Traveling alone was a new sensation for Skale, sure he had gone on long rides by his lonesome before. But he always went on them knowing that he'd have a home to come back to, a family he could rely on. Traveling alone now, while his horde was disbanded as per his orders meant that he truly was by himself. That every rest stop was a constant reminder of his own personal failure and the apparent weakness of the horde itself.

But he wasn't going to let himself or the horde fall to sadness and despair in their time of darkness. He had plans, missions, ideas, ways that he knew he could make things better. Make the horde stronger, bigger, more ferocious, and when the time was right they would blight the world again. But those were thoughts that merely motivated him, to keep his mind from wondering what was going on with Kull in his prison. No doubt that he'd need manpower, information, and of course their charismatic leader out of prison to even start such a blight.

It was for that reason he found himself on the shores of Okinawa, it was strange. He never saw himself or really any member of his horde going off to enjoy bathing in the sun or playing around on the beach for leisure. At least not in the typical manner of building sandcastles or swimming. He imagined people getting buried in the sand, and then held there until the tide came in. Or that the horde mates would start playing around ocean looking for sharks to fight.

Yet, as he was tracking one particular horde mate of interest he found himself here. It was somewhat irritating to watch so many people relaxing, enjoying themselves, while he was stressing nearly every day and every night as though there was someone watching in every corner and shadow. To see these people not have a care in the world for their own safety... it reminded him why he enjoyed going out on raids. But he wasn't here to cause mayhem, at least not yet.

He came here looking for Ciaran, a wandering member of their horde that came and went as his instincts told him. He had tracked him down here to the beaches of Okinawa for a reason. He had no idea what the boy was doing over here, but that didn't matter much as he had to muster his courage to ask for a favor. After all, with Cyril and Tank Shot also in prison, he was in need of someone that he could trust.

"Enjoying your vacation?"
Skale said as he spotted the boy sunbathing on the beach. "I never imagined you as the type to get a tan... pale skin fits you." He wanted to start the conversation humorously, after all, they couldn't just go talking business right in public. At least, not as blunt as Kull might've done so. "You been doing well for yourself? I never imagined you as the...sun bathing type."

Sighing in satisfaction as he soaked up the rays of sun, Ciaran felt the eyes of many people staring at him. His small, pale body would have stood out enough on its own, but when you added the read thread that was stiched across his arms and torso, as well as the pink and lime green patterned boardshots he wore, well... people were going to stare. He didn't care, he just kept his eyes closed beneath the tacky and cheap red plastic framed sunglasses and allowed the heat of the Okinawan mid morning, the cool breeze brushing across his bare skin and the scent of salt hanging thick in the air. A large and noxiously colourful drink sat by his side, a long novelty straw curling towards his mouth, and it was clear from the residue on the glass that whatever was inside was probably sweet enough to cause diabetes.

Through half lidded eyes he watched someone approach him, dismissing it as unimportant the little Irishman was about to return to his nap when the person spoke. Tilting his sunglasses up onto his forehead he raised a pale eyebrow at the man standing before him. He certainly hadn't been expecting to see Skale any time soon, especially not in Okinawa.

"I don't tan, my skin refuses to, it's just nice to warm up in a place like this," he replied casually, sliding the sunglasses back down his face and laying back on his deckchair. With a lazy gesture of his right hand he indicated Skale take the seat next to him, his left hand resting behind his head as he went back to his semi-nap state. It was only once the other man had sat that he'd speak again, his tone much quieter and difficult to hear from a distance.

"It's a good place to relieve idiots of their wallets. They flash around the cash, and just dismiss it as being lost while on vacation. The ones who don't still don't have much luck getting the police to help," he stated casually, explaining his reasoning for being at a beach in Okinawa relaxing amongst the more normal members of modern society. "Tourist traps are decent places for wanderers to go to as well, no one questions you about the details when your ticket is going to or coming from such a place."

Gesturing for a nearby waiter, Ciaran ordered another round of drinks, choosing something that he knew would appeal more to Skale's tastes to go with his own fruity cocktail.

A sidelong glance out of the side of his sunglasses would be the only indication Skale got that he was waiting for the man to give his reasons for coming here. The unusually focused look in his crimson eyes indicative for the fact he was taking Scale's visit seriously.

"I see..." Skale said as he took a seat beside Ciaran, taking a simple craft beer for himself as he too enjoyed the warmth of the sun for a few seconds. "Well good to see that you've haven't changed all that much then." He said as he took a sip of his drink, his eyes wandering over to see that he was right. Many of the people that were around didn't have a care in the world, they were so vulnerable, and even if they were to get caught up in a crime with security seeming so lax... he could imagine Ciaran making a killing here for awhile. At least until they figured out that it was him that was causing all the trouble.

"Maybe when things are back up and running we could try showing people that they ought to be more considerate of where they take their vacations." He grinned for a moment as he watched innocent children playing along in the sands. His previous comment properly segwaying into his next point. "Well, I guess while we're relaxing we can talk about business for a bit." He crossed his arms over his chest as he looked at the horizon. "With Kull in prison, along with Cyril and Tank Shot I've been thinking about how to better the horde for when we come together again. The first thing that came to mind obviously was... getting Kull out of jail." He let the words hang in the air for a second.

"Obviously there are a few problems, the first being that I have no idea as to where Kull will actually end up being detained. Whether he and the others will be held in the same place, or even how well guarded the place will be." He pointed to his head. "But if there's anything I've learned about society, it's that you can follow a trail of people and their bosses and you'll be able to find out the right information." He took another sip of his drink as he began to draw a little diagram in the sand. It was a picture of some sort of building, not that it could be easily ascertained as to what it was given that it was made in the sand, and the waves quickly washed it away from recognition.

"Databases that hold information about plans for detainees, the people who run them, and most importantly of all the location of certain inmates. The information is there. Obviously... it won't be easy getting such information. But a hard lead is better than no lead at all." He leaned back into his chair, clutching into the hope of such a dream. "I know a guy, a friend of a hordemate. Real smart hacker that would be able to get information from the database if he could get inside, all he needs is an escort. But the last thing I need is for them to change plans on what they're going to do with Kull because they found out that their information got compromised. So we're trying to do this as quietly as possible." He sighed.

"Not our style I know, but we have to make due with what we've got." He turned to look Ciaran in the eyes. "Even so... I'm not confident in myself enough to be able to say that I'd be enough of an escort for the guy. Which is why I came here for you. There aren't many able bodied people like you around, even among some of my more trusted horde mates." He turned back towards the sea. "I'm asking you as a brother from the horde, to help me out here. It would mean the world to me, and probably more if I could have your help in this."

Ciaran watched and listened quietly, to any outside observer it would seem that he wasn't paying one bit of attention to the man next to him, sipping on his drink and apparently staring out at the ocean. It was hard for him to be so attentive, he preferred to just act and his concentration on the details could be ephemeral at best. He was more focused when he did things he wanted and enjoyed, and planning stuff generally fell outside of that realm of focus.

The white haired youth couldn't help but start laughing as Skale outlined why he had come. That was... it was too much. If he hadn't known how dire the situation was with the horde then he would have thought it to be a clever joke. "You must be truly desperate, to come to me for help for such a thing", he said between breathless chuckles, unable to stop his giggles even as he took a long sip of his drink, his slender chest rising and falling with each near silent expression of amusement.

"You have to realise that I'm not suited for quiet jobs, or escorting someone." Ciaran stated as he finally calmed himself down, "chances are I'll go off on a killing spree and die, or get caught, or allow this hacker to get caught." He stated this as fact, he knew himself well enough to know that when his blood went up he'd do what he wanted, when he wanted it, regardless of initial intentions. He wanted Skale to truly think about this before continuing with the assumption of Ciaran's aid.

"Don't mistake me," he sighed, fiddling with the stitches in his lower lip in thought, "I'm not saying I'm unwilling to help. The Ordu of Kull is by far one of the most interesting groups I worked with, and I'd love to see what the Khan can do in the future. Helping to get him out would be the only way to see such a thing..." There was a pause, heavy with meaning, an implied 'but' hanging between them as obvious and unmistakeable as Kull himself. "I will not apologise for who I am, and who I am may jeopardise your goal. If you believe there is still no option but to ask for my aid, I will help, just do not be surprised when I do what I do."

He took another long draw of his drink and leaned back in his chair, body obviously relaxing in the sunlight as he awaited Skale's response.

"Desperate times call for desperate measures. And I'd rather be desperate than dead." He said as he continued to look at the young man as he lounged. Even when he chuckled he kept a stern look on his face to express how serious the situation was.

He sighed slightly as he knew that the boy was likely to say what he had. After all, he was a rather violent unpredictable boy. Which was good in some ways and costly in others. "I figured as much, but... like I said. Desperate times call for desperate measures. If it does end up coming to you having to wildly end up killing people... we'll just have to keep it under wraps to hide the bodies. Just long enough for us to get whatever information we need." He smirked. "I wouldn't ask you to change who you are, Kull was never about that, I was never about that, our horde was never about that. We are who we are, and we accepted that."

He was glad that the kid was still interested and loyal to some extent to the horde. His attitude might've made the work tricky, but he'd find a way to make it work. That or he'd just have to improvise on the fly.

"...How soon are you able to head out? We don't have to leave now, today even, but the sooner the better." He said as for up from his seat and walked over towards the tides. "And take whatever it is you need. Not that I expect you have a lot on you if I remember correctly, so long as your spinal chord is intact you're pretty much a walking weapon anyway."

"The sooner the better right?" Ciaran replied casually, getting up and finishing his drink in one long gulp. "I'll meet you at the airport in... an hour, you can work out the tickets." With that the petite man wandered off, waving casually to Skale and not waiting for a response.

He would go back to where he was staying, collect his few things, pickpocket a few other people as he went, and generally make sure that he messed with people nearby in a way that wouldn't be traced back to him. But that wasn't really important, what was important was that he was ready and willing to help Skale out as soon as he could.

Ciaran would show up at the airport an hour later as promised, a calf length leather coat swishing with every step as he walked towards the entrance. This wasn't his usual sporadic and distracted pace either, he moved with casual grace before stopping near the doorway to the terminal. A cigarette soon found itself in his mouth, and a cloud of smoke began to obscure his features. Not that Skale would have much difficulty recognising him whenever the other male arrived. There weren't many around with his small frame and pale hair.

A small bag rested at his feet as he waited, staring contemplatively at the sky as he tried to figure out how he felt about this whole situation. It was a bit hard to believe Kull had gotten himself captured, Cyril too, but that was the case. The Ordu disbanding was another concern, he'd talked with Erin over the phone and wired her some money as well as given her access to an apartment he had... procured... near Tokyo. She was his woman amongst the Ordu, and there was reciprocity between them now that she was no longer super terrified of him.

He supposed one perk of going back near the Japanese mainland was there. A bright side to the Ordu splitting up is that Erin wouldn't have to cut up anyone that got too close just to remind them that she wasn't for grabs. He reckoned she was getting good enough with that knife to gut a man.

But that didn't really matter he supposed, he had work to do first.

Well, he was certainly willing, that was one of his good points at least. "Alright, I'll take care of it." he knew that there was a good reason he held a backup reserve of cash from all their raiding. Not that Kull seemed to care since he figured that it would be hell over high water if they ever needed to use it. And that was basically what happened.

"Didn't he used to have someone...?" He recalled that there was some girl that he was fond of. Not that he could remember her face clearly, but he shrugged as he began to walk off the beach.

An hour later, Skale was waiting at the airport, with tickets and fake IDs on hand. He didn't know if Ciaran was going to need one or not but he had to be certain just in case. "Our flight takes off in about an hour, and I've already spoken with my contact friend back in the city. He said he'll try and get himself ready as soon as he can." He told Ciaran as he made his way through the airport. "It's supposedly going to be somewhat tight, but my friend said that he knows of at least one way to get in undetected. After that..." Skale shrugged. "Well I guess we'll play it by ear once we get there. But anyway..." He took a seat by their gate as he began to look at the TV that was highlighting the news.

"Before we head off there was one thing I wanted to ask you. After this were you planning on wandering around again or would you be up for some more work afterward? There's a lot of stuff that we have to do after all." He paused. "Well... truth be told you don't have to answer now, but I'm bringing it up now rather than later as not to surprise you."

Ciaran stomped out his cigarette and followed Skale into the terminal, the younger man not really interested in talking at this point. After all, what was the point of discussing it? The situation was what it was and they both knew it. At this stage he didn't really have anything interesting enough to say in his own mind, and that meant that it was likely no one else would be interested either. "That's alright, I always play it by ear... or foot... or something," he murmured in response to the lack of a fully fleshed out plan.

It wasn't like he'd remember such a thing anyway.

"Let's see how this job goes," was his quiet response to Skale's other question, the red eyed youth not sure how he would feel at the end of this. Assuming he made it out of this one alive and with his freedom. It'd all depend on his particular mood and the events to come. He could no more promise what he'd do in the future than he could fly. And last he checked, he really couldn't fly. That had been a painful day.

Settling in for the hour that he had to wait for their flight, Ciaran pulled out a small notebook and a pack of crayons and started to draw. If Skale cared enough to look he'd find a rather psychadelic rendition of the airport as the small Irishman turned the world around him into colourful crayon 'art'. It was a way to kill time.

The plane ride was calm, short, one might even say that it was pleasant for the conniving duo on their trip towards Tatooin. A contrast to where the flight would ultimately lead them to when they finally landed. After they touched down and retrieved their belongings Skale would lead Ciaran outside where they waited for their ride to arrive. After about ten minutes of waiting, a black sedan rolled up, with a middle-aged man walking outside taking a look at Skale and Ciaran before nodding.

"Hey."
He said plainly as he opened the car door for both of the men to take their seats inside. He didn't seem all that wary, despite not knowing Ciaran or their methods, but nonetheless was certain that it wouldn't lead to him getting killed or hijacked that he didn't bat much of an eye of concern when they entered in. "You can call me Salt." He said plainly before heading back to the driver's seat and getting back onto the road.
Mr. Salt?

Upon riding, Salt looked back to make sure that their path was clear and that no one was following them before he pressed a button on his wheel that darkened the car and also blanked out their tags. "Let's get down to business now shall we?" He said as a screen lowered in the back for both Skale and Ciaran to see. It was a picture of what looked to be a highly guarded facility with footage of guard patrols, security cameras, and guard dogs. Some of which seemed to be enhanced by drugs or some sort of quirk.

"We've all got something we want from there. You guys want some info on a prison, I want some info on the employees of a certain prison. Sounds like a fair deal for us to be working together." He kept his eyes on the road as he drove. "Skale told me that it would be difficult to keep things under wraps... well with you around." His eyes glanced at Ciaran for a moment. "Not how I'd tackle it, but if that's your style that's your style. I'll say that if you do end up getting caught that you're better off fighting anyway. Bastards are trained to shoot anyone that doesn't surrender imminently, so running away is suicide unless you're confident you can outrun a bullet and a bulldog."

Sale laughed slightly. "If we could be running that fast I don't think we'd be in this position."

"Yeah, you and me both pal. But anyway, check under your seat." He said as he made a turn onto an offroad, making the trip slightly bumpier.

When Skale and Ciaran both checked under their seats they would find small communication devices in which to plug into their ears along with what looked to be specialized tablets. "Those are Corkscrew Hacking Tablets, my pal that you'll be escorting inside made them for this mission right here. It's as simple as point and click, and it'll temporarily shut down cameras, electronic locks, etc." The screen on the tablet lit up as a soft blue light emitted from its backside and a very simple user interface popped on the screen that really did make it seem as simple as point and click. "As for getting the information you'll need. That's where you'll be escorting my pal. There are two server rooms where the information is being held at... take him to each spot however you want and then head out. It's not as simple as that and yet it is."

"Yeah, just have to get through the bullets, bulldogs, and cameras."

"Yep, it's just that simple." He pointed to what looked to be the facility in the distance. "That's the place... but obviously we can't drive up without getting too suspicious. So I'll be dropping you off soon and just follow the directions on the CorckScrew Hacking Devices, it'll lead you right up to my pal. You won't be able to miss him. After all, who else will be wandering out and about this far from the facility."

"Again... guard dogs and more guards."

"...Possibly, just shoot them if that's the case then." The man said as he slowly began to slow to a stop. The area was heavily wooded, and their tablets barely illuminated the area around them but it did at least give them directions as to where to go.

"Call me twenty minutes once you've got the data and I'll be back. The tablet will lead you right on back to where I'm at. Good luck." He said before turning his car around and driving off, leaving the two

"Well... let's get going then," Skale said as he lead the way, watching his tablet give proper instructions where to turn, go straight and when to watch out for dips and dives in the terrain.

The Facility

After about ten minutes of fumblings around in the dark, Skale and Ciaran would find themselves near a tall gate that seemed to have less security as compared to other areas around the facility. Along with what looked to be one young man with a white hoodie and angel beats headphones on.

Pal

"Yo! About time you bro's made it over!" He called to what he assumed were going to be his partners in crime. "You don't have guns and aren't telling me to scram so... you must be the escorts! Awesome, diggin' the look!" He smiled as he looked at the tablets in each of their hands. "You even got my tablets! I knew I could trust Salt to get everything in order." He grinned as he pointed to the hole in the weird fencing that would be big enough for them to fit through.

"I figured I'd get started making us a decent sized hole to get through, it's a blind spot in their system. But we are going to have to make a mad dash once we get across the gate. See that little church like area? It's now where the servers are held, but we can get to them from there. Security is pretty light in these parts but once we get inside it will be an entirely different story." The boy seemed correct as there weren't any noticeable dogs or guards patrolling nearby or near the church itself. "Since you guys are the escorts... I'll let you lead the way! And I'll follow, after all... I've got the keys to getting what we all need. You just have to get me there."

Skale looked to Ciaran with a shrug. "Well ready when you were." He said expecting Ciaran to make the first move since he was the best when it came to combat experience.

Ciaran sort of wandered in a vague haze of boredom and lack of care as they transferred from plane to a car. He half-heartedly listened to the man who called himself Salt, not really paying much attention to the boring part of the plans. He wasn't exactly a details oriented person after all and was mostly along because Skale needed someone who was good at killing things. The other two men would be able to tell from the blank expression on his face that he wasn't really following the conversation fairly quickly into it.

Posted Image

The two men went on and on and on and he was starting to have difficulty drowning out all the boring information that was floating in one ear and out the other. It was quite frustrating when people insisted that they needed to explain all the boring things that he would find out himself later anyway. He paid just enough attention to hear a little bit about the tablet devices, and something about how there would be guards and guard dogs. But beyond that his mind wandered into thoughts best not pondered too closely as he tried to force time to speed up.

Sometimes people could be so darn boring!

Ciaran had been grateful to escape the hellish car ride with 'Mr Salt' (who names themselves after a condiment anyway, honestly), and had stretched out the moment that he was out of the car. His mask of bone formed over his face and head to hide his appearance, even as small rough disks of the same material formed on his fingertips. A hood attached to the leather coat he wore to hide the face that he was wearing what amounted to a full helmet of bone, and he was properly disguised for the events to come.

Red eyes glittered in irritation at the young blond man that they met just outside of the facility, his patience was already worn thin from the boring car ride with Salty McGee, and here was some oblivious idiot implying they had a closer relationship than they did and blathering on about more things than were necessary.

"I am not your bro, and you only need to talk about the important stuff, talk to Skale about the details if you really must," he said in a menacing sing-song, the horns of his mask and the pitiless look in his eyes likely going a long way to ensure the hacker didn't really speak to him again.

"Let's move, there's things to do~" Ciaran stated in a more positive tone, starting to head in the direction of their target as though he didn't have a care in the world, though he was actually highly alert for danger by this point.

"Harsh bro..." Pal said as he seemed upset about Ciaran's tone. "Okay... well no biggie." He said as he hopped through the hole following Skale and Ciaran. In the distance, little flashlights could be seen scouting the area around the church like building, and the soft patter of what was assumed to be hound dogs of some kind. "If my calculations are correct we should have about ten seconds to bust in before they start their loop again." Pal stated as it was rather easy to get over towards the door of the building. But would find that there was a security lock on the outside of it.

"Ten seconds!?" Skale said as he fumbled around with his pad to attempt to start hacking the door, but after it flashed red, clearly indicating that it didn't work Skale glared daggers at Pal. "I thought this thing was supposed to hack into any electronics!?" Skale said as the sound of some guards began to get louder.

"You didn't hold onto it long enough, you have to hold it down longer for it to brute force hack a lock." His tone lowered as he didn't want to attract attention. But the sound of ferocious barking made was apparent as two bulldogs rushed towards the group along with two flashlights in the face of the group."

"Hands up!" The two guards commanded as they held what looked to be guns at the group. "You're trespassing on property! You need to leave now!" They said as they inspected each of the members. "How the hell did you even get in here!?" They pointed their guns specifically at Skale and Pal, both who had their hands up. Each of them

"Well so much for the quiet entrance." Skale mumbled as he looked to Ciaran, clearly giving him the go ahead to start firing while the two were preoccupied with keeping Skale and Pal focused on when it came to their poking.

Ciaran's expression behind his mask as he turned to stare at the man they were meant to escort was one of unimpressed agitation. First the guy talked too much, then he didn't even give sufficient information, and now they were facing guards, and dogs. Guard dogs. Wonderful start to this particular job. On the other hand, it wasn't Ciaran who fucked up first, so that was a bonus. He could blame Broseph for this one. Or Broseidon. Or whatever the hell the guy was called.

"Hands up?" he queried as red eyes glittered from behind the slitted eyes of his mask, his hands slowly rising from his sides as he calculated just how far the guards were from him, angles, and the chances of them squeezing the triggers of their firearms upon death. He didn't really care much about that last one truthfully.

As his hands reached a certain level the tips of both his index fingers seemed to spit something out, something rapidly spinning and vaguely whitish in colour. Skale might not have seen it before, but perhaps it had been described. Ciaran's finger bones being turned into bullets. Each shard of finger was aimed directly at the guards' heads. Assuming that successfully dropped both men, Ciaran would form a blade out of bone from his forearm, slashing at the two guard dogs as rapidly as he could to take them out before they could retaliate for the death of their masters. His experience with such dogs in the past told him there was no safe way to keep them alive, and he didn't care enough to try again.

"So, now what?" was his response should everything go as planned, the broad blade of his bone sword coated in blood that casually dripped to the ground.

Unfortunately for the two guards who had their guns aimed at the wrong people, their heads were quickly pierced by the sudden bones bullets that had been shot by the one person they hadn't aimed at. The dogs, unfortunately, followed suit as only a mere whimper was heard before they fell into a pool of blood.

"Gnarly..." Pal said as he inspected the guards and the fallen dogs. He scavenged over their body, taking some of their belongings but also taking their headsets which were assumed to be used to communicate listening in to what they had been told. Luckily, it seemed that they hadn't quite called in yet, meaning that there were in the clear for now until they asked for these guys' position. That, or they would notice on their cameras that the men hadn't finished their patrols. He couldn't fix that second part, but the first one he certainly could.

His fingers began to transform into a set of wires, wrapping around and plugging into the headset before they glowed a faint green. After a few seconds, he put one of the headsets into his own ear while handing the other to Skale. "They'll be hearing some simply conversations, check-ins, and stuff every once and awhile. It will probably only work for a minute or two before they figure out something is up." Pal said as he began to hack the door with his own tablet.

"Why didn't you just open it yourself?"

"I've got limits bro! My magic fingers only work with small devices that aren't bigger than my hands." He put his hands up to the lock, showing that it was rather small in comparison. "It's why I had to make these little things up, but let's not worry about the details right? I can tell that this is probably going to be more of an action kind of movie than a suspense type! Let's not waste any time." He said as he unlocked the door.

Inside it was what you expected, it was a normal church with pews and a rather artistic set of windows. Pal raised an eyebrow as he began to inspect the area. "Hold on, if I know this place right there should be..." after checking underneath some of the pews he found a button and clicked it, opening a small set of stairs that lead to a basement. "Classic, alright now we should be able to enter the main building." He said as he peeked his head down to see if there were any noticeable threats down there.

"Looks clear, bu it won't be that way for long. My checks of the place shows that if we follow this way... there's going to be a few more guards and cameras that will detect us if we go through here. Granted we could try and disable them without getting the guards attention but..." he looked over towards Ciaran. "I have a feeling that he's going to end up getting on their radar rather than staying off it. But we can work with that bro!" He said putting a fist in his palm.

"Obviously, you're a human killing machine. Or at least a human that can kill other humans without any hesitation or problems. That can work out great! If you kill enough of them, you could probably draw in a whole bunch of them away from their server rooms. It would make my job easier." He nodded as he began to make a few flicks and dashes on Skale's tablet. "Assuming you guys want to go that route... you could lead some of the guards away while I'm hacking into their cameras. Sure you'll have to deal with a bunch of guns and stuff. But... you seem to like it. And I'm sure you two can handle yourselves."

Skale crossed his arms. "There's a limit to the amount of blind luck that can come our way. And we can't just hold out indifferently against wave after wave."

"Fair, fair, but trust me. I can hack my way into their systems and get you a way out of there if you get into a pinch. I mean if you guys fell I'd be easy pickings, so this is a win-win for us all yeah?" Pal said rubbing his hands together as if they were all on board with his scheme.

"What do you think Ciaran? Personally, I'm not too fond of being fodder while he goes off and hacks stuff. But... if you're cool with it I'll try and hep you out best I can."

Ciaran casually examined the bodies of the guards he had killed to see if they had anything worth pocketing, but besides that he stayed relatively quiet while Skale and Broseph were talking. He had no real interest in the details of this mission, and was mostly here to do things like kill anyone that tried to stop them to death.

He idly followed the others into the churck, one hand resting on the rosary that was under his jacket as he considered the various trappings of religion that their goal was hidden behind. What a pain in the backside this was turning out to be already. He was bored and even the deaths of those guards hadn't done anything to really interest him. It was boring. Like, super boring.

He wandered into the hidden basement with idle curiousity, poking and prodding at various things to see if there were any other hidden passages in the nearby vicinity, but he wasn't really paying much attention to the conversation around him. Why would he when he could just as easily search for a hidden path? That was way more interesting and much cooler than just blabbing on and on about things that didn't really matter in his mind. Granted, not much did matter to the small male, so his lack of focus was fully understandable, even if it was a bit frustrating.

"Skale," he began once he was addressed by the other man, turning his masked face away from the wall to look at Kull's second in command. It was nearly impossible to see his expression behind the mask, but the feeling of boredom seemed to radiate from his very being in waves, making it very clear how he felt about the whole situation. "I am really, really bored. I don't care if you go with him or whatever. Just point me in a direction so i can go and do something."

His voice was slightly monotonous and he stood slightly jerkily, as if he wasn't quite properly awake at this point in time. "Even killing those guards was boring, they just fell over. If you don't wanna follow along that's fine, you can make sure he doesn't screw us over. You brought me here to cause trouble after alll, so I might as well do it." He was still reasonably coherent at this point, the sudden deaths of the guards and their dogs was so simple that it barely registered as anything more than swatting a few annoying insects in his mind.

This was probably for the best for Skale and Broses, because it meant he hadn't worked himself up to a bloodlust as of yet, and that made him easier for them to deal with. Though it was likely only a matter of time until he did go off in a frenzy.

Pal silently watched with a small sort of smirk as Ciaran wandered into the basement without as much as asking what might've been down there. "He's really an eager bro ain't he?" He said as he addressed Skale. "But if he wants to be our distraction, who am I to stop him right?" He said as he popped down. "Alright bro, you take your own path. Just... don't get yourself killed too soon, otherwise, we'll all be in the same boat." He said as he waved for Skale to follow him. "Server room is this way, and I'll have to disable a few traps 'n stuff real quick before we can get to it. They'll notice the systems shutting down but... if little blood bro is really feeling up to being the distraction they won't even bat an eye at us." He said as his eyes spotted a small hand pad that seemed to disengage some kind of laser security system. "Shouldn't take more than a few seconds." He said as he began to mess around with the device.

"...Just don't go overboard and get yourself killed." Skale said as he gave one last parting glance at Ciaran.

As Ciaran walked down his own path, one opposite of where Skale and Pal had been noticing. He would walk through what seemed to be an empty pristine hall, with a few doors that were locked and had no one inside them. It was peaceful, quiet, probably not what the boy was looking forward too.

Yet as he took one step too many, from the ceiling, two guns dropped in and aimed at the boy. "YOU ARE TRESPASSING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY! SHOW IDENTIFICATION OR YOU SHALL BE SUBDUED!" The guns seemed to flare with life, a yellow light charging as they awaited for Ciaran to show some form of identification to prove that he was either some kind of employee or some form of proof that he was allowed to be there.
