said as her memory aided in Kull's vengeful recollection. "...If you can get me information on him in particular. I'll see to it that you get paid. Well..." He promised as he walked over towards one of his goons, picking him up and planting him right in front of Illium. The man was likely an informant or at least one of the men getting the information about it.

He seemed a little scared having been picked up by Kull, but when he was planted in front of Illium he quickly understood why he was pulled to the side. "Last I heard of Skale... he was doing business in the Americas. But if you want to get in contact with him... I can let someone know who you can meet and he can arrange something between you two." The man was quickly tossed aside after his message was sent out. "Just a meeting... nothing special." He said as if to ward off suspicion.

"...Find him, get information, and you'll end up a happy man."

"I'm sure you could, I have doubts." Illium chuckled, knowing the nature of her quirk. Waiting around for years or decades didn't exactly sound like an ideal situation to Illium, but perhaps the woman viewed time differently than most people, since it was almost irrelevant to her. There wasn't much point in discussing that now, however, as interested as Illium was in the topic. Perhaps once they were 'released' from prison he could ask her some questions about that. For now, Illium turned his attention toward Kull, who suddenly seemed much more cooperative than he was a moment ago. Being a business man and certainly no stranger to negotiations, Illium wasn't surprised his tactic worked, but it worked much better than expected. Kull's tone and attitude toward Illium almost completely shifted, for the better. Even brutes needed information at times.

"I will research people with a similar name to that. And Kazama Yokoyama you say? Mhm, mhm." Illium took out his small pad device, typing away on it as he took notes. "Since you provided a full name, it shouldn't be difficult for me to find out more about him." A goon/informant was then placed in front of Illium. The man was pitiful looking at first, fearful as his boss literally picked him up. He then detailed some information about Skale though, stating that he was off on business in the Americas somewhere, but that a meeting could be arranged between them. "Please set up this meeting, it'll require some planning on both our parts." Illium mused with a nod, already formulating the necessary steps they'd need to discuss in his head.

Kull moved the man aside and interrupted, reminding Illium (and possibly anyone watching/listening) that this was just a meeting and nothing more. "Yes, yes, of course. I'm sure we'll have great fun discussing how to best rehabilitate you both into society. That is the point of these prison programs after all." Illium claimed with a smirk, providing Kull's goon with his contact information before beginning to walk away.

"I'm already a happy man, Mr. Kull, but happiness isn't what I'm after. It's been a pleasure."

So many things were done right in this thread and it left me surprised that post length wasn't an issue, concise details, heart pounding action in the form of devious plotting painted such a vivid picture of whats to happen next! If I had any bit of criticism it's that I really wanted to see more of Myriam, aside from that? Great job guys! Enjoy dah loot~!
