A well populated and exotic island, this was once a republic separated from Africa until connecting back with the country some centuries before. The island is not known for having much when it comes to the human population, however, the few tribes that are there, can have their ancestory tracked back to back when it was a republic. While apart of Africa, the island is not for the expansion that the country has been going through since it acquired Lousianna. However, they still rely on the country for protection and the trading of goods. Aside from that, this is not a place for the weak. The majority of the animals here are exotic, large, and powerful. The tribe people have a connection with the animals and have built a system to where they are capable of fending themselves against the wild beasts. Blessed with the power of nature, each member of the tribes all have a quirk that are connected with the elements, which is the main reason as to why they are still able to live and continue to create new generations

A political activist group became an influential political party and took office in America. After a single year, the Governor ran for succession rights and won. Using his quirk and many others, they moved Louisiana to become part of Africa. Taking their wealth, they filled the land of the Red Sea. It was a brilliant flood plain to start supplying all of Africa with food.
