General Appearance:
Percy is a young man of little to no physical intimidation considering his overall authority, but don't let his cute appearance fool you. His general height is a major player in that assumption, only being five foot three at the age of eighteen is definitely on the shorter side, but he takes no harm and uses his height effectively. Matching with his height, his weight is fairly average for his smaller stature however sporting a very well toned figure. Ever since childhood, Percy has been groomed for a life in the military so he is able to handle his own in hand to hand combat, among many other fields. Even so his limbs and overall physique is slim, which hides away his true strength under his clothing. His skin is rather pale from the mostly cold and cloudy climate of his homeland, added with the fact of his sheltered upcoming.
His hair is fairly natural, a deep black but giving off a faint violet tint in bright lights. Often managed very loosely, with its longer length falling to his lower neck at the longest and above his nose from his bangs. Percy's movements are fairly expressive, from simple hand motions to the more slighter differences in his eyes or facial expressions. Speaking of which his eyes are a very deep blue, following his hair effect seemingly turning purple. Usually composed and always focused on whatever he is doing, his eyes speak of a very confident gentleman with cunning to boot.
| Clothing:
Percy is if not all the time, then a majority of the time will be seen wearing his naval uniform. In a bit more casual fashion, starting with the long sleeve coat being a nice clean white with multiple bronze buttons and belts along the sleeves, also holding different badges of his families success. Going further down are his trousers, following the suit with its white design and belts around the hips keeping it a slimmer fit. As for his shoes, they are the most plain of his ensemble being ordinary black dress shoes but adding a slight touch with a purple trim. Now on the opposite side of the spectrum is his most distinctive clothing being his checkered patterned scarf. For a more dignified look to show his standing, a black cloak is added with a captain's hat of the same color, brandishing the same bronze trim as his buttons, finished off with the emblem of the royal navy in the center.
| Personality:
Due to his early position in life, Percy has grown to know of his importance. While it hasn't given him a full on ego or cocky attitude, he is very well aware of his power and authority and uses it to his advantage.
Wearing faces growing up became second nature to the young man, putting on a smile and playing along with ordinary conversation due to his families stature. This most notably comes to fruition as he uses his harmless appearance to gain the upper hand over others. He speaks and acts calmly and coolly in a way to gain trust and lower suspicion. Despite this, he does have a certain innocence which makes him hard to hate. Even though his intent may seem malicious, he just wants to be taken seriously and respected. Whether it be about his past or what he does, he will make sure you know about it, in detail. Getting to know him is also no difficult task as he is an open book, sharing his tragic (and sometimes not so tragic) feelings, leading to a general annoyance from those around him.
With his comfortably since gaining such a high place, he has grown to show off some slack. He is more than convicted in his own goals, but those from others he will procrastinate on till he feels ready. Determined in himself though, he latches onto whatever goal he’s trying to achieve and doesn’t let go. Giving him a rather one track mind, however his full focus often plays against that since he is susceptible to distractions. Still on the quest to reach onward for new strides and strengths to further conquer his sometimes overconfident being.
Due to his more logical mindset however, he often finds things needing to have meaning, he will continuously beat a point that he feels is plain silly to him like a dead horse, till either side gets loses or gets bored. While that may make him seem competitive or deluded, he is simply curious on the mind and people in general, to a point where it fascinates him to poke and prod others to see their reaction and arguments compared to his own.
With his growing disdain for all that his family has built to this point, focusing on protection and justice. Feeling a sense of revenge and rebellion against this, Percy has decided to walk down the path of villainy. Personally he isn't necessarily a hateful person, or one who gets upset easily either. He is most simply making a point against those before him that his fate will not be controlled and he will do as he wants.
When it comes to those who manage to outwit or defeat him, a respectful attachment is grown. Making friends has always been a grey area for the boy, so a mutual feeling of respect is the closest he can comprehend with that. With the loss of his mother, being an idol to him, the thought of losing someone strong enough for him to care for makes him very protective of others.
Even though his facades scream confidence and self-control, truthfully he is just a boy put in adult shoes from an early age. Taken as nothing more than a child at the big boy table, wanting to just be respected as the high being he thinks and has been built up to be. Internally leading him to a child-like attitude, disrespecting others and following his own set of ideas even if it is counter productive to the larger mass.

History:
History:
Early on before Percy's life was brought to fruition, it started all when his father, Marshal Teach, was beginning his early training started in southern United Kingdom, where he went toward the path in arms with the royal navy. It wasn't until the vision of true beauty would make him rethink the entirety of his goals. A simple woman, on the side of the road with nothing but her voice managed to completely mesmerize the young man. Pleading for her name, he was enthralled by her naturally sad and quiet tone, Amelia Somberville. After their initial conversation, he continued to return day after day as would she, listening to her cries in such poetic form and volume. Not long did it take for the two to become romantically involved, however both their dreams couldn't have been further apart and they both were closing in at a quickening speed. Amelia, with her vocal quirk, had her sights set towards letting her voice heard among the world in opera. While Marshal, with his ever lasting destiny even decided with his own quirk, was to be a barrier for the sea. Before the two would say their goodbyes for some time, they would bear a child, Percival Teach.
It was decided early on that this child was meant for greatness, from as far back as he could remember his days were scheduled to the brim with academics, fitness, and various other talents. He was to be left with his grandfather, a former admiral, leading him down a similar path of his father continuing the service of their country. With the development of both his parents quirks combined to one, he was able to silence those with sound proofing fields. With all but his mother disappointed in this fact, he often locked himself away, muting out all other sounds while his mother was away to avoid the constant swears towards them. It was only when his mother visited off from tours that he would allow anyone in, concerned with this fact, she began sharing with him the beauty of those sounds that he was trying to escape from.
Adding to his routine was now learning all forms of sounds, through instruments and different vocal patterns, it was the part of the day that Percy had looked forward too. With years of practicing at his grandfather's dispute, a conspiracy had begun. Marshal had been often leaving his post, while Amelia's songs begun to grow in sorrow and seemed to speak of a dark truth hidden within. At this point his father was a Vice-Admiral with a high respectability, even among the top ranks. It had come to a verdict that his mother was spilling top naval secrets to the world and she would have to pay the price with her life. Not only that, but to atone for his assumed leak of secrets, Marshal was to be the one to execute her. She accepted her fate with a smile, asking for only one last request for a few moments with her only child. Percival still being in his mid teens at this time would normally be unable to contain his emotions, even though tears were pouring from his face, he was smiling. As his mother was producing a calming hum before singing a final song, which he had never heard from her before. As with his father, those notes, and emotion with the lyrics changed him, he wiped away his tears and felt as though he understood what his mother wished upon him.
Whether that was correct or not, he wouldn't be able to get answers. Leaving off with only the cold, daggering eyes of his father piercing him as he took her away. The voices became more and more distant till an echoing scream was amplified to a point where no one in the United Kingdom was unable to at least faintly notice it. That day was a stroke of sadness for most, but now Percival was a man with a mission. From before with having little will in most things, his path had been decided. Tearing down the nobility that his father and grandfather were so proud of, to the point where a simple conspiracy meant the death of his mother and sanctuary.
Whatever had truly happened that day was of mystery though, his father had both disappeared, simply deciding his death was taken care of and pushed it aside. In doing so, his position was handed down to the sixteen year old boy, who while wasn't officially accepted, held minor authority for the Teach name. This lead to more freedom, however not till his grandfathers late death was his ownership of the Teach name certified. All was falling into place, with the trust and rank now basically in his hands, dragging all of it through the mud and making his own life to live. While his father was not so easily forgotten by Percy , for now where this will all lead young Percival, is very up in the air. But he has already accepted this hardship and will see it through wherever it goes.

Combat:
While Percy is well versed in hand to hand combat and the use of weaponry from his Naval training, his true style surrounds around his quirk. By creating a sound barrier around himself, he sneaks about with speed like an assassin, waiting for the prime time to attack. He is very patient and precise with his strategies, getting the job done and out as quick and cleanly as possible is his most favorable option. However if that isn't available, his tactics turn towards a bit more primal, relying on caution and defensive while analyzing and slowly working to defeat his enemies. Often using his own sly wit to play right into his own hands, a mental game in which over the years he has grown to excel at. However due to his large control at a young age, he often gets ahead of himself becoming careless that there are those much stronger.

| description Ability: - The user of this quirk gains the ability of noise cancellation, in the form of creating soundproofing fields. The area has a reflecting effect that makes it so that the sounds inside aren't able to escape from the field, as well as the opposite effect from the outside can also be applied. While the field isn't extremely large at first, the user is able to take away the sounds of objects and others actions, making a gun shot or sounds of movement nearly impossible to perceive.
However the majority of the sound is forced back, the field also absorbs a small amount of sound energy when sound waves are encountered. While most forms of absorption through soundproofing is simply lost or diminished, the field contains the vibrations created and creates small amounts of heat due to the friction. Containing within the barrier itself, giving forth a more offensive style of waves that the user can wield, at the expense of its main stealth purpose.
Limitations: - The fields themselves, while mostly invisible, expel a hazy purple effect allowing those with high perception to distinguish the area of effect. Too many sounds trying to be cancelled coming in or out can result in the loss the users field, making them rather susceptible against groups of foes and allies as well. With the addition of storing heat the user takes a disadvantage in the stealth capabilities. With the consumption of heat taken in, the waves begin to lose their cancelling purpose, giving off a sound of increasing vibrations. Expanding the user's limits will result in a -2 stat debuff to power and stamina for 2 posts.
