Egypt and New Egypt stand as gleaming beacons of hope to unify and combine to help Africa thrive in unity. They focus on the idea of Unified Countries or "states". The President lives in Cairo, it's own district within the country, similar to D.C.

Much of South America was destroyed in the wars that have transpired since the appearance of quirks. Attempts to rebuild the area have either died out, fallen apart, or been forcefully stopped by other forces. Since the destruction of the continent and near annihilation of most of its population, the wildlife has reclaimed the land, leaving a very select few remaining coastal cities and the western shore line across the Andes to be the only parts of the continent not completely covered by rain-forests. There are no parts of this continent that are under WISH jurisdiction.
